&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.En data 31 de juliol de 2009 el Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears acorda l'atorgament de l'autorització ambiental integrada a la planta de tractament d'oli mineral usat de Lloseta, promoguda per WORP Islas Baleares SL, (BOIB núm. 20 de 06/02/2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;maig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; (RE SAA núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;397&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;WORP sol·licita la modificació de l'AAI de la planta de tractament d'oli mineral usat de Lloseta, consistent en la gestió de MARPOL C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, i ATÈS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.Que WORP Islas Baleares SL ha sol·licitat una modificació de l'autorització ambiental integrada &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la planta de tractament d'oli mineral usat de Lloseta, consistent en la gestió de MARPOL C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2.Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d'una modificació no substancial, en compliment de l'art. 14 del RD 815/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Que l'informe rebut del Servei de Residus i Sòls contaminats és desfavorable respecte a la petició d'incorporar el codi LER 13 04 02* (Olis de sentines recollits en molls) a la llista de residus autoritzats a gestionar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.Que s'informa favorablement la petició d'eliminar de l'AAI el codi LER 13 02 04* (Olis minerals clorats de motor, de transmissió mecànica i lubricants) com a residu a gestionar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Vist el dictamen del comitè tècnic de data 18 d'octubre de 2023, i d'acord amb els articles 8.1.b) i 9.3, segon paràgraf del Decret 3/2022, de 28 de febrer, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Atorgar la modificació no substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la planta de tractament d'oli mineral usat de Lloseta, promoguda per WORP Islas Baleares SL, consistent en la gestió de MARPOL C, respecte a la petició d'eliminar de l'AAI el codi LER 13 02 04* (Olis minerals clorats de motor, de transmissió mecànica i lubricants) com a residu autoritzat a gestionar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb subjecció a les següents condicions i/o modificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
