    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En sessió ordinària celebrada en data 12 de desembre per la Junta de Govern Local de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, s'han aprovat les bases que regiran la convocatòria per a la creació, mitjançant el procediment de concurs-oposició, d'una borsa de treball de tècnic de medi ambient, en règim de personal funcionari interí, les quals s'exposen a continuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES REGULADORES&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;PER A LA CREACIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL DE TÈCNIC DE MEDI AMBIENT,AMB CARÀCTER DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARI INTERÍ, MITJANÇANT CONCURS - OPOSICIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la selecció, mitjançant concurs-oposició, de personal funcionari interí, per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de tècnic de medi ambient (categoria A1) per la cobertura de vacants i substitucions, així com altres necessitats que es puguin produir a la plantilla de la Mancomunitat, o bé per a la cobertura de serveis sol·licitats pels ajuntaments membres d'aquesta entitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Característiques del lloc de feina: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquestes bases es regiran de conformitat amb els termes establerts al Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Text refós de la llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, a la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, a la Llei 30/1984, de 2 d'agost, de mesures per a la reforma de la funció pública i al Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel que s'aprova el Reglament general d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; civils de l'Administració General del Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La convocatòria es publicarà a la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat (https://mancomunitatdesraiguer.sedelectronica.es), a la pàgina web de l'entitat (https://mancomunitatdesraiguer.net/ca ) i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). La data de publicació del BOIB servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Els restants i successius anuncis es publicaran únicament a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA.- REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per participar en aquesta convocatòria les persones interessades han de complir en la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;data de publicació d'aquestes bases al BOIB&lt;/span&gt;, durant tot el procés selectiu i durant l'execució de les tasques pròpies del lloc de feina, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a.&lt;/strong&gt; Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola sense perjudici del que estableix l'article 57 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b. &lt;/strong&gt;Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. L'acreditació s'efectuarà mitjançant fotocòpia del DNI o document d'identificació legal equivalent vigent que cal aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud per poder formar part del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c.&lt;/strong&gt; Estar en possessió de qualsevol de les següents llicenciatures o graus relacionats amb Ciències Ambientals, Biologia, Bioquímica, Ciències de la Mar, Ciències Geològiques, Física, Geografia, Química, Medi Ambient y sostenibilitat, Enginyeria Forestal, Enginyeria Ambiental, Enginyeria Civil o equivalent relacionades o altres titulacions similars que acreditin estudis ambientals.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A aquests efectes, s'entén que està en condicions d'obtenir la titulació quan, en el termini de presentació d'instàncies, s'hagin superat els corresponents plans d'estudis o proves que permetin accedir a la mateixa i així s'acrediti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si es tracta d'un títol obtingut a l'estranger, cal disposar, en la data límit per a la presentació d'instàncies, la credencial que acrediti la seva homologació per l'Estat espanyol. En el cas de presentar una titulació equivalent a l'exigida com a requisit, correspon a la persona aspirant, acreditar-ne la seva equivalència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d.&lt;/strong&gt; Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell B2, de conformitat amb l'acord de Ple de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer de data 3 de desembre de 2019 pel qual es fixen els nivells de coneixement de llengua catalana exigibles per a cada lloc de treball, mitjançant l'aportació de certificat expedit pel Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé del títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l´Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de data 8 de març de 2018.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e.&lt;/strong&gt; Posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica, pel desenvolupament de les tasques del lloc de feina al que s'aspira ingressar, acreditada, mitjançant declaració responsable dels interessats i interessades (segons Annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;f.&lt;/strong&gt; No haver estat separat o acomiadat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a l'exercici de funcions públiques per resolució judicial. En el cas de pertànyer a un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés al servei públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;g.&lt;/strong&gt; Estar en possessió del carnet de conduir classe B. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;h.&lt;/strong&gt; No estar sotmès a cap dels motius d'incompatibilitat establerts a la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, i no percebre cap pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de realitzar alguna activitat susceptible&amp;nbsp; de compatibilitat s'ha d'instar la compatibilitat de la mateixa en el termini dels 10 dies següents a la presa de possessió del lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;i.&lt;/strong&gt; Per a les persones aspirants amb discapacitat igual o superior al 33%, un certificat dels equips multi professionals de l'organisme públic corresponent sobre les condicions personals d'aptitud per exercir les funcions corresponents a la categoria professional de la borsa a la qual la persona candidata aspira i que ha d'expressar que es troba en condicions de complir les tasques fonamentals del cos mitjançant, si corresponen segons el parer de l'administració, les adaptacions necessàries del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;j.&lt;/strong&gt; Acreditar el pagament de la taxa aprovada per optar a proves selectives de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, per import de 27,31 euros o bé, la condició de la seva exempció. La seva justificació, s'ha de realitzar segons el previst a la base quarta d'aquesta convocatòria, i s'ha d'aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud per poder formar part del procés de selecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La persona aspirant a la qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar al registre general de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer, dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, la documentació acreditativa de les condicions i requisits establerts per formar part de la borsa, prevists en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERA.- FUNCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les funcions principals del lloc de feina a cobrir consisteixen, entre d'altres, en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El control i seguiment a l'empresa concessionària de la recollida selectiva de residus, amb tots els aspectes inclosos en el contracte de gestió vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. Control i seguiment de la gestió de residus municipal, amb cada un del municipis beneficiaris del servei prestat per la Mancomunitat des Raiguer; així com la tramitació i gestió de les queixes del usuaris, suport en la gestió dels parcs i punts verds, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. Coordinació de la campanya anual de comunicació i informació als usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. Elaboració dels projectes i seguiment, de les convocatòries d'ajuts a les que, els ajuntaments directament, o bé a través de la mancomunitat, s'hi puguin adherir referents a diferents temàtiques ambientals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. Coordinació amb els tècnics del departament de Gestió de residus del Consell de Mallorca, amb TIRME, i amb altres gestors autoritzats de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;6. Assessorament i emissió d'informes per la Mancomunitat i els municipis amb el servei de recollida de residus mancomunat, en els temes medi ambientals que se li sol·licitin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7. Elaboració de material informatiu i divulgatiu de temàtica mediambiental. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;8. Assessorar en matèria d'eficiència energètica, així com fer seguiment de les actuacions de Pacte de les Batlies pel Clima i l'Energia dels municipis de la Mancomunitat.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;9. Qualsevol altra funció relacionada amb la gestió mediambiental que li assignin els seus superiors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;I, en general, totes aquelles de caràcter similar que li siguin atribuïdes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es preveu, de manera esporàdica, que part de les seves tasques es puguin desenvolupar en horari nocturn i en cap de setmana, atès que els sistema de gestió de residus implantat a la Mancomunitat i objecte del seu control i seguiment, s'estén a dit horari i calendari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA.- PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES I MÈRITS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud per poder formar part del procés selectiu suposa el coneixement i acceptació inequívoca per part de la persona aspirant tant de les bases com del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a realitzar per l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes. L'ús de la informació facilitada en les sol·licituds es limita a la gestió del procés selectiu i s'ajusta a les previsions de la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les instàncies per participar en les proves selectives s'han de presentar en el registre general d'aquesta Mancomunitat, o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, segons el model que consta com &lt;strong&gt;Annex II &lt;/strong&gt;a aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A més, cal adjuntar còpia de la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Còpia del DNI o document d'identificació legal equivalent vigent.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El justificant d'abonament de la taxa de 27,31 euros, o en el seu cas, l'acreditació de la seva exempció.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Titulació requerida. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Document acreditatiu del nivell B2 de català.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L'Annex III (índex de mèrits) i la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquest pagament es farà efectiu mitjançant transferència o ingrés al nombre de compte IBAN ES57 2100 0100 1602 0015 1521 i s'indicarà al concepte: nom, llinatges i &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“Borsa TMA”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;De conformitat amb el text de l'ordenança reguladora, queden exemptes del pagament de la taxa les persones que acreditin que en el moment de la presentació de la instància es troben en alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Minusvalidesa igual o superior al 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Antiguitat superior a sis mesos en situació d'atur, sempre que no percebin prestacions contributives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Condició de família nombrosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En aquests casos, s'ha d'acreditar l'exempció mitjançant presentació de la Resolució on es reconegui minusvalidesa, certificat del servei d'ocupació pública en el qual consti que no es perceben prestacions contributives (no solament situació d'atur) o el carnet de família nombrosa o document on consti aquesta situació, respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el cas de no presentar-se la documentació indicada anteriorment al registre general de la Mancomunitat, la persona interessada ha de comunicar-ho a la Mancomunitat abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les sol·licituds mitjançant enviament del justificant de presentació a l'adreça electrònica &lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;mancomunitat@mancomunitatdesraiguer.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Sense la concurrència d'aquest requisit, les sol·licituds que es registrin a la Mancomunitat fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses. Aquesta previsió es fa als efectes de garantir l'arribada de la documentació a la Mancomunitat i la seva possible reclamació en cas de retard d'enviament a l'administració corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies és de deu (10) dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). Es publicarà també en la pàgina web i a la seu electrònica de la Mancomunitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per ser admeses i prendre part en el procés selectiu de la borsa de treball, les persones aspirants han de declarar sota la seva responsabilitat a la sol·licitud (segons Annex II) que reuneixen totes i cada una de les condicions exigides a la base segona i que es comprometen a aportar dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, la documentació acreditativa original d'aquestes condicions i requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els aspirants queden vinculats a les dades que facin constar en la sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon prevists a la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions. Tant els errors descriptius com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi de dades, és responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA.- ADMISSIÓ DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el president dictarà Resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos. En el cas de que sigui&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; possible, l'anunci d'aquesta Resolució aprovarà el Tribunal qualificador i de ser possible, recollirà lloc, data i hora de la fase d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;. Tot això es farà públic a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat, i es donarà un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils des de la seva publicació, per poder esmenar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el cas de no presentar-se la instància d'esmena al registre general de la Mancomunitat, la persona interessada ha de comunicar-ho a la Mancomunitat abans de la finalització del termini de presentació de les esmenes mitjançant enviament del justificant de presentació a l'adreça electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; mancomunitat@mancomunitatdesraiguer.net Se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;nse la concurrència d'aquest requisit, les esmenes que es registrin a la Mancomunitat fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses. Aquesta previsió es fa als efectes de garantir l'arribada de la documentació a la Mancomunitat i la seva possible reclamació en cas de retard d'enviament a l'administració corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Finalitzat aquest termini, mitjançant Resolució de la Presidència, s'aprovarà la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos, i es publicarà en la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà constituït p&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;er un president, tres vocals i un secretari, funcionaris de carrera amb els seus respectius suplents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La composició del Tribunal serà predominantment tècnica i els vocals hauran de posseir una titulació o especialització igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En la designació del Tribunal es procurarà garantir, en tot cas, el compliment del principi d'especialitat i d'idoneïtat per valorar els coneixements i les aptituds requerides de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Tribunal podrà disposar de la incorporació d'assessors especialistes per aquelles proves en què sigui necessària i també de col·laboradors en tasques de vigilància i de control pel desenvolupament dels distints exercicis. Aquests assessors i col·laboradors es limitaran a prestar l'assistència i la col·laboració que se'ls sol·liciti i tindran veu, però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència del president, del secretari i de la meitat, al menys, dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se de formar part del mateix quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes a l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i podran ser recusats conforme a l'article 24 de la citada llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La constitució i l'actuació del Tribunal s'ajustarà al que preveu la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. A més, els acords s'adoptaran per majoria d'assistents i el vot del president dirimirà els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els dubtes o les reclamacions que es puguin donar amb la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases de la present convocatòria, així com el que s'ha de fer en els casos no previstos en les bases, seran resoltes pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA.- DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El procés de selecció, constarà de dues fases amb una puntuació màxima de 100 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FASE D'OPOSICIÓ (FINS 70 PUNTS) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aquesta fase d'oposició, serà obligatòria i eliminatòria. Consistirà en un exercici tipus test. El contingut teòric és el relacionat a &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex I&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'exercici tipus test consistirà en respondre 70 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, on només una d'elles és la correcta. Cada pregunta correcta sumarà un punt (1), cada resposta incorrecta restarà 0,25 punts i les respostes en blanc no sumen ni resten. A més, els aspirants hauran de resoldre cinc (5) preguntes de reserva per si alguna de les preguntes principals de l'examen fos anul·lada. Les preguntes versaran sobre el temari inclòs a &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex I&lt;/strong&gt; d'aquesta convocatòria i al mateix format d'examen, es podran incloure preguntes tant estrictament teòriques com de caràcter més pràctic o d'aplicació, a fi de poder comprovar el coneixement dels aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Serà necessari obtenir una puntuació mínima de 35 punts per superar aquest exercici i que es valorin els mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'exercici tindrà una durada de 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els aspirants hauran d'acudir a la celebració de les proves proveïts del seu DNI o document d'identificació equivalent, en el seu cas, el Tribunal podrà requerir-los en qualsevol moment perquè acreditin la seva identitat. Així mateix, si tinguessin coneixement que algun dels aspirants no compleix qualsevol dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria, haurà de proposar la seva exclusió a l'autoritat convocant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Tribunal adoptarà les mesures oportunes per garantir que totes les proves objectives siguin corregides sense que es conegui la identitat de les persones que participin en el procés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els resultats provisionals de la fase d'oposició es publicaran a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat. Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació, per fer al·legacions. Les al·legacions s'hauran de presentar per mitjà d'una instància al registre general d'aquesta Mancomunitat, o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. En el cas de no presentar-se la instància al registre general de la Mancomunitat, la persona interessada ha de comunicar-ho a la Mancomunitat abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les al·legacions mitjançant enviament del justificant de presentació a l'adreça electrònic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;a mancomunitat@mancomunitatdesraiguer.net. S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ense la concurrència d'aquest requisit, les al·legacions que es registrin a la Mancomunitat fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses. Aquesta previsió es fa als efectes de garantir l'arribada de la documentació a la Mancomunitat i la seva possible reclamació en cas de retard d'enviament a l'administració corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, s'entendran per definitives les qualificacions provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A tots aquells aspirants que superin la fase d'oposició se'ls hi valorarà el mèrits presentats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FASE DE CONCURS (30 PUNTS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consistirà en la valoració dels mèrits al·legats i acreditats documentalment pels candidats i candidates. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar s'acreditaran i presentaran conforme a l'establert en la base vuitena. Sols es valoraran els mèrits relacionats amb les característiques del lloc de feina i que així es justifiquin. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Els mèrits no adjuntats correctament amb la sol·licitud no podran ser valorats.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoraran de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 15 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis prestats a l'administració pública en una categoria equivalent, realitzant funcions anàlogues a les de la plaça que es convoca: 0,15 punts per mes treballat a jornada completa, fins a un màxim 8 de punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis prestats dins l'àmbit de l'empresa privada directament relacionats amb el lloc de treball a cobrir, i realitzats a l'Administració: 0.10 punts per mes treballat a jornada completa, fins a un màxim de 5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis prestats dins l'àmbit de l'empresa privada directament relacionats amb el lloc de treball a cobrir: 0.08 punts per mes treballat a jornada completa, fins a un màxim de 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de que s'hagin prestat serveis per períodes inferiors a un mes, es calcularà la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. En cas que sigui a jornada parcial, es tindrà en compte el temps real treballat de conformitat amb les dades que es mostrin a la vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Aquest apartat es valorarà amb un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per titulacions acadèmiques diferents a l'exigida i relacionades&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;amb les funcions pròpies del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;lloc de &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;treball, amb un màxim de 6 punts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada màster oficial: 2,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada titu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;lació acadèmica oficial de grau, diplomatura, llicenciatura, segon cicle universitari o equivalent: 2 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada títol de màster propi: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per cada títol propi (especialista universitari, expert universitari, curs d'actualització universitària, diploma universitari o diploma): 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Formació no reglada. Assistència a cursos, seminaris, congressos i jornades impartits, reconeguts, organitzats o promoguts per administracions públiques, organismes públics o entitats de dret públic vinculats o dependents de les administracions públiques directament relacionats amb la feina a realitza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;r. S'acceptaran cursos impartits per Universitats, encara que siguin privades, sindicats i Col·legis professionals. Es&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt; valorarà amb un màxim de 4 punts: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan els certificats acreditin aprofitament, es valoraran a raó de 0.005 punts per hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan els certificats acreditin assistència, es valoraran a raó de 0.0025 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els cursos, jornades, congressos o seminaris impartits es valoraran a raó de 0.0075 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els cursos expressats en crèdits LRU es valoraran a raó de 10 hores lectives per cada crèdit, i els expressats en crèdits ECTS, 25 hores lectives per crèdit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Coneixements orals i escrits de català&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivell C2:&amp;nbsp; 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivell LA: 1 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es valorarà únicament el certificat de major nivell, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (LA), la puntuació del qual s'acumularà a l'altre certificat que s'aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Exercicis d'oposició superats: &lt;/strong&gt;Màxim 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per cada exercici obligatori d'oposició superat per l'accés a la mateixa especialitat, dins els últims cinc anys anteriors a la convocatòria: 0.5 punts.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA.- &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;FORMA D'ACREDITAR ELS MÈRITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Les persones que vulguin formar part d'aquest procés de selecció, hauran de presentar i acreditar els diferents mèrit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;s en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;l moment de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'han d'acreditar documentalment segons el determinat en aquest apartat. No seran valorats pel tribunal qualificador, ni en cap cas puntuaran, els mèrits al·legats i no justificats documentalment en la forma indicada en aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal podrà sol·licitar a les persones interessades els aclariments o, en el seu cas, la documentació addicional que estimi oportuna, amb l'única finalitat de comprovar la veracitat dels mèrits aportats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els aspirants hauran de &lt;strong&gt;conformar i presentar un índex dels mèrits al·legats (Annex III) &lt;/strong&gt;ajustat a la fase de concurs d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Els mèrits dels aspirants s'acreditaran documentalment mitjançant fotocòpia i de la següent forma: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;1. Experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;- Serveis prestats a l'administració pública: mitjançant una certificació acreditativa dels serveis prestats expedida per l'entitat corresponent amb la indicació de la categoria professional i les tasques desenvolupades; i les dates d'alta i baixa de la mateixa. &lt;strong&gt;Juntament amb aquest certificat s'haurà d'aportar també un Informe de Vida Laboral actualitzat expedit per la TGSS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;- Serveis prestats a l'empresa privada: mitjançant la presentació del contracte de treball o el certificat d'empresa, amb indicació de la data d'alta i baixa, categoria professional, tipus de contracte i funcions realitzades&lt;strong&gt;, juntament amb un informe de vida laboral expedit per la TGSS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Únicament es valorarà aquest apartat en el cas de que s'aporti tota la documentació indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;2. Formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;a) La formació presentada s'ha d'acreditar documentalment mitjançant fotocòpia de l'anvers i el revers del corresponent títol expedit pel centre o institució oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;b) L'acreditació de les formacions no reglades es farà mitjançant certificacions, diplomes o documents oficials emesos per les administracions o els organismes competents, i hauran d'incloure les hores de duració o els crèdits dels cursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;3. Coneixements de català:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Certificat expedit pel Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé del títol, diploma o certificat equivalent segons l´Ordre del conseller d'Educació i Universitat de data 8 de març de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Títol o certificació expedida per les Institucions públiques oficials corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercicis d'oposició superats.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Cada exercici d'oposició superat, s'haurà d'acreditar amb el corresponent certificat de superació de proves selectives emès per la pertinent Administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Quan es tracti d'exercicis d'oposició superats en aquesta Mancomunitat serà suficient marcar la casella corresponent que apareix a l'Annex III, a fi de que aquesta entitat pugui fer dita comprovació a efectes de valoració de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. LLISTA D'APROVATS. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDRE DE CLASSIFICACIÓ PROVISIONAL I DEFINITIVA. CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Finalitzada la fase d'oposició, el Tribunal procedirà a puntuar els mèrits presentats a tots els aspirants que hagin superat aquesta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Finalitzada la qualificació, el Tribunal publicarà la valoració de mèrits i les puntuacions finals provisionals a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat. Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació, per fer al·legacions. Les al·legacions s'hauran de presentar per mitjà d'una instància al registre general d'aquesta Mancomunitat, o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre. En el cas de no presentar-se la instància al registre general de la Mancomunitat, la persona interessada ha de comunicar-ho a la Mancomunitat abans de la finalització del termini de la presentació de les al·legacions mitjançant enviament del justificant de presentació a l'adreça electrònica &lt;span style="color:null"&gt;mancomunitat@mancomunitatdesraiguer.net&lt;/span&gt;. Sense la concurrència d'aquest requisit, les al·legacions que es registrin a la Mancomunitat fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses. Aquesta previsió es fa als efectes de garantir l'arribada de la documentació a la Mancomunitat i la seva possible reclamació en cas de retard d'enviament a l'administració corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini anterior, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció, i elevarà a la Presidència la seva proposta definitiva de relació d'aspirants de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució es publicarà a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat. Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per la Mancomunitat per ordre de puntuació o prelació, quan es produeixi la necessitat derivada del lloc de feina.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cas d'empat, per establir l'ordre de les persones aspirants es resoldrà per sorteig. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA.- UTILITZACIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL EN EL CAS DE CONTRACTACIONS TEMPORALS DE PERSONAL LABORAL. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La creació de la borsa de treball permetrà la crida a les persones que l'integrin per al nomenament de funcionaris interins. Això no obstant, en el cas que no existeixi una borsa de treball destinada a contractacions temporals de personal laboral de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer , o que estigui exhaurida i/o no vigent i de manera extraordinària es podrà utilitzar la borsa de treball creada per a contractacions laborals temporals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En aquest cas, als aspirants seleccionats per a ocupar els llocs de la categoria de tècnic de medi ambient com a personal laboral, els hi serà d'aplicació a la relació contractual la legislació laboral aplicable. Concretament, seran d'aplicació el Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut dels treballadors, i el Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la Mancomunitat des Raiguer (BOIB núm. 12 de 26/01/2012) i la resta de normativa de legislació laboral aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Denominació: Tècnic de medi ambient&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ONZENA.- FUNCIONAMENT I VIGÈNCIA DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La vigència màxima d'aquesta borsa serà de tres anys des de la seva constitució o bé, estarà vigent fins que la Mancomunitat constitueixi una altra de la mateixa categoria professional o aquesta s'hagi exhaurida, o bé es cobreixi definitivament la plaça corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Quan es produeixi la necessitat de personal, les persones aspirants seran requerides segons l'ordre que ocupin a la llista, mitjançant contacte telefònic o a través de correu electrònic amb un màxim de tres intents. A través de diligencia quedarà constància a l'expedient que la persona que forma part de la borsa ha rebut la comunicació o dels requeriments efectuats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A aquesta persona se li comunicarà el lloc i el termini en el que sigui precís que es presenti. Si no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el nomenament o contractació en el termini d'un dia (1) hàbil i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat, s'entendrà que renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La persona que ocupi el lloc de feina haurà de superar un període de pràctiques de tres mesos, a comptar des del dia del seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el cas de contractació laboral el període de prova és de tres mesos.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les persones que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita passaran a l'últim lloc de la borsa de treball, excepte en el cas de la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, les quals han de justificar-se documentalment dins del termini de tres (3) dies hàbils:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent el període en que sigui procedent la concessió de l'excedència pel cuidat de fills per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Trobar-se en servei actiu en un lloc de treball de qualsevol administració pública o empresa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estar exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Els que, malgrat haver renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes anteriorment conservaran la posició obtinguda a la borsa. No obstant això, quedaran en la situació de no disponible, i no rebran cap oferta més mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. Així mateix, hauran de comunicar per escrit la finalització de la circumstància al·legada per poder passar a disponible i poder ocupar el lloc ofert en cas de ser seleccionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'ordre de crida s'alterarà per donar preferència als qui tinguin un lloc de feina a la Mancomunitat, quan es tracti d'un lloc de feina a temps parcial i sempre que el nou lloc de feina millori el vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Quan es produeixi el cessament de la persona seleccionada en el seu lloc de treball, es reincorporarà a la borsa de treball ocupant el mateix ordre de prelació, tret que sigui per renúncia voluntària. En el cas de que en virtut del pròxim contracte el treballador arribés al límit màxim de 24 mesos treballats en un període de 30, passarà al final de la llista i es cridarà al següent de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'incompliment del deure d'incorporar-se al lloc de treball prèviament acceptat o una vegada ocupat, la posterior renúncia voluntària, suposarà l'exclusió de la borsa de treball, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produïssin per causa de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOTZENA.- OFERIMENT DEL LLOC DE FEINA I PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el moment de fer ús d'aquesta borsa de treball, la persona aspirant a la qui es dirigeixi una oferta de treball haurà de presentar al registre general de la Mancomunitat, dins dels tres (3) dies hàbils següents a l'oferiment del lloc de feina, la documentació original acreditativa de les condicions ,requisits i mèrits que s'estableixen en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En cas de que la persona no presenti la documentació en el termini fixat, exceptuant els casos de força major, o bé en cas que, un cop revisada la documentació presentada, es dedueixi que aquesta persona no compleix els requisits o les condicions establerts a la base segona, no podrà ocupar el lloc de feina ofert i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en que hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància. En el seu lloc, s'oferirà el lloc de feina a la persona que ocupi el lloc següent de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TRETZENA.- INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública es publicaran a la seu electrònica i a la pàgina web de la Mancomunitat, al marge de la seva publicació en el BOIB quan sigui preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La convocatòria, les bases i els actes administratius que derivin d'aquesta actuació i de les actuacions del Tribunal, poden ser impugnats pels interessats en els casos i en la forma establerta per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
