    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 14/11/2023, el cap del Servei de la UDIT, la ITV i el Registre Industrial ha formulat la proposta de resolució següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 13 del Decret 4/2006, de 27 de gener, pel qual es regulen els requisits i el procediment per a l'obtenció de determinades acreditacions professionals, i l'autorització i acreditació d'entitats de formació per impartir cursos d'instal·ladors i mantenidors (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;15, de 2 de febrer), estableix que, mitjançant una resolució, la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials ha de convocar les proves ordinàries previstes en l'article&amp;nbsp;12.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Així mateix, el Decret&amp;nbsp;60/2007, de 18 de maig, pel qual es regula l'obtenció i renovació del carnet professional d'operador de maquinària minera mòbil —OMMM— (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;77, de 24 de maig), en l'article&amp;nbsp;5 estableix que, mitjançant una resolució, la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials convocarà les proves ordinàries que preveu l'article 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tant el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;249/2010, de 5 de març, pel qual s'adapten determinades disposicions en matèria d'energia i mines a la Llei&amp;nbsp;17/2009, de 23 de novembre, sobre el lliure accés a les activitats de serveis i el seu exercici, i a la Llei&amp;nbsp;25/2009, de 22 de desembre, de modificació de diverses lleis per a la seva adaptació a la Llei sobre lliure accés a les activitats de serveis i el seu exercici; com el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;560/2010, de 7 de maig, pel qual es modifiquen diverses normes reglamentàries en matèria de seguretat industrial per adequar-les a la Llei&amp;nbsp;17/2009 i la Llei&amp;nbsp;25/2009, en diverses de les famílies professionals que regulen, estableixen la superació d'un examen davant l'òrgan competent de la comunitat autònoma com una de les vies per acreditar la condició d'instal·lador/mantenidor/operador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Decret&amp;nbsp;4/2006, de 27 de gener, pel qual es regulen els requisits i el procediment per a l'obtenció de determinades acreditacions professionals, i l'autorització i acreditació d'entitats de formació per impartir cursos d'instal·ladors i mantenidors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Decret&amp;nbsp;60/2007, de 18 de maig, pel qual es regula l'obtenció i la renovació del carnet professional d'operador de maquinària minera mòbil (OMMM).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 2.3.b) del Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de la Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El apartat 2.f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia de 20 de juliol de 2023 de delegació de competències i de suplència dels òrgans directius de la Conselleria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Propòs al conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia que dicti una resolució en els termes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Aprovar les bases de la convocatòria de l'any 2024 pel primer torn de proves per a l'obtenció de la competència professional en diferents especialitats en matèria d'indústria, d'acord amb el que figura en l'annex&amp;nbsp;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb les disposicions legals i altres disposicions concordants d'aplicació general, i en ús de les atribucions que tenc conferides, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Manifestar la conformitat amb la Proposta de resolució i dictar-ne resolució en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se notificat la Resolució, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa de Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se notificat la resolució, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;46 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i l'article&amp;nbsp;57 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Persona instal·ladora i mantenidora d'instal·lacions tèrmiques en edificis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Persona operadora de grua torre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Servei de Mines&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Persona operadora de maquinària minera mòbil (arrencada i càrrega, transport intern).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits reglamentaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones han de ser majors d'edat abans de la finalització del termini d'inscripció, en tots els casos, i han de complir els requisits exigits per a l'especialitat a la qual optin, segons s'indica a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1 Requisits per especialitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.1. En les especialitats que s´indiquen a continuació no s´exigeixen requisits reglamentaris en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;relació amb les proves, tal i com consta als Reglaments d´aplicació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Persona instal·ladora i mantenidora de gas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ITC IGC 09 del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;919/2006, de 28 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament tècnic de distribució i utilització de combustibles gasosos i les seves instruccions tècniques complementàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Persona operadora industrial de calderes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret&amp;nbsp;809/2021, de 21 de setembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'equips de pressió i les seves instruccions tècniques complementàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Persona instal·ladora i/o reparadora de productes petrolífers líquids&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret&amp;nbsp;365/2005, de 8 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova la Instrucció tècnica complementària MI-IP05 «Instal·ladors o reparadors i empreses instal·ladores o reparadores de productes petrolífers líquids&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.2. En les especialitats que s´indiquen a continuació s´exigeixen requisits reglamentaris, que són els següents:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Persona instal·ladora i mantenidora d'instal·lacions tèrmiques en edificis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits estan recollits en els articles 41 i 42 del Reglament d'instal·lacions tèrmiques en els edificis (RITE), aprovat pel Reial decret&amp;nbsp;1027/2007, de 20 de juliol, i en els acords del Grup de Treball de la Unitat de Mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades han d'estar en possessió d'alguna de les titulacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic auxiliar d'instal·lacions d'aigua, gas i calefacció, branca de construcció i obres, dels mòduls professionals de nivell 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic auxiliar en instal·lació i manteniment d'equips de fred i calor, branca d'electricitat i electrònica, del mòdul professional de nivell 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic en instal·lacions frigorífiques i de climatització, o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic en instal·lacions de producció de calor, o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic auxiliar de fontaneria, branca de construcció i obres, de la formació professional de primer grau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Tècnic superior en desenvolupament de projectes d'instal·lacions tèrmiques i de fluids.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat d'organització i projectes d'instal·lacions solars tèrmiques ENA 264_3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de desenvolupament de xarxes i sistemes de distribució de fluids IMAR 0308.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de planificació, gestió i realització del manteniment i supervisió del muntatge de xarxes i sistemes de distribució de fluids IMAR&amp;nbsp;0608.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de planificació, gestió i realització del manteniment i supervisió del muntatge d'instal·lacions calorífiques IMAR&amp;nbsp;0509.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de planificació, gestió i realització del manteniment i supervisió del muntatge d'instal·lacions de climatització i ventilació-extracció IMAR&amp;nbsp;0409.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de desenvolupament de projectes d'instal·lacions calorífiques IMAR&amp;nbsp;0508.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de professionalitat de projectes d'instal·lacions de climatització i ventilació-extracció IMAR&amp;nbsp;0109.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Acreditació d'haver superat un curs teoricopràctic de coneixements bàsics i un altre de coneixements específics d'instal·lacions tèrmiques d'edificis, amb la durada i el contingut indicats en els apartats 3.1 i 3.2 de l'apèndix&amp;nbsp;3 del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;1027/2007, de 20 de juliol, emès per una entitat habilitada als efectes en alguna Comunitat Autònoma i, a més a més, acreditació d'una experiència laboral com a tècnic, d'un mínim de tres anys, en una empresa habilitada com a instal·ladora o mantenidora d'instal·lacions tèrmiques en edificis. Les persones aspirants que en la data de finalització del termini d'inscripció se trobin rebent el curs de formació previ a l'examen, s'hi podran inscriure, però hauran d'haver finalitzat el curs abans de la data de realització de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Persona operadora de grua torre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits estan recollits en l'apartat&amp;nbsp;3 de l'annex&amp;nbsp;VI del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;836/2003, de 27 de juny, pel qual s'aprova una nova instrucció tècnica complementària «MIE-AEM-2» del Reglament d'aparells d'elevació i manutenció, referent a grues torre per a obres o altres aplicacions. S'han de complir simultàniament els dos requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Estar en possessió del títol de graduat en educació secundària obligatòria, o del títol de graduat escolar, o d'un títol equivalent als efectes laborals. En el cas de persones que han cursat estudis fora de l'Estat espanyol, serà vàlid el «Volant per a la inscripció condicional en centres docents o en exàmens oficials» expedit per l'Àrea d'Alta Inspecció de la Delegació del Govern, o, si s'escau, document actualitzat equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Estar en possessió d'un certificat d'haver superat un curs teoricopràctic amb el programa indicat en l'annex&amp;nbsp;VI del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;836/2003, impartit per una entitat formadora que consti com a acreditada en el territori nacional per alguna de les Comunitats Autònomes o que hagi presentat una declaració responsable davant l'òrgan competent en matèria d'Indústria d'alguna Comunitat Autònoma, als efectes, tal i com consta en el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;836/2003, de 27 de juny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Persona operadora de grua mòbil autopropulsada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits estan recollits en l'apartat&amp;nbsp;3 de l'annex&amp;nbsp;VII del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;837/2003, de 27 de juny, pel qual s'aprova el nou text modificat i refós de la Instrucció tècnica complementària «MIE-AEM-4» del Reglament d'aparells d'elevació i manutenció, referent a grues mòbils autopropulsades. S'han de complir simultàniament els dos requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Estar en possessió del títol de graduat en educació secundària obligatòria, o del títol de graduat escolar, o d'un títol equivalent als efectes laborals. En el cas de persones que han cursat estudis fora de l'Estat espanyol, serà vàlid el «Volant per a la inscripció condicional en centres docents o en exàmens oficials» expedit per l'Àrea d'Alta Inspecció de la Delegació del Govern o, si s'escau, document actualitzat equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Estar en possessió d'un certificat d'haver superat un curs teoricopràctic amb el programa indicat en l'annex&amp;nbsp;VII del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;837/2003, impartit per una entitat formadora que consti com a acreditada en el territori nacional per alguna de les Comunitats Autònomes, o que hagi presentat una declaració responsable davant l'òrgan competent en matèria d'Indústria d'alguna Comunitat Autònoma als efectes, tal i com consta en el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;837/2003, de 27 de juny.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Persona operadora de maquinària minera mòbil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els requisits estan recollits en el Decret&amp;nbsp;60/2007, de 18 de maig, i són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No patir cap malaltia ni està afectada per limitació física o psíquica per al compliment de les funcions per a les quals habilita el carnet sol·licitat, amb validesa màxima d'un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Haver desenvolupat com a mínim dos mesos de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Haver finalitzat les pràctiques, les quals no s'hauran desenvolupat per un temps inferior a dos mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Les persones aspirants que en la data de finalització del termini d´inscripció es trobin realitzant el curs de formació previ a les proves, s´hi podran inscriure, però hauràn d´haver finalitzat el curs abans de la data de realització d´aquestes. Si la persona aspirant realitza les proves sense finalitzar el curs, aquestes quedaran sense efecte i es tindran per no realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. La inscripció a les proves es durà a terme única i exclusivament per mitjà de Procediment TNI-079, les instruccions del qual es troben disponibles al públic en la Seu Electrónica de la Direcció General d´Indústria i Polígons Industrials, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es/tramites/tramite/567664&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. La documentació a presentar per a la inscripció a qualsevol de les proves és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Document de dades d'admissió a les proves, el qual figura a l'annex&amp;nbsp;1 d'aquestes bases. En el cas de l'especialitat de gas, les persones seran admeses a una de les categories. A les persones que marquin-ne dues o més al document, els serà assignada la prova corresponent a la categoria superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Exemplar per a l'Administració del Justificat de pagament 046 d'abonament de les taxes corresponents. S'han d'abonar tantes taxes com a proves se senyalin en el Document de dades d'admissió a les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Les persones que optin a les especialitats d'instal·lacions tèrmiques en edificis o a persona operadora de grues torre i/o autopropulsada poden triar entre presentar la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits reglamentaris en la fase d'inscripció a les proves o fer-ho una vegada superades les mateixes, si s'escau. Independentment del moment de l'aportació, la documentació es revisarà únicament si la persona obté la qualificació d'Apte en la prova realitzada. No se revisarà la documentació aportada en els casos en els què el resultat sigui de No apte. Si la documentació no es presenta una vegada obtinguda la qualificació d'Apte, la persona obtindrà la qualificació final de No apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Qui opti a l'especialitat de persona operadora de maquinària minera mòbil no ha de presentar la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits reglamentaris en la fase d'inscripció a les proves sinó durant el procediment d'obtenció del carnet, si les proves són superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per a la inscripció a les proves s'iniciarà el dia 4 de desembre de 2023 i finalitzarà el dia 29 de desembre de 2023. No es tindran per realitzades les inscripcions iniciades fora del termini indicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formes de realitzar la inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. La inscripció es pot fer de manera presencial a qualsevol de les oficines de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials, dins l'horari establert d'atenció al públic, o en qualsevol altre lloc dels habilitats per la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, als efectes. La informació sobre oficines i horaris es troba disponible en l'enllaç següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/sites/tramitacioudit/ca/direcciones_y_horarios/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. La inscripció també es pot fer de manera telemàtica, seguint les instruccions que figuren al Procediment TNI-079, que està disponible en la Seu electrònica de la Direcció General, en l'enllaç següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/ca/tramites/tramite/567664/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No es tindran per realitzades les inscripcions telemàtiques dutes a terme per qualsevol altre procediment electrònic diferent al Procediment TNI-079. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. No es tindran per inscrites les persones que no hagin abonat les taxes corresponents (una per cada prova senyalada en el document de Dades d'admissió a les proves) dins el termini d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. Les entitats formadores degudament acreditades per la Direcció General de Política Industrial podran representar els seus alumnes en aquesta tramitació, si aquests els autoritzen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Per a les persones amb discapacitat o amb necessitats especials que així ho indiquin en el document de dades d'admissió a les proves, el tribunal qualificador ha d'establir les adaptacions possibles de temps i de mitjans que consideri pertinents per dur a terme les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llistes de persones admeses i excloses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Un cop expirat el termini d'inscripció a les proves, i a petició dels tribunals qualificadors, el Servei de Registre Industrial ha d'elaborar i fer públiques les llistes provisionals de persones admeses i excloses. Les llistes s'han de publicar a la seu electrònica de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgindust.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i també s'exposaran a les seves oficines. La informació sobre oficines i horaris es troba disponible en l'enllaç següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/sites/tramitacioudit/ca/direcciones_y_horarios/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Les persones interessades han de comprovar que figuren en alguna de les dues llistes i, en cas contrari, han de fer l'al·legació pertinent. Les persones que detectin errades en les llistes publicades han de fer-ho constar mitjançant l'al·legació corresponent. Les persones que resultin excloses podran fer l'al·legació corresponent per esmenar, si escau, el motiu o motius d'exclusió, que podran ser els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.1. Manca el Document de dades d'admissió a les proves. Cal aportar-lo complimentat, d'acord amb les indicacions d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2. Hi ha errors en el Document de dades d'admissió a les proves o hi ha camps obligatoris sense omplir o no està firmat per la persona interessada. Cal aportar-ne un de nou, complimentat d'acord amb les indicacions d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.3. Manca l'exemplar per a l'Administració de l'abonament d'una o de vàries taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.4. Altres, a criteri dels tribunals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Les al·legacions s'han de presentar dins un termini de cinc dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de publicació de les llistes. Les presentades fora de termini no seran ateses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Les al·legacions es podran presentar de manera presencial a qualsevol de les oficines de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials dins l'horari establert d'atenció al públic, o en qualsevol altre lloc dels habilitats per la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, als efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. També es podran realitzar de manera telemàtica seguint les instruccions als efectes que figuren al Tràmit d'esmenes a la sol·licitud d'inscripció del Procediment TNI-079, que està disponible en la seu electrònica de la Direcció General, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Exhaurit el període d'al·legacions, i a petició del tribunal qualificador, el Servei de Registre Industrial ha d'elaborar i fer públiques les llistes definitives de persones admeses a les proves. Les llistes es publicaran a la seu electrònica de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgindust.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) i a les seves oficines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data de les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. Les proves es realitzaran en la primera setmana del mes de febrer de 2024, entre el dia 5 i el dia 9 del mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. La data, el lloc i l'horari de cada prova apareixeran indicats en la llista definitiva de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. S'adverteix expressament a les persones aspirants que la realització de les diferents proves poden coincidir en dia i hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desenvolupament de les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Les persones aspirants han d'anar proveïts del document nacional d'identitat (o document identificatiu equivalent) en vigor, i es podrà impedir l'accés a les proves si no en disposen o no el mostren a requeriment de les persones que representin el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. El contingut de les proves per a cadascuna de les especialitats del Servei de Seguretat Industrial versarà sobre les matèries reglamentàries que s'indiquen en l'Annex&amp;nbsp;2 d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. El contingut de les proves per a cadascuna de les especialitats del Servei de Mines tractarà sobre l'ús, el maneig i la manipulació de maquinària minera mòbil utilitzada en les explotacions mineres, i sobre les normes i disposicions internes de seguretat particulars dels llocs de treball específics dels operadors de maquinària minera mòbil i els de caràcter general d'una activitat extractiva, i també el Decret&amp;nbsp;60/2007, de 18 de maig. Per a l'especialitat d'arrencada i càrrega s'avaluaran els coneixements sobre maquinària d'arrencada i càrrega amb tècnica minera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. El tribunal qualificador determinarà l'enunciat, el contingut i el desenvolupament de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4.1. Servei de Seguretat Industrial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a norma general, les proves podran estar formades per les dues parts que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una part teòrica sobre aspectes relacionats amb el temari corresponent al certificat que es pretén obtenir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una altra part d'anàlisi i/o de disseny, on s'aplicaran els coneixements teòrics a casos concrets, i en la qual pot ser necessària la realització de càlculs i operacions. A més, les proves poden incloure la realització de pràctiques, reals o simulades, amb equips, maquinària o instal·lacions si així ho considera oportú el tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4.2. Servei de Mines&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a norma general, les proves estaran formades per preguntes escrites amb selecció de la resposta entre múltiples opcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualificació de les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves tindran una qualificació d' Apte en el cas de superar-les i de No apte en el cas de no superar-les o de no presentar-s'hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llistes de resultats de les proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. Realitzades les proves, el Servei de Registre Industrial ha d'elaborar i fer públiques les llistes provisionals de resultats, a petició dels tribunals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Les llistes es publicaran a la seu electrònica de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgindust.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;), i també s'exposaran a les seves oficines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. Les persones que hagin realitzat les proves han de comprovar que figuren en les llistes publicades i, en cas contrari, han de fer l'al·legació pertinent. Les persones que detectin errades en les llistes han de fer-lo constar mitjançant l'al·legació corresponent. Les al·legacions s'han de presentar durant els cinc dies següents a la data de publicació de les llistes. Les al·legacions presentades fora de termini no seran ateses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. Les persones que hagin superat les proves de l'especialitat d'instal·lacions tèrmiques disposaran de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de les llistes de superació de proves, per aportar al Servei de Registre Industrial una copia dels documents que acreditin el compliment dels requisits reglamentaris. Els documents són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia d'alguna de les titulacions acadèmiques que permeten accedir a les proves (consulteu la Base número 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no disposar de titulació acadèmica, s'ha de presentar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una còpia del certificat de superació d'un curs teoricpràctic de coneixements bàsics i específics d'instal·lacions tèrmiques d'edificis, amb la durada i el contingut indicats en els apartats 3.1 i 3.2 de l'apèndix&amp;nbsp;3 del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;1027/2007, de 20 de juliol, emès per una entitat de formació habilitada per a l'especialitat en alguna Comunitat Autònoma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vida laboral en la qual consti que la persona aspirant ha estat contractada durant un mínim de tres anys en alguna empresa habilitada en instal·lacions tèrmiques. El grup de cotització ha de correspondre al grup tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant no presenta aquesta documentació dins el termini establert o la documentació presentada no s'ajusta als requisits reglamentaris, la qualificació passarà d'Apte a No apte i les proves no se tindran per superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.5. Les persones que hagin aportat la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits reglamentaris en la fase d'inscripció no han de tornar a presentar-la, i serà revisada tan sols en el cas de superar la prova. Si la documentació no s'ajusta als requisits reglamentaris, la qualificació passarà d'Apte a No apte i les proves no es tindran per superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.6. Les persones que hagin superat les proves de les especialitats d'operador de grua torre i d'operador de grua mòbil autopropulsada (categories A i B) disposaran de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de les llistes de superació de proves, per aportar al Servei de Registre Industrial una copia dels documents que acreditin el compliment dels requisits reglamentaris i que són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Títol de graduat en educació secundària obligatòria o títol de graduat escolar o títol equivalent als efectes laborals. En el cas de persones que han cursat estudis fora de l'Estat espanyol, s'acceptarà el «Volant per a la inscripció condicional en centres docents o en exàmens oficials», expedit per l'Àrea d'Alta Inspecció de la Delegació del Govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat d'haver superat un curs teoricopràctic amb el programa indicat en l'annex&amp;nbsp;VI del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;836/2003 o en l'annex&amp;nbsp;VII del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;837/2003, segons el cas, impartit per una entitat formadora que consti com a acreditada en el territori nacional als efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant no presenta la documentació dins aquest termini o la documentació presentada no s'ajusta als requisits establerts, la qualificació passarà d'Apte a No apte i les proves no se tindran per superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.7. Les persones que hagin aportat la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits reglamentaris en la fase d'inscripció no han de tornar a presentar-la, i serà revisada tan sols en el cas de superar la prova. Si la documentació no s'ajusta als requisits reglamentaris, la qualificació passarà d'Apte a No apte i les proves no es tindran per superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.8. Les persones que hagin superat les proves de les especialitats d'operador de maquinària minera mòbil han d'aportar la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits reglamentaris durant la tramitació del carnet d'operador de maquinaria minera mòbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les llistes de persones que no han superat les proves figurarà la data i l'horari de revisió d'aquestes. Les persones que hi figurin podran sol·licitar-ne la revisió, i disposaran d'un termini de cinc dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la data de publicació per sol·licitar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.10. Les al·legacions, l'aportació de documentació acreditativa dels requisits reglamentaris i les sol·licituds de revisió de les proves es podran presentar de manera presencial&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;amb una sol·licitud en la qual s'indiqui l'al·legació, o, si s'escau, que es desitja revisar el resultat de les proves o, si s'escau, que s'aporta la documentació exigida reglamentàriament. Se podrà realitzar en qualsevol de les oficines de la Direcció General d'Indústria i Polígons Industrials, dins l'horari establert d'atenció al públic, o en qualsevol altre lloc dels habilitats per la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, als efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es podran presentar de manera telemàtica, seguint les instruccions que es troben al Procediment TNI-079 de la seu electrònica de la Direcció General,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/ca/tramites/tramite/567664/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en funció de si es tracta d'Al·legacions a la llista provisional de resultats de les proves, una Sol·licitud de revisió dels resultats de les proves o una Acreditació de requisits reglamentaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.12. Les persones que obtinguin una qualificació de No apte en les especialitats d'instal·lacions tèrmiques i operador de grues i que, després de la revisió de les proves amb el tribunal, obtinguin la qualificació d'Apte, disposen de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de revisió de les proves, per aportar al Servei de Registre Industrial una copia dels documents que acreditin el compliment dels requisits establerts per a les seves especialitats, segons s'indica en els apartats 11.4 i 11.6, respectivament, de les bases, llevat del cas d'haver presentat la documentació en la fase d'inscripció. Si no presenten la documentació dins aquest termini o la documentació presentada no s'ajusta als requisits establerts, la qualificació passarà d'Apte a No apte i les proves no es tindran per superades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.13. Les persones que hagin presentat en altres convocatòries alguns dels documents que es requereixen en aquestes bases podran indicar el número d'expedient on es troben. Els documents tindran efectes únicament si no han perdut la seva validesa per caducitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.14. Finalitzat el procés de revisió de les proves i de l'aportació de la documentació d'acreditació dels requisits reglamentaris, el Servei de Registre Industrial elaborarà i farà públiques les llistes definitives de resultats de les proves, aprovades pels tribunals. Addicionalment, i mitjançant una Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia, aquesta llista es publicarà en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dotzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expedició del certificat de superació de proves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les especialitats que regula el Reglament tècnic de distribució i utilització de combustibles gasosos, el Reglament d'equips de pressió i el Reglament de productes petrolífers, el Servei de Registre Industrial emetrà d'ofici un certificat per a cada persona que hagi superat les proves, el qual serà suficient per acreditar la seva competència professional obtinguda per superació d'un examen teoricopràctic per la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. Addicionalment, i mitjançant una Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia, aquesta llista es publicarà en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Els titulars i els suplents poden actuar indistintament i concurrentment. En la sessió de constitució cada tribunal qualificador ha d'acordar totes les decisions que corresponguin per al desenvolupament correcte de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4.Cada tribunal pot disposar que assessors especialistes s'incorporin als treballs. Aquests assessors actuaran amb veu però sense vot i les seves intervencions han de constar en acta. Així mateix, el tribunal es pot valer de l'activitat de personal auxiliar durant el desenvolupament material de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5.El tribunal qualificador determinarà el material pràctic que cada interessat ha de portar a les proves convocades, i també el material que no està permès: llibres, publicacions, gràfiques, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
