    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El ple de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, en sessió extraordinària celebrada el 11 d'octubre de 2023, aprova la Segona Modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l'any 2023, la qual afecta al següent articulat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTICLE 7. SUBVENCIONS EN MATÈRIA D'HABITATGE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;AJUDES PER AL LLOGUER D'HABITATGES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'objecte d'aquesta subvenció es ajudar a persones físiques residents al municipi d'Eivissa amb escassos mitjans econòmics, a fi de facilitar-ne la permanència en un habitatge en règim de lloguer per mitjà de l'atorgament d'ajudes directes consistents en el finançament d'una part de la renda que han de satisfer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectes que es pretenen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es pretén pal·liar els efectes de l'encariment del lloguer al municipi d'Eivissa, que actualment presenta els preus més elevats de l'Estat, i que obliga a moltes persones que hi porten anys vivint a partir cap a altres territoris per no poder fer front al pagament d'aquests lloguers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procediment de concessió de subvencions es tramita en règim de concurrència competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Cost previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 900.436,54 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Finançament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El finançament es portarà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels pressupostos, concretament a l'aplicació pressupostaria 15200 48900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Termini:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Exercici pressupostari a què correspongui el Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTICLE 13. SUBVENCIONS EN MATÈRIA DE COMERÇ, TURISME I PETITES I MITJANES EMPRESES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) SUBVENCIONS PROMOCIÓ ECONÒMICA COMERÇ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Fomentar l'activitat econòmica del municipi donant suport a les empreses locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectes que es pretenen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La transformació de la ciutat d'Eivissa cap a un model ambientalment sostenible, tecnològicament innovador des del punt de vista econòmic. En aquest sentit, el teixit empresarial i comercial local és un actor fonamental a tenir en consideració en el procés de transició cap al nou model de ciutat. Per això, és necessari donar suport i impuls a aquests sectors permetent-los mantenir i reinventar la seva activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cost previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 599.563,46 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Finançament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El finançament es portarà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos, concretament a l'aplicació pressupostària&amp;nbsp; 43100-47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concessió mitjançant subvenció amb règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTICLE 18. SUBVENCIONS EN MATERIA D'ESPORTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) CLUBS ESPORTIUS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A l'empara de la Llei Balear de l'Esport que atribueix a les administracions locals la responsabilitat del foment de l'esport i dels mateixos Estatuts del Patronat d'Esports que el comprometen a donar suport a les entitats esportives del municipi que fomenten l'activitat esportiva, cal establir un sistema d'ajuts per a aquests clubs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectes que es pretenen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concedir unes ajudes econòmiques per al manteniment de les entitats esportives esmentades que els permetin desenvolupar la seva tasca de foment de l'esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cost previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 90.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Finançament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupost del Patronat Municipal d'esports, concretament a l'aplicació pressupostària 34000-48900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objectius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; A l'empara de la Llei Balear de l'Esport que atribueix a les administracions locals la responsabilitat del foment de l'esport i dels mateixos Estatuts del Patronat d'Esports que el comprometen a donar suport a les entitats esportives del municipi que fomenten l'activitat esportiva, cal establir un sistema d'ajuts per a aquests clubs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectes que es pretenen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concedir unes ajudes econòmiques a aquells clubs del municipi que acorden mitjançant conveni amb el Patronat Municipal d'esports, desenvolupar programes d'iniciació esportiva mitjançant la xarxa d'escoles Esportives Municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cost previsible: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;112.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Finançament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart del Pressupost del Patronat Municipal d'esports, concretament a l'aplicació pressupostària 34000-48901.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concessió mitjançant subvenció en règim de concurrència competitiva, però amb caràcter excepcional es podran atorgar mitjançant concessió directa aquelles altres subvencions en què s'acreditin raons d'interès públic, social, econòmic, humanitari o d'altres degudament justificades que dificultin la convocatòria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Termini:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Exercici pressupostari a què correspongui el Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectes que es pretenen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concedir unes ajudes econòmiques a aquells clubs del municipi que acorden mitjançant conveni amb el Patronat Municipal d'Esports, desenvolupar programes de competició esportiva a nivell autonòmic, nacional i/o internacional, alhora que difonen a l'exterior la imatge d'una ciutat implicada amb el esport i que és patrimoni d'humanitat. Els ajuts procuren fonamentalment subvencionar una part dels alts costos que representen els desplaçaments per poder competir a les diferents lligues balears i nacionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cost previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 252.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Finançament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart del Pressupost del Patronat Municipal d'esports, concretament a l'aplicació pressupostària 34000-48902.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procediment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concessió mitjançant subvenció en règim de concurrència competitiva, però amb caràcter excepcional es podran atorgar mitjançant concessió directa aquelles altres subvencions en què s'acreditin raons d'interès públic, social, econòmic, humanitari o d'altres degudament justificades que dificultin la convocatòria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Termini:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Exercici pressupostari a què correspongui el Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
