Decret de batlia núm. 19.694 de 30 d'octubre de 2023, ha resolt el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Convocar proves selectives, mitjançant el sistema de concurs-oposició torn lliure, per a la cobertura de 2 places d'AJUDANT/A D'ESPECTACLES vacants a la plantilla de funcionaris/àries d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala de l'Administració Especial, Subescala C Serveis Especials, Classe personal de comeses especials, grup C, subgrup C1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a la taxa de reposició de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2020, publicada al BOIB núm. 200 de 26 novembre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases específiques que regiran aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- El termini de presentació d'instàncies serà de vint dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Les instàncies s'hauran de dirigir al Molt Honorable Senyor Batle en la forma establerta en la base tercera de les bases generals que regeixen aquesta convocatòria que varen ser publicades al BOIB núm. 129 de 21 de setembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- No es podrà declarar superat el procés selectiu a un número d'aspirants superior al de les places convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES PER COBRIR 2 PLACES VACANTS D'AJUDANT/A D'ESPECTACLES, (taxa de reposició) PEL TORN LLIURE, OFERTA PÚBLICA DE L'ANY 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJECTE I NORMES GENERALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Palma convoca proves selectives, mitjançant el sistema de concurs-oposició torn lliure, per a la cobertura de 2 places d'ajudant/a d'espectacles, vacants en la plantilla de funcionaris/as d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala C Serveis Especials, Classe personal de comeses especials, grup C, subgrup C1, dotada pressupostàriament i corresponent a la taxa de reposició de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2020, publicada al BOIB núm. 200, de 26 de novembre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria està, a més, subjecta al que es disposa en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del Personal al Servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases tindran en compte el principi d'igualtat de tracte entre dones i homes, pel que fa a l'accés a l'ocupació, d'acord amb l'article 14 de la Constitució Espanyola, el Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, la Llei Orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes i la llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 55 de la Llei Orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes disposa que "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'aprovació de convocatòries de proves selectives per a l'accés a l'ocupació pública haurà d'acompanyar-se d'un informe d'impacte de gènere, excepte en casos d'urgència i sempre sense perjudici de la prohibició de discriminació per raó de sexe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;", que es complementa amb l'article 43.3 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol d'Igualtat de dones i homes de les Illes Balears: "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les ofertes d'ocupació pública de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears, s'hi ha d'adjuntar una avaluació de l'impacte de gènere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;". Tot això posa de manifest el compromís assumit per l'Ajuntament de Palma en relació amb la promoció activa de la igualtat d'oportunitats entre dones i homes, així com de prevenció i actuació davant la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases generals que regeixen aquesta convocatòria es varen publicar al BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de setembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA.- REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A més dels que es preveuen a les bases generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1-. Estar en possessió del títol Batxillerat o títol equivalent, d'acord amb les directives comunitàries. En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger s'haurà d'acreditar que s'està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s'escau, l'homologació del títol. Aquest requisit no és aplicable als aspirants que hagin obtingut el reconeixement de la seva qualificació professional, en l'àmbit de les professions regulades, a l'empara de les disposicions de dret de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2-. Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell B2 mitjançant un certificat expedit per l'EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats establert a l'Ordre del Conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció general de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013) o per Certificat expedit per la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut de la Conselleria d'Educació, Cultura i Joventut, que segons el Decret 6/2012, de 3 de febrer, sobre avaluació i certificació de coneixements de català, (BOIB número 19, de 07-02-2012), garanteixi els coneixements de català exigits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA.- FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants a les proves selectives s'hauran de inscriure al Portal de l'Opositor de l'Ajuntament de Palma i una vegada obtingut el pdf de la inscripció, el full d'autobaremació i el del pagament de la taxa, els hauran de presentar pel registre electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Palma. Una vegada finalitzat el procés electrònic es podrà obtenir un justificant de presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els drets d'examen seran de 15,91 euros i seran abonats per les persones interessades dintre el termini d'admissió d'instàncies dins el procés d'inscripció recollit al paràgraf anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;vint dies naturals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE). Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Degut a que el full d'inscripció obtingut al portal de l'opositor de l'Ajuntament de Palma conté una declaració jurada de l'aspirant d'acompliment de tots els requisits exigits per accedir a la plaça d'Ajudant d'Espectacles, no es requereix en el moment d'inscripció la documentació acreditativa, que serà requerida als aspirants proposats pel Tribunal previ a la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA.- ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Exhaurit el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'òrgan competent dictarà resolució en el termini màxim d'un mes aprovant la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió, si s'escau. La relació de les persones admeses i excloses s'exposarà en el tauler electrònic d'edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web d'aquest Ajuntament i a l'apartat d'oferta pública de feina de la mateixa pàgina web. La relació de persones excloses es publicarà al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a esmenar el possible defecte o presentar els documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de la relació indicada en el BOIB. Si no es presenten esmenes la llista esdevindrà definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, que es publicarà al tauler electrònic d'edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Palma, i a l'apartat d'oferta pública de feina de la mateixa pàgina web, a la relació de persones excloses es farà constar les resolucions de les reclamacions presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA.- PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; concurs oposició pel torn lliure. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present procediment selectiu generarà un borsí del qual es podran nomenar per ordre de puntuació final les persones que figurin en el borsí de persones candidates que hagin superat tots els exercicis o alguns, d'acord amb allò establert a l'article 18.2 de l'Acord regulador de les condicions de treball del personal funcionari, eventual i dels òrgans directius de l'Ajuntament de Palma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.- QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Els exercicis obligatoris seran eliminatoris i es puntuaran d'acord amb allò establert a les presents bases específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETENA.- CALENDARI ORIENTATIU DELS EXERCICIS: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El primer exercici se celebrarà en el termini màxim de sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. El tribunal fixarà i publicarà un calendari orientatiu amb les dates de realització dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA.- COMPOSICIÓ DEL TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per a cada convocatòria, el tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per un president o presidenta, designat per l'òrgan competent, i quatre vocals, que seran designats per sorteig d'entre personal funcionari en servei actiu que reuneixi els requisits exigits a la normativa vigent. Aquesta designació implicarà la dels respectius suplents. El secretari/a serà designat per votació d'entre els vocals. El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació de personal assessor especialista per a totes o algunes de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per a efectuar funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- PROGRAMA DEL CONCURS OPOSICIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- 1.- FASE D'OPOSICIÓ: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició suposarà un 70% de la puntuació final. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER EXERCICI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Obligatori. Consistirà a desenvolupar per escrit, en un temps màxim de tres hores, dos temes elegits entre quatre temes designats per sorteig públic del temari específic que s'enumeren a continuació. Es valorarà fins a un màxim de 20 punts. Cada tema es qualificarà de 0 a 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 10 punts per superar aquest exercici, 5 per cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran, fonamentalment, els coneixements exposats sobre els temes que corresponguin, així com la claredat, l'ordre d'idees i la qualitat de l'expressió escrita. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON EXERCICI: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori. Consistirà a resoldre un supòsit pràctic elegit a l'atzar d'entre els tres que proposi el tribunal, relacionats amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps màxim per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de dues hores. Es valorarà fins a un màxim de 20 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 10 punts per superar aquest exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la capacitat de raciocini, la correcta interpretació de la normativa aplicable al cas plantejat, l'adequada formulació de conclusions i els coneixements exposats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER EXERCICI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Obligatori.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Consistirà a en contestar per escrit un qüestionari de 50 preguntes sobre el contingut del temari de la part general amb tres respostes alternatives. Hi haurà 5 preguntes de reserva, per al cas que el tribunal acordi anul·lar alguna pregunta, perquè hi detecti d'ofici algun error manifest durant la realització de l'exercici o perquè aquest es detecti com a conseqüència de les al·legacions que posteriorment es presentin. El temps màxim per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 60 minuts. L'exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una puntuació mínima de 5 punts per superar aquest exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada pregunta resposta correctament es valorarà amb 0,20 punts. Les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les tres opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzarà amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta. Per efectuar la qualificació de l'exercici s'aplicarà la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- 2.- FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Autobaremació de mèrits i llista provisional de mèrits al·legats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones aspirants han d'emplenar, juntament amb la sol·licitud de participació i d'acord amb el tràmit telemàtic, el full d'autobaremació de mèrits, que té la consideració de declaració responsable en els termes que preveu l'article 69 de la Llei 39/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest full d'autobaremació les persones aspirants han d'al·legar, sota la seva responsabilitat, quins són els mèrits dels quals disposen. Els mèrits s'han d'al·legar i acreditar, en referència a la data que finalitzi el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedat en les dades d'autobaremació determina l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver-hi participat, a més de les actuacions legals que se'n derivin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Acreditació de mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els mèrits que es valoraran a la fase de concurs, i que vindran referits a la data de termini de presentació d'instàncies, s'hauran de presentar mitjançant la presentació d'originals o fotocòpies acarades en el model normalitzat establert a l'efecte per l'Ajuntament, dins el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 dies naturals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoraran aquells que estiguin adequadament i clarament acreditats d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs. No es tindrà en compte la remissió a altres expedients de convocatòries anteriors. Les persones aspirants funcionàries d'aquest Ajuntament podran fer remissió al seus expedients personals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació de treballs fets en entitats públiques empresarials (entitats de dret públic sotmeses al dret privat), en consorcis, en fundacions del sector públic, en empreses societàries del sector públic i en empreses privades es farà mitjançant el certificat de la vida laboral, i l'acreditació de la categoria i de les funcions fetes amb el contracte laboral o un certificat de l'empresa, del consorci o de la fundació corresponent, o d'una altra manera en què quedin acreditades la categoria i les funcions dutes a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius del mèrits presentats podran ser retirats pels aspirants en el termini de tres mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'adquirir fermesa la resolució definitiva del procediment. En cas contrari seran destruïts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar seran els que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en una empresa privada exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,05 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en el sector públic (que no siguin administracions públiques) exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,07 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats en qualsevol administració pública, sempre que es trobin dins l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 70/1978, de reconeixement de serveis previs en l'administració pública, exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,10 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Cursos de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Escola Municipal de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació continua de les Administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat ni la impartició d'assignatures a la Universitat, ni aquells presentats com a requisit d'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb: 0,005 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,002 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació que es valorarà a qualsevol especialitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren per a qualsevol especialitat les següents accions formatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de l'àrea jurídicoadministrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos d'igualtat de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos d'informàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta formació es valorarà d'acord al següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,0018 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 3 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.- Titulacions acadèmiques oficials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.Estudis que es valoren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1 Es valoren en aquest apartat les titulacions acadèmiques el caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esports, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2 La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el 1er cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo, excepte en el supòsit del títol de doctor, màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau en que sí es pot valorar la llicenciatura o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3 Es valoraran les titulacions del mateix nivell acadèmic o superior o de nivell inferior, a les exigides com a requisits, sense que en cap cas es pugui valorar l'acreditada com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1 Estudis de Postgrau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.1 Per cada títol de doctor/a: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.2 Màster: els títols de màsters universitaris oficials (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari, i curs d'actualització universitària) es valoren a raó de 0,025 punts per cada crèdit LRU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduït pel RD 1393/2007, de 27 d'octubre) o per cada 10 hores lectives, i a raó de 0,075 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) o per cada 25 hores lectives, amb un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1.2 Títols propis de postgrau es valoren a raó de 0,015 punts per cada crèdit LRU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduït pel RD 1393/2007, de 27 d'octubre) o per cada 10 hores lectives, i a raó de 0,065 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) o per cada 25 hores lectives, amb un màxim de 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que el màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau no indiqui els crèdits o no esmenti si es tracten de crèdits LRU o ECTS, s'entén que els crèdits són LRU i s'han de computar, d'acord amb els paràgrafs anteriors, a raó de 0,025 punts per cada crèdit o per cada 10 hores lectives, si són títols oficial, ó 0.015 punts per cada crèdit o per cada 10 hores lectives si es tracta de títols propis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es tindrà en compte com a mèrit el títol de màster habilitant per a l'exercici de la professió objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, en el supòsit de presentar el títol de grau, en ser-ne requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 Estudis universitaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.1 Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial de segon cicle universitari, llicenciatura, arquitectura, enginyeria o equivalent: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.2 Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial de diplomatura universitària, grau, primer cicle universitari, arquitectura tècnica, enginyeria tècnica o equivalent: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2.3 Per cada títol propi de grau: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3 Estudis no universitaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3.1 Per cada titulació acadèmica de tècnic superior de formació professional, o equivalent: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 6 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.- Coneixement de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o homologats per L'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística. El certificat LA es pot acumular al C1 o al C2. La puntuació en cada cas serà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de domini funcional efectiu (certificat C1): 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de domini (certificat C2): 1,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (certificat LA): 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.- Exercicis per oposició superats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada exercici obligatori superat per l'accés a la mateixa especialitat, dins els últims 12 anys anteriors a la present convocatòria: 0,33 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima serà d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Total puntuació fase de concurs: 23 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs suposarà un 30% de la puntuació final. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA.- LLISTA D'APROVATS i PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el procés selectiu,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;el tribunal farà pública al Tauler d'Anuncis Virtual de la corporació, i a la pàgina web la relació de persones que l'hagin superat, la qual inclourà nom i llinatges, i quatre dígits aleatoris del DNI i la indicació de la puntuació obtinguda, per ordre de major a menor puntuació. L'esmentada relació serà la determinant per a la petició i l'adjudicació de destins, amb excepció de les persones amb discapacitat, per a les quals es tindrà en compte l'establert a l'art. 9 del R.D. 2271/2004, i del personal interí, el qual tindrà preferència per a cobrir la plaça que ocupava en cas que aquesta fos vacant, sempre que existeixin motius de dependència personal, dificultats de desplaçament o altres d'anàlogues, que hauran de ser degudament acreditades. L'òrgan convocant decidirà l'esmentada alteració quan es trobi degudament justificada, i haurà de limitar-se a realitzar la mínima modificació en l'ordre de prelació necessari per a possibilitar l'accés al lloc de la persona discapacitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si s'escau, i queden places vacants en el torn de reserva de persones amb discapacitat, s'incrementaran les del torn lliure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la llista d'aprovats amb plaça, el tribunal ha d'incloure diligència on faci constar la data de la seva publicació i especifiqui que aquesta data inicia el termini per a la presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop publicada la llista d'aprovats amb plaça, les persones aspirants que hi figurin, en el termini de vint dies naturals comptats a partir del dia de la seva publicació, hauran de presentar al Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament els documents següents, referits sempre a la data d'expiració del termini de presentació de sol·licituds:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Una fotocòpia del document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la personalitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Una fotocòpia compulsada del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Còpia autèntica del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana que s'indiqui en la convocatòria específica. Els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Certificat mèdic emès en imprès oficial, acreditatiu de tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents, expedit per metge de família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitat aspirants han d'acreditar mitjançant certificació dels òrgans competents del Ministeri de Sanitat, Serveis Socials i Igualtat o, si escau, de la Comunitat Autònoma la compatibilitat&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;per al desenvolupament de tasques i funcions pròpies de la plaça a cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se amb inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionaris, o per a exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupaven en el cas del personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'altres estats, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinaria o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Declaració jurada que no està sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica conformement a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Abans de prendre possessió del lloc, la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho ha de declarar en el termini de deu dies comptadors a partir del dia de la presa de possessió, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o d'incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es poden nomenar les persones aspirants que no presentin la documentació en el termini indicat, llevat dels casos de força major. Tampoc no es nomenaran aquells que manquin d'algun dels requisits. Tampoc es nomenarà aquells que siguin declarats no aptes per mancar les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents. En els tres casos totes les seves actuacions quedaran anul·lades, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què poguessin haver incorregut per falsedat a la seva instància. En aquest cas serà proposat en el seu lloc la persona aspirant que segueixi per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els que tinguin la condició de funcionaris públics estaran exempts de justificar les condicions i els requisits ja acreditats per a obtenir el seu anterior nomenament, i només hauran de presentar certificació del ministeri o organisme del qual depenen que acrediti la seva condició de funcionari i d'altres circumstàncies que constin en el seu expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de constituir una borsa per al nomenament de personal interí de l'especialitat d'Ajudant d'espectacles, que estarà integrada per les persones aspirants que hagin superat, com a mínim, el primer exercici d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
