    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Per Decret de la Presidència de dia 19 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm 107, de dia 1 d'agost de 2023), es varen nomenar les persones membres de la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;S'ha advertit una errada en el Decret esmentat en relació a la composició de les persones membres de la Comissió de Govern en representació del Grup Vox – Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El dia 7 de novembre de 2023 es proposa la modificació d'una de les persones membres de Comissió de Govern en representació del Grup Partit Popular.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per això, de conformitat amb el que s'estableix en els articles 23.1 i 33 del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dict el següent &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Designar per a què formin part de la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca com a membres titular i suplent en representació del Grup Vox – Mallorca al Sr. David Gil de Paz, com a titular i el Sr. Pedro Bestard Martínez com a suplent. D'aquesta manera, les persones membres de la Comissió de Govern en representació del Grup Vox – Mallorca son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Antonio Gaspar Gili Millán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplent: Pedro Bestard Martínez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Designar per a què formi part de la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca com a membre suplent en representació del Grup Partit Popular a la Sra. Maria Bauzá Mascaró. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'aquesta manera, les persones membres de la Comissió de Govern en representació del Grup Partit Popular son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
