&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Per Decret de la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca de dia 25 de juliol de 2023 es va dictar Decret pel qual es nomenen les persones membres de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;El dia 30 d'octubre de 2023 la portaveu del Grup Partit Popular del Consell Insular de Mallorca ha sol·licitat la substitució del Sr. Jaume Porsell Alemany per la Sra. Maria Bauzá Mascaró, com a membre titular i la substitució del Sr. Carlos Simarro Vicens per la Sra. Antònia Portell Salas, com a membre suplent de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tot això &lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Designar perquè formin part de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes la Sra. Maria Bauzá Mascaró, com a titular, i la Sra. Antònia Portell Salas, suplent, en representació del Grup Partit Popular al Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;D'aquesta manera, els vocals de la Comissió Informativa General i de Comptes en representació del Grup Partit Popular son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Titular: Antonio Francisco Fuster Zanoguera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Rafael Ángel Bosch Sans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Titular: Maria Núria Riera Martos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Suplent: Maria Magdalena Garcia Gual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comunicar aquest Decret a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) i a la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Donar-ne compte al Ple, en la primera sessió ordinària que tengui lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
