&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de març de 2022), determina que l'IQPIB ha de regular el procediment per avaluar, reconèixer i acreditar les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Reial decret 659/2023, de 18 de juliol, pel qual es desenvolupa l'ordenació del Sistema de Formació Professional (BOE núm. 174, de 22 de juliol), en els articles 180 i 181, especifica que les administracions competents seran les encarregades de planificar i gestionar la formació de les persones assessores i avaluadores i garantir la seva formació i actualització per &lt;/span&gt;tal&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; que puguin actuar com a tals en el procediment d'acreditació de les competències professionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats té previst publicar diverses convocatòries de procediments d'acreditació de competències adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals de manera permanent, per la qual cosa és necessari comptar amb un nombre suficient de persones habilitades com a personal assessor i avaluador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatòria d'aquest curs està finançada pel Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional i en el marc del Component 20 &lt;/span&gt;«&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pla Estratègic d'Impuls de la Formació Professional&lt;/span&gt;»&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència (PRTR).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar les bases que regeixen la convocatòria d'un curs de formació específica per a l'habilitació com a persones assessores i avaluadores per al procediment d'acreditació de competències adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals. Aquestes bases figuren a l'annex d'aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposar que aquesta Resolució es publiqui en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i establir que començarà a tenir efectes l'endemà de publicar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el &lt;/span&gt;c&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;onseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta Resolució és convocar, en l'àmbit de les Illes Balears, un curs de formació específica per habilitar per&lt;/span&gt;sones &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;assessores i avaluadores d'algunes famílies professionals incloses &lt;/span&gt;en e&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;l Catàleg Nacional d'Estàndards de Competències Professionals, les quals figuren en el punt &lt;/span&gt;tercer&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que superin el curs quedaran habilitades per poder exercir, indistintament, les funcions d'assessorament i d&lt;/span&gt;'&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;avaluació en els procediments d'acreditació de competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals de les competències professionals &lt;/span&gt;de&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; les quals s'hagin habilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisits de participació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que poden participar en el curs són les que formen part del col·lectiu de professionals experts que tenguin una experiència laboral d'almenys quatre anys relacionada amb les famílies professionals convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;És indispensable disposar dels coneixements necessaris com a usuari de l'entorn de formació a distància, d'una adreça de correu electrònic vàlida, d'un equip informàtic equipat amb càmera i micròfon, i de connexió a Internet de banda ampla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Famílies professionals i places convocades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis Socioculturals i a la Comunitat (SSC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tèxtil, Confecció i Pell (TCP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transport i Manteniment de Vehicles (TMV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vidre i Ceràmica (VIC)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El nombre de places convocades és de 75, les quals seran adjudicades en funció dels criteris de selecció establerts al punt quart d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El director de l'Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears (IQPIB) pot resoldre que s'admeti, excepcionalment, un nombre de persones superior al de le&lt;/span&gt;s &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;places convocades per tal d'esmenar possibles&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;omissions de les llistes provisionals o atendre altres circumstàncies que així ho justifiquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criteris de selecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que el nombre d'inscripcions admeses superi el nombre de places convocades, sempre que compleixin amb els requisits establerts en el punt segon d'aquetes bases, s'ha d'aplicar el criteri de baremació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les famílies professionals d'Activitats Físiques i Esportives, Administració i Gestió, Comerç i Màrqueting, Fabricació Mecànica, Hosteleria i Turisme, Indústries Alimentàries, Instal·lació i Manteniment i Fusta, i Moble i Suro tendran prioritat&lt;/span&gt; sobre&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la resta de famílies professionals convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini per sol·licitar la inscripció al curs és de l'11 de desembre al 22 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones interessades &lt;/span&gt;a&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; participar han d'emplenar la sol·licitud d'inscripció mitjançant el tràmit establert a&lt;/span&gt; aquest &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;'efecte que es troba disponible a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; i han adjuntar&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;la documentació acreditativa següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, de l'Institut Social de la Marina o de la mutualitat a la qual estiguin afiliats en què constin l'empresa, la categoria laboral (grup de cotització) i el període de contractació (vida laboral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat de l'empresa emès pel Servei Públic d'Ocupació Estatal (SEPE) o certificat emès per l'empresa que acrediti les funcions i tasques desenvolupades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de treballadors autònoms, certificat &lt;/span&gt;d'alta de l'Impost d'Activitats Econòmiques (IAE) i &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;una declaració responsable amb indicació de l'activitat laboral amb un resum de les funcions desenvolupades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificat d'acreditació de competències professionals (si n'és el cas de voler obtenir puntuació addicional).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones no admeses&lt;/span&gt; i aquelles que no estiguin d'acord amb la baremació publicada &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;poden presentar una reclamació mitjançant el formulari establert a &lt;/span&gt;aquest &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;efecte, que es troba disponible a la mateixa web, del 17 al 22 de gener del 2024, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El curs té com a finalitat &lt;/span&gt;oferir a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;les persones participants els coneixements i les eines necessàries per tal de poder assessor&lt;/span&gt;ar&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; i avalua&lt;/span&gt;r&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; en els procediments d'acreditació de competències adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals que es convoquin segons el que s'estableix en el Real decret 659/2023, de 18 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El curs es durà a terme del 31 de gener al 29 de febrer de 2024, amb una durada total de quaranta hores de formació telemàtica mitjançant la plataforma educativa Classroom. El curs inclou tres sessions virtuals amb la plataforma de videoconferència Webex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Habilitació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones participants que superin el curs qued&lt;/span&gt;aran&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; habilitades &lt;/span&gt;per &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;assessor&lt;/span&gt;ar&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; i avalua&lt;/span&gt;r&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; en el procediment d'acreditació de competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals en la qualificació o qualificacions professionals &lt;/span&gt;en&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la qual hagin estat aptes i s'incorporen com a tals al Registre del Personal Assessor i Avaluador habilitat a les Illes Balears, creat mitjançant el Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es considera que s'ha superat el curs quan s'han presentat les activitats &lt;/span&gt;en&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; el termini establert i se n'ha obtingut una qualificació d'apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A més, aquelles persones que resultin habilitades en aquesta convocatòria es comprometen a participar com a assessors i avaluadors en el procediment d'acreditació, i poden ser nomenades d'ofici segons les necessitats que determini l'òrgan gestor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per assegurar la imparcialitat en les properes convocatòries de procediments d'acreditació de competències adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o altres vies no formals i informals, les persones que superin el curs i resultin habilitades com a personal assessor i avaluador no poden participar simultàniament com a candidates per a cap de les qualificacions professionals de les quals siguin designades persones assessores o avaluadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
