    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret 130/2007, de 19 d'octubre, es va crear la Comissió Mixta Govern – Consells Insulars, prevista en la disposició transitòria cinquena de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, per al traspàs de funcions i serveis inherents a les competències atribuïdes com a pròpies als consells insulars a les quals fa referència l'article 70 del text estatutari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquesta Comissió Mixta, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 2 del Decret esmentat, està integrada per divuit vocals, nou dels quals són designats pel Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bril&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; núm. 52, de 20 d'abril), es designaren els vocals, titulars i suplents, que havien de formar part de la Comissió Mixta Govern – Consells Insulars per al traspàs de funcions i serveis en representació del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Després de les darreres eleccions autonòmiques, és necessari deixar sense efecte l'Acord esmentat i dictar un nou acord que es correspongui amb la composició del Govern de les Illes Balears i amb l'estructura i les competències de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears actualment en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern a proposta de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, en la sessió de dia 10 de novembre de 2023 adoptà, entre d'altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar, per formar part de la Comissió Mixta Govern – Consells Insulars per al traspàs de funcions i serveis, els representants del Govern de les Illes Balears següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: la&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: la secretària general de la Conselleria de Presidència i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: el vicepresident i conseller d'Economia, Hisenda i Innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el director general de Pressuposts i Finançament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: la consellera d'Habitatge, Territori i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: la directora general de Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el director general de Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: la consellera de Famílies i Afers Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el secretari general de la Conselleria de Famílies i Afers Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: el conseller de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el director general de Costes i Litoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: el conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: la directora general de Relacions Institucionals i de Relacions amb el Parlament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el director general de Coordinació i Transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Titular: el director general de Funció Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Suplent: el director general d'Emergències i Interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;Deixar sense efecte l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2021 pel qual es designen els vocals, titulars i suplents, que han de formar part de la Comissió Mixta Govern – Consells Insulars per al traspàs de funcions i serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquest Acord en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;. &lt;/em&gt;Disposar que aquest Acord tengui efecte a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
