    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Regidora d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior per decret número 19.783 de 2 de novembre de 2023, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar, segons la proposta definitiva que ha efectuat el tribunal qualificador del concurs oposició pel torn lliure per cobrir 2 places d'Animador/a Sociocultural, pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis Especials, grup C, subgrup C1, corresponents a la taxa d'estabilització de l'OPE 2018, a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament, per a posteriors nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí de l'Administració Especial de l'Ajuntament de Palma, la composició final de la borsa amb indicació de totes les persones integrants, l'ordre de prelació i la puntuació obtinguda, que figura en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i al web de l'Ajuntament de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
