    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;El Sr. Batle-President d'aquest Ajuntament, amb data 13 de novembre de 2023, dictà la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;“DECRET DE BATLIA NÚM. 2023-0915&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;DELEGACIONS D'AREES A REGIDORS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Aquesta Batlia té atribuït per llei, la facultat de delegar determinades atribucions, conforme a l'article 46 del Reglament Orgànic Municipal, i, l'article 21.3 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, i, l'article 25 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local; per Decret de Batlia núm.512/2023, de 23 de juny, es crearen les diferents delegacions d'àrees i els nomenaments d'aquestes delegacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Atès que, per Decret de Batlia núm.&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;911&lt;/span&gt;/2023, de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;13&lt;/span&gt; de novembre, s'ha nomenat un nou tinent de Batle, i, per motius de conveniència i agilitat, és aconsellable modificar l'esmentat Decret 512/2023, de 23 de juny; modificant les següents delegacions d'ares de Batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;DELEGACIÓ D'URBANISME&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;DELEGACIÓ DE PATRIMONI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;En conseqüència, vists d'entre altres, els articles 46 del Reglament Orgànic Municipal, 21.3 de la LBRL i 43, 44, 120, 121 i 122 del ROF, per la present he resolt, modificar els següents nomenaments:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;PRIMER.- Nomenar el Sr. JOSEP MARIA PONS MOREY:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;- DELEGAT D'URBANISME&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Les seves atribucions seran les pròpies d'aquestes àrees, de direcció i gestió a excepció de la resolutiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;SEGON.-&amp;nbsp; FRANCISCO MOYA POL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;- DELEGAT D'OBRES, MEDI AMBIENT i BRIGADA MUNICIPAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Les seves atribucions seran les pròpies d'aquestes àrees, de direcció i gestió a excepció de la resolutiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Nomenar el Sr. JOAN ANDREU SABATER PONS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;- DELEGAT DE FIRES i FESTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;- DELEGAT D'ESPORTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Les seves atribucions seran les pròpies d'aquestes àrees, de direcció i gestió a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;excepció de la resolutiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Representar l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Coordinació general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Serveis Socials, Infància i Igualtat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Educació, Cultura i Joventut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Patrimoni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Totes les que l'hi atribueixen les lleis i no estiguin delegades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;SISÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;.- De la pressent Resolució es donarà coneixement al Ple a la primera sessió ordinària que celebri; es notificarà a les persones afectades per aquesta modificació; i es publicarà en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent al de la present resolució, conforme s'indica a l'article 52.4 del RD 2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Sr. Batle, a la data de la signatura electrònica, i, ho signa la secretària-acctal. als sols efectes de donar fe. Binissalem, el Batle, signat i segellat.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
