    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell d'Administració de l'Empresa Municipal de Transports Urbans de Palma SA, en la sessió de dia 16 de novembre de 2023 va aprovar les bases que s'adjunten, que regiran el procés de consolidació de treball mediant concurs oposició per al personal de Grup professional 4: Professionals de Trànsit i Circulació (9/2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest document té per objecte establir una convocatòria mitjançant concurs oposició, per a la consolidació de 74 places fixes del grup professional 4: conductor-perceptor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pla d'Igualtat de l'Ajuntament de Palma 2018-2021 preveu com un dels seus eixos d'actuació la promoció de l'accés i promoció de les dones a col·lectius professionals amb una hegemònica presència masculina. A l'EMT-Palma, el 86,25% del personal són homes, i el 13,75% són dones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal d'aconseguir una composició equilibrada de la plantilla de l'EMT-Palma, d'acord amb l'article 43 de la Llei 11/2016, d'igualtat de dones i homes i el Pla d'igualtat de l'Ajuntament de Palma 2018-2021, es determina que el 40% de les places ofertes en aquesta convocatòria han de ser cobertes per dones, en els termes establerts en aquestes Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es reserva un percentatge del 5% de les places que s'ofereixin per cobrir-les amb persones que tinguin un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%, que han de indicar-ho al requadre corresponent de la inscripció i han de presentar els documents que acreditin el grau de discapacitat al·legat i la compatibilitat per a exercir les funcions que tingui atribuït el lloc al qual opten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest concurs-oposició unifica en la mateixa convocatòria el torn restringit per la promoció interna entre el personal fixo de l'Empresa i la convocatòria en torn lliure, conforme al conveni col·lectiu vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les places no cobertes per promoció interna o pels grups reservats s'acumularan al grup general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això en compliment de la normativa vigent següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors i actualitzacions posteriors, especialment els art. 8, 12 i 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, especialment els art. 91 i 103.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, art. 1.3., 2, 7, 11, 13 i del 55 al 61.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Reglament orgànic del govern i l'administració de l'Ajuntament de Palma (BOIB nº 120, d'11 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Llei 57/2003, de 16 de desembre, de mesures de modernització del govern local, amb les actualitzacions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Llei 4/2011, de 31 de març, de la bona administració i del bon govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Llei 40/2015, d'1 de octubre, del Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic, art. 55.3, 104 i 106. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest document inclou tot el procés de contractació de personal de l'EMT-Palma i, en concret, els següents apartats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Grup professional&lt;/strong&gt;: Grup 4 “Professionals de trànsit i circulació”, amb les funcions de Conductor/a-perceptor/a Agent únic/a, i qualsevol altra pròpia del seu grup professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nombre de vacants a cobrir&lt;/strong&gt;: 74 places, per a la consolidació de treball fixo, de les quals un 40% estan reservades per a dones i un 5% al torn de persones amb discapacitat, que conformaran les llistes de conductors/es perceptors/es que podran esser incorporats de manera esglaonada. Sempre complint amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Condicions econòmiques&lt;/strong&gt;: les recollides per al nivell salarial del grup 4, del Conveni Col·lectiu de l'EMT-Palma vigent en cada moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Horari de treball&lt;/strong&gt;: L'horari de treball és l'establert al Conveni Col·lectiu de l'EMT-Palma vigent en cada moment, i a l'acord subscrit a la Comissió d'hores i serveis entre els representants dels treballadors i l'Empresa, emparat en l'establert en el citat Conveni Col·lectiu, és a dir: el grup de conductors o conductores no adscrit a torn de treball (disponible quant a torn de treball), podent realitzar indistintament torns de matí, tarda o tercer torn, estarà conformat per aquells treballadors i treballadores que hagin ingressat a l'Empresa a partir del 01/07/2019; essent aquesta data revisable a la Comissió de Hores i Serveis, si aquests no fossin suficients, pels últims treballadors contractats per l'Empresa tot i que hagin adquirit la condició de fixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Centre de treball&lt;/strong&gt;: actualment situat a la Carretera Coll d´en Rabassa a Son Ferriol, Polígon Sant Mateu – 07007 - Palma, o qualsevol altra que se pugui establir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sense perjudici del caràcter itinerant de la prestació del servei i a causa de les característiques del lloc de conductor o conductora d'autobús urbà, les funcions pròpies del Grup professional 4 del vigent Conveni Col·lectiu de l'EMT-Palma es desenvoluparan a qualsevol de les línies que l'Empresa tingui establertes o pugui establir en un futur.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Descripció de la necessitat&lt;/strong&gt;: La necessitat de contractar aquest grup de conductors-preceptors està motivada per a poder cobrir: les baixes produïdes per qualsevol causa que implica reserva del lloc de feina (excedència, invalidesa, incapacitat permanent total i absoluta, incapacitat temporal, permisos retribuïts i no retribuïts, permisos de maternitat i paternitat) i qualsevol altra que dugui aparellada la reserva del lloc de feina amb caràcter temporal; les vacants que es produeixin per jubilació anticipada, d'acord amb l'article 6 del Conveni Col·lectiu actual; les necessitats de personal per increment dels serveis en determinats moments puntuals, segons les necessitats operatives de l'Empresa que puguin donar-se en cada moment, sempre d'acord amb tota la normativa i la legislació vigent en cada moment, per a poder dur a terme l'oferta de servei de transport públic de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.- Justificació de la existència de fons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es produeix variació substancial en la massa salarial pressupostada i aprovada per a l'EMT-Palma per a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3.- Procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema selectiu del procés serà el de concurs oposició, sent la fase d'oposició d'un 60% i la fase de concurs d'un 40%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció s'efectuarà d'acord als principis constitucionals d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat, així com els de publicitat, transparència, imparcialitat, professionalitat, independència, discrecionalitat tècnica, adequació i agilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els factors a valorar seran l'aptitud, actitud i coneixements pràctics del lloc a cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves o exàmens a realitzar s'efectuaran per sorteig, entre aquells temes que presenti l'empresa, que no podran ser inferior a tres per a cada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es desenvoluparan procediments específics per detectar i sancionar els intents de les persones aspirants de falsejar els mèrits al·legats i s'assegurarà la transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4.- Autorització de l'inicio del procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aprovació del present document per part del Consell d'Administració, previ compliment del Codi de bon Govern de l'Ajuntament de Palma de data 28/02/2013, i aprovat pel Consell d'Administració en data 16 de novembre de 2023, suposa l'autorització de tot el contingut del mateix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.- Bases de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.1.- Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants hauran de reunir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun dels estats membres de la Unió Europea o tenir permís de residència o permís de treball en vigor en el moment de la incorporació a l'Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir 18 anys d'edat fets i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) No patir malaltia ni estar afectat per limitació física o psíquica que sigui incompatible amb l'exercici de les funcions de la feina a desenvolupar. Així mateix, un cop finalitzat el procés de selecció i abans de la incorporació al lloc de fenia, s'haurà de passar satisfactòriament un reconeixement mèdic a càrrec del Servei de Prevenció de l'Empresa, amb la qualificació d´APTE (sense cap tipus de restricció física, psíquica ni laboral). La no superació del mateix suposarà la impossibilitat d'incorporació i l´exclusió de la llista, donat el caràcter eliminatori d'aquest requisit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en possessió del títol d'Educació Secundària Obligatòria (ESO), Graduat Escolar, formació professional de primer grau o equivalents, o una titulació superior a les esmentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar en possessió del carnet de conduir "D", vigent i homologat a l'Estat espanyol, i estar en possessió, en el moment de la convocatòria i de la incorporació a la Empresa, de 8 punts del permís de conduir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Estar en possessió de la Targeta de Qualificació Professional com a conseqüència d'haver completat la formació corresponent al Certificat d'Aptitud Professional per a conductors (CAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acreditar coneixements de comprensió i expressió elementals de llengua catalana, mitjançant una titulació oficial que acrediti com a mínim un coneixement de nivell A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Per als aspirants que no posseeixen la nacionalitat espanyola, i del seu origen no es desprengui el coneixement de l'idioma espanyol, s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació del diploma d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera, regulat en el RD 1137/2002, de 31 d'octubre, o del certificat d'aptitud d'espanyol per a estrangers, expedits per les escoles oficials d'idiomes, o mitjançant l'acreditació d'estar en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica espanyola expedida per l'òrgan oficial competent al territori espanyol, o bé mitjançant la superació d'una prova específica que acrediti que posseeixen el nivell adequat de comprensió i d'expressió oral i escrita en aquesta llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas s'admetran sol·licituds d'aspirants que, havent estat contractats a l'EMT-Palma, Administracions Públiques, Empreses Públiques o Organismes Autònoms, hagin causat baixa en les mateixes per acomiadament disciplinari, tret que, amb anterioritat a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, el referit acomiadament hagués estat declarat improcedent per sentència judicial ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de reunir els requisits abans indicats dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, i no haver perdut cap dels requisits en el moment de la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment que l'EMT-Palma, esbrini o constati de forma fefaent la manca dels requisits o la falsedat de la documentació o declaració presentada, l'aspirant serà exclòs immediatament del procés, i en cas d'estar contractat serà acomiadat disciplinàriament sense perjudici de la responsabilitat que hagi incorregut per falsedat, reservant-se l'EMT-Palma, les accions legals pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.2.- Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds i els documents és de quinze dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà que es publiqui aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre la base de l'estipulat en la llei 39/2015, la presentació de la sol·licitud i els documents es podran presentar tant de forma presencial com de forma electrònica, en el tràmit habilitat a l'efecte en la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma.&amp;nbsp;La presentació electrònica requereix identificació digital amb certificat electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de fer-ho presencialment, l'imprès de sol·licitud es podrà descarregar de la pàgina web de l'EMT-Palma, realitzant-se el lliurament a les oficines a la carretera del Coll d'en Rabassa, a Son Ferriol, polígon de Sant Mateu (CP-07007) de Palma, de 09:00 a 14:00 hores, de dilluns a divendres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de fer-ho de forma electrònica, es podrà presentar la sol·licitud i els documents a través de la Seu Electrònica de l'EMT-Palma de dilluns a diumenge a qualsevol hora del dia, sempre que comprengui el termini del lliurament d'aquests documents.&amp;nbsp;La sol·licitud està inclosa en el procés de registre, per la qual cosa no és necessari aportar el document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els interessats podran cridar al nº 97121444 extensió 7107 en cas de dubte respecte al funcionament de la Seu Electrònica, en el qual s'habilita un servei d'atenció telefònica de 9:00h a 13:00h de dilluns a divendres per a resoldre qualsevol dubte respecte al registre virtual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altres documents que es podran presentar amb la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat específic de l'empresa que acrediti l'experiència com a conductor o conductora a una empresa de transport col·lectiu (urbà, interurbà de viatgers, vehicles de gran tonatge...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat acreditatiu de nivell “B1” de català, o un de superior (nomes es puntuarà la titulació superior).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat acreditatiu de coneixements de llengua anglesa (nomes es puntuarà la titulació superior). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de falsedat coneguda després de l'aportació de la documentació, aquesta serà causa d'exclusió de les proves o d'acomiadament si s'ha produït la contractació, a més de les possibles mesures legals que pugui emprendre l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud i els documents tan sols es podran lliurar sota una de les dues modalitats anteriorment esmentades, sent ambdues mútuament excloents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En base a la Llei 39/2015, els interessats hauran d'aportar al procediment les dades i documents exigits en aquestes bases, fent-se responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de dos mesos, comptats des que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es publicarà la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses en el procés selectiu, que es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació, per al·legar el que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini al qual es refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les sol·licituds, el tribunal qualificador publicarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'admissió de la sol·licitud, comporta la plena acceptació per les persones sol·licitants d'aquestes Bases, amb expressa autorització per al tractament automatitzat de les seves dades als arxius de l'empresa i la publicació de resultats en els mitjans que l'empresa consideri, segons l'establert per la Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre de Protecció de Dades Personals i Garantia dels Drets Digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.3.- Barem de punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase d'oposició&lt;/strong&gt; (60 punts sobre 100) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examen teòric: Constarà d'un exercici eliminatori i quedaran eliminats els aspirants que no arribin a la puntuació mínima de 30 punts sobre 60.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en 80 preguntes tipus test amb varies respostes, de les quals només una serà correcte, sobre els següents temes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements del Codi de Circulació: Reial Decret 1428/2003, de 21 de novembre, pel que s´aprova el Reglament General de Circulació per a l´aplicació i desenvolupament del text articulat de la Llei sobre trànsit, circulació de vehicles a motor i seguretat vial, aprovat pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 339/1990, de 2 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements Generals sobre l'EMT-Palma: Reglament del Servei de Transports Col·lectius Urbans de Palma de Mallorca, publicat en el BOIB núm. 14 de 27/01/2007, i el Protocol del Conductor i Codi ètic, que es publicaran amb la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rutes, carrers i tarifes actualitzades de les línies d'autobús de l'EMT-Palma, informació disponible a la pàgina web de l´EMT-Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements de Mecànica: Coneixements bàsics necessaris per a l'obtenció del carnet de conduir “D”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Raonament numèric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Raonament verbal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguiment d'instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Detecció de problemes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adequada atenció al client.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps per desenvolupar la prova serà de 80 minuts. Les respostes correctes es puntuaran amb 0,75 punts, i les respostes errònies restaran 0,25 punts (una tercera part). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es publicarà el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública, la llista provisional de la valoració d'aquest apartat.&amp;nbsp;En el mateix acte s'obrirà un termini de tres dies hàbils (dissabtes i diumenges exclosos) per presentar al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini al qual es refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les al·legacions, el tribunal qualificador publicarà la llista definitiva dels resultats de la prova en la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fase de concurs&lt;/strong&gt; (40 punts sobre 100)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mèrits acadèmics (màxim de 12 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per titulació superior a la requerida com a requisit rellevant per a la categoria oferta: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per certificació de llengua catalana, fins a un màxim de 3 punts (no més es puntuarà la titulació superior):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En empreses de transports col·lectiu urbà de viatgers a raó de 2 punts per mes, fins un màxim de 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En empreses de transport interurbà de viatgers a raó de 0,5 punts per mes, fins un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En empreses de transport discrecional de viatgers a raó de 0,5 punts per mes, fins un màxim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En empreses de transport amb vehicles de gran tonatge a raó de 0,5 punts per mes, fins un màxim de 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits es valoraran amb referència a la data d'acabat del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el Tribunal qualificador comprovi l' existència de frau un cop publicades les llistes definitives, aquest frau determina l' exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver participat, a més de les actuacions legals que en derivin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Criteris de desempat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, aquest s'ha de resoldre atenent els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Major experiència en transport col·lectiu urbà de viatgers. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La major puntuació obtinguda en els mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La major puntuació obtinguda en l'exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Major nivell d'anglès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les persones víctimes de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La persona de més edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.5.4.- Ordre d'incorporació i crida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció, els integrants de les llistes de conductors i conductores seran contractats seguint l'ordre de preferència resultat de les llistes definitives, realitzant-se la crida a les persones que tinguin l'ordre d'incorporació més alt, de forma esglaonada segons les necessitats de l'Empresa amb els criteris i limitacions que estableixi a cada moment la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les incorporacions del torn reservat a dones es faran de la següent manera: de les primeres persones a incorporar la crida de les posicions 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 27, 28, 29, 30, 37, 38, 39, 40, 47, 48, 49, 50, 57, 58, 59, 60, 67. 68, 69, 70 i 71 correspondran al torn reservat a dones. En qualsevol cas, si la candidata del torn reservat a dones té millor nota que les persones del torn general que haurien de incorporar-se segons les regles anteriors, es cridarà la persona amb puntuació més alta independentment de la llista on figuri i que no estigui contractada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les incorporacions del torn reservat a persones amb discapacitat es faran de la següent manera: de les primeres persones a incorporar la crida de les posicions 21, 41 i 61, correspondran al torn de persones amb discapacitat. En qualsevol cas, si el candidat o candidata del torn reservat a persones amb discapacitat té millor nota que les del torn general que haurien de incorporar-se segons les regles anteriors, es cridarà la persona amb puntuació més alta independentment de la llista on figuri i que no estigui contractada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La crida es realitzarà per qualsevol mitjà que consideri l'EMT-Palma, podent fer-se telefònicament o en el seu defecte mitjançant qualsevol mitjà acreditable en dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de la llista hauran de tindre a la disposició de l'EMT-Palma com a dades de contacte:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;un telèfon fix o mòbil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una adreça de correu electrònic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una adreça postal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de la llista hauran de mantenir permanentment actualitzades aquestes dades davant l'EMT-Palma, comunicant tots els canvis que es produeixin en els mateixos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En haver-se produït la crida dues vegades consecutives sense resposta per la seva part, o una resposta negativa no justificada, serà exclosa de la llista de forma definitiva.&amp;nbsp;El termini de resposta per part de la persona que s'hagi cridat, serà de 3 dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la data de comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entendrà que s'ha produït la renúncia injustificada a la contractació, la incompareixença de personal aspirant dins del termini comunicat per l'empresa per a la formalització del contracte, o la renúncia expressa a la contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren causes justificades de rebuig del contracte per part de la persona aspirant, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Malaltia acreditada mitjançant el corresponent certificat mèdic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Període d'embaràs, maternitat o situacions assimilades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A petició de l'interessat, qualsevol altra que de forma excepcional l'EMT-Palma estimi oportuna, de forma motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos, els i les aspirants conservaran el seu lloc en les llistes i podran ser citats novament quan deixen de concórrer les causes de rebuig, sempre que hagen comunicat a l'EMT-Palma la seua disponibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un professional amb coneixements sobre la valoració dels mèrits, designat per l'EMT-Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració dels mèrits en què resulti necessari, el Tribunal podrà disposar de la incorporació d'assessors o assessores especialistes, els quals es limitaran a prestar l'esmentada col·laboració en les seves especialitats tècniques i tindran veu però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procés de selecció finalitzarà abans del 31 de desembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de complir el requisit de publicitat, les bases del procés de selecció es publicaran al BOIB.&amp;nbsp;Els diferents terminis, els resultats provisionals i definitius i les notícies o incidències relacionades amb el procés selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'EMT-Palma (https://emtpalma.eadministracio.cat), apartat ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
