&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vist el Decret núm 2023/002687 de data de 21 de juny de l&amp;apos;actual pel qual es nomenava Tinents de Batlia als Regidors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1r. Tinent de Batlia, a la Sra. Maria Cristina Pomar Bonnin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2n. Tinent de Batlia, al Sr. Tomás Sastre Soler &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès que el Regidor i tercer Tinent de Batlia Sr. Guillermo Roig Mascaró va renunciar al seu càrrec de regidor al Ple de dia 27 de setemmbre d&amp;apos;enguany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En l&amp;apos;exercici de les facultats que em confereix la legislació vigent, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar Tinents de Batlia als Regidors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. – &lt;/strong&gt;Als Tinents de Batlia els hi correspondrà substituir a aquesta Batlia en la totalitat de les seves funcions i per l&amp;apos;ordre del seu nomenament, en els casos d&amp;apos;absència, malaltia o impediment que li impossibiliti per a l&amp;apos;exercici de les seves atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. - &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar aquest Decret als Tinents de Batlia nomenats, fent-lis constar que hauran de mantenir informat a aquest Ajuntament de l&amp;apos;exercici de les seves atribucions com a Batle Accidental, i no podran, durant el citat exercici, ni modificar les delegacions ja efectuades per aquest Ajuntament amb anterioritat, ni atorgar-ne altres noves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. – &lt;/strong&gt;De la present resolució se&amp;apos;n donarà compte al Ple en la primera sessió que celebri, i es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, sense perjudici, de la seva efectivitat des del dia següent de la present Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ. – &lt;/strong&gt;Queden derogats els Decrets i Resolucions així com qualsevol altre resolució que s&amp;apos;oposi al contingut del present Decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
