&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtut de la presumpció establerta a l'article 169.1, en relació amb l'article 177.2, del text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, ha estat elevada a definitiva la &lt;strong&gt;modificació de crèdit 12-2023, &lt;/strong&gt;de suplement de crèdit finançat amb baixes de crèdits del pressupost vigent, majors ingressos efectivament recaptats i romanent de tresoreria per despeses generals, aprovada inicialment per acord del ple de l'ajuntament en sessió de 26 d'octubre de 2023&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 147, de 28.10.2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra l'aprovació definitiva de l'expedient de modificació de crèdit es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir del dia següent d'haver-se publicat aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, sense perjudici que els interessats legitimats puguin exercitar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considerin procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
