    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment a l'article 32 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Adminstracions Públiques i d'acord l'article 70 del Reial Decret 887/2006 de 21 de juliol pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvencions, es fa públic el següent acord aprovat per la Junta Rectora Municipal d'Esports de data 27 d'octubre de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«PROPOSTA D'ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb data 24 d'agost de 2023, la Junta Rectora del Patronat Municipal d'Esports va aprovar la convocatòria per a l'any 2023 de les subvencions del Patronat Municipal d'Esports per al manteniment d'entitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'extracte de la convocatòria de les subvencions fou publicada en el BOIB número 123 de data 5 de setembre de 2023, finalitzant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds el dia 26 de setembre de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 15 de la Convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'Esports per l'any 2023, estableix que les persones o entitats beneficiàries tenen l'obligació de justificar davant l'òrgan concedent l'aplicació dels fons percebuts a la finalitat que va servir de fonament a la concessió de la subvenció, com a màxim el dia 31 d'octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acumulació de tasques administratives en el si del Patronat d'Esports provocades per els canvis interns i tots els procediments en la tramitació individualitzada de més de 80 expedients de subvencions que gestiona el dit Patronat, han produït que a data d'avui encara no ha estat possible aprovar la concessió d'aquestes subvencions trobant-se en aquests moments en fase d'al·legacions fins al dia 27 d'octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, resulta materialment impossible que les entitats beneficiàries de les subvencions puguin presentar en el termini previst a l'article 15 de la Convocatòria les corresponents justificacions, donat que no coneixeran l'import de la subvenció concedida abans de l'esmentada data (31/10/23).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 70 del Reial Decret 887/2006 de 21 de juliol pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la llei 38/2003 de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions disposa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ampliación del plazo de justificación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El órgano concedente de la subvención podrá otorgar, salvo precepto en contra contenido en las bases reguladoras, una ampliación del plazo establecido para la presentación de la justificación, que no exceda de la mitad de mismo y siempre que con ello no se perjudiquen derechos de tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las condiciones y el procedimiento para la concesión de la ampliación son los establecidos en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;artículo 32 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Adminiatraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vista de l'anterior, considerant necessari que es procedeixi a l'ampliació del termini de de justificació previst a l'article 15 de la Convocatòria, i atès que l'acord per a l'ampliació del termini s'ha d'adoptar amb anterioritat a la finalització del mateix, mitjançant el present de conformitat al previst a l'article 70 del RD 887/2006 de 21 de juliol i en virtut de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 14.8 dels Estatuts del Patronat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROPÒS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acordar l'ampliació del termini màxim per a la justificació de les subvencions, previst a l'article 15 de la Convocatòria per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'Esports per l'any 2023,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; fins el dia 15 de novembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Que es publiqui al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al taulell d'anuncis de la Seu Electrònica del Patronat M. d'Esports, i es comuniqui a les persones o entitats participants en el procés de subvenció i als Serveis Econòmics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
