    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sessió ordinària de dia 1 de desembre de 2023, ha aprovat una proposta per la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en relació amb l'aprovació inicial de modificació de crèdits del Pressupost en vigor, en la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari finançat amb càrrec al romanent líquid de tresoreria, que conté els següents acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;modificació del pressupost d'aquest Consell Insular, &lt;/span&gt;mitjançant la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari per el finançamet de despeses que no poden demorar-se fins a l'exercici següent, i per a les quals no existeix al pressupost del Consell, segons consta a la Memòria subscrita i la proposta del President del Consell Insular d'Eivissa que consten a l'expedient de myTao referpència &lt;strong&gt;2023/00021805M&lt;/strong&gt; les quals és amb càrrec al romanent de tresoreria per a despeses generals, són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'expedient es considerarà definitivament aprovat si durant el citat termini no s'haguessin presentat reclamacions; en cas contrari, el Ple disposarà d'un termini d'un mes per resoldre-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
