    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Batle-President d'aquest Ajuntament, amb data 13 de novembre de 2023, dictà la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA NÚM. 2023-0913&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUNTA DE GOVERN, MEMBRES i DELEGACIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb les facultats i atribucions conferides per l'article 23 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal y de règim local de les Illes Balears, l'article 50 i següents del Reglament Orgànic Municipal, i, el RD 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre; per Decret de Batlia 539/2023, de 5 de juliol, es nomenaren els membres integrants de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès, que per Decret de Batlia núm. 911/2023, de 13 de novembre, s'ha nomenat un nou tinent de batle; es dicta la següent RESOLUCIÓ,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Modificar el Decret de Batlia 539/2023, de 5 de juliol, pel que fa als membres de la Junta de Govern Local, quedant integrada pels següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Batle- President&lt;/strong&gt;: Sr. JUAN VÍCTOR MARTÍ VALLÉS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Regidors&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Sr. JOSEP MARIA PONS MOREY&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. FRANCISCO MOYÁ POL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. MARGARITA VACHIANO POL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sra. CATALINA CARMEN CORTÉS JAEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; De la pressent Resolució es donarà coneixement al Ple a la primera sessió ordinària que celebri; es notificarà a la persona designada i a cessada; i es publicarà en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent al de la present resolució, conforme s'indica a l'article 52.4 del RD 2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Sr. Batle, a la data de la signatura electrònica, i, ho signa la Secretària-acctal. als sols efectes de donar fe. Binissalem, el Batle, signat i segellat.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
