    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant resolució núm. 2023/3163&amp;nbsp;de data 26 d'octubre de 2023, la Regidora de Mercats&amp;nbsp;de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia ha acordat aprovar les bases reguladores de la convocatòria per a l'adjudicació d'autoritzacions per a l'exercici de la venda ambulant en el mercat d'Alcúdia, així com convocar el procediment per a l'adjudicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'aquesta manera, s'obre el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, que serà de 30 dies naturals a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest anunci en el&amp;nbsp;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El que feim públic al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament (http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat/) i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes establerts a l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Mercat d'Alcúdia s'ubicarà en el passeig de Pere Ventayol, passeig de la Mare de Déu de la Victòria i a la Plaça de Carles V. Així mateix, durant els mesos de juny a octubre s'ampliarà al C/ Major,&amp;nbsp; C/ del Moll i camí de Ronda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mercat tindrà dues zones diferenciades: una dedicada als productes del camp i l'altra per la resta de mercaderies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els trasts no podran situar-se en els accessos a edificis públics, establiments comercials i industrials, ni en llocs que dificultin l'accés i la circulació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà acordar, per raons d'interès públic, el trasllat provisional de la ubicació habitual del mercat, amb comunicació prèvia al titular de l'autorització. Aquestes variacions no donaran dret a indemnització alguna. Igualment, per les mateixes raons, podrà acordar la suspensió del mercat fins a dos dies a l'any, sense generar indemnització ni cap dret econòmic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La venda ambulant es realitzarà en trasts o instal·lacions desmuntables, mòbils o semi mòbils, que tindran una superfície mínima de 2,5 metres i un màxim de 10 metres de longitud. Els tendals o para-sols hauran d'estar a una altura mínima de 2 metres del trespol i no es podran penjar productes fora de la superfície del trast.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit d'autoritzacions per a la instal·lació de llocs de treball d'elaboració i venda de productes alimentaris, l'interessat haurà de disposar d'instal·lacions que reuneixin les condicions higienicosanitàries i que compleixin la normativa vigent en matèria d'elaboració i manipulació de productes d'alimentació.&amp;nbsp;Els productes s'hauran d'exposar a una altura mínima de 40 cm respecte del trespol, o bé en caixons de plàstic nets i desinfectats, o d'un sol ús. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'Ordenança, podran ser titulars d'autorització les persones físiques i jurídiques que acreditin prèviament els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar donat d'alta en l'epígraf o epígrafs corresponents i al corrent en el pagament de l'Impost sobre Activitats Econòmiques o, en cas d'estar exempt, estar donat d'alta en el cens d'obligats tributaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar donat d'alta en el règim de la Seguretat Social i al corrent en el pagament de les cotitzacions de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar al corrent en el pagament de les taxes municipals corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de persones procedents de tercers països, acreditar el compliment de les obligacions establertes en la legislació vigent en matèria d'autoritzacions de residència i treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir contractat una assegurança de responsabilitat civil que cobreixi els riscos de l'activitat comercial exercida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposar d'un carnet de manipulador d'aliments, en cas de comercialitzar productes alimentaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas de les renovacions de llocs, acreditar mitjançant una declaració jurada el compliment de tots els requisits anteriors i, concretament, acreditar que durant el temps en què han exercit l'activitat comercial al mercat han estat donats d'alta en la Seguretat Social, mitjançant la presentació de la vida laboral acotada. En cas de no acreditar-se el compliment d'aquests requisits, no es podrà renovar l'autorització per la pròxima temporada de mercat 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Les persones físiques o jurídiques que hagin d'exercir l'activitat comercial hauran de presentar la corresponent sol·licitud (annex I). El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de 30 dies naturals a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Qualsevol sol·licitud presentada fora d'aquest termini no s'admetrà a tràmit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'haurà d'aportar la següent documentació:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Fotocòpia del DNI o NIE, o el CIF en cas de ser una persona jurídica.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Declaració jurada manifestant el compliment dels requisits prevists a la clàusula cinquena (annex II).&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Informe de vida laboral acotat.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Certificat d'estar al corrent en les obligacions de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Certificat d'estar al corrent en les obligacions tributàries amb l'ATIB.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Les sol·licituds, juntament amb la documentació preceptiva, hauran de ser presentades en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament o per qualsevol dels mitjans previstos en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A fi de garantir la transparència i la imparcialitat en l'adjudicació dels trasts, es tindran en compte els següents criteris per a l'atorgament de l'autorització:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— Antiguitat en el trast o experiència en l'exercici de la professió que asseguri la correcta prestació de l'activitat comercial. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt; per any d'antiguitat, amb un màxim de 5 punts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— Tipologia dels productes que es volen comercialitzar:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Producte artesà. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Producte original. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Producte exclusiu. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Producte ecològic o de km 0. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Productes alimentaris. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Fruites i verdures. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;2 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Dificultat per accedir al mercat laboral, amb prioritat de les persones amb un grau mínim del 33% de minusvalidesa, i també les persones que tinguin descendents i/o persones a càrrec seu amb minusvalidesa. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Víctima de violència de gènere. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;— Família monoparental o família nombrosa. Valoració de &lt;strong&gt;1 punt&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalitat de comerç ambulant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ubicació precisa del trast.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Productes autoritzats per a la venda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Horari en què es podrà dur a terme l'activitat comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durada de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si escau, condicions particulars del titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. Cartó identificatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament entregarà al titular de l'autorització un cartó identificatiu, que haurà d'exposar al públic, i que conté la següent informació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Nom i cognoms del titular i de la persona o persones autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotografia del titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modalitat de comerç ambulant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Productes autoritzats per a la venda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Horari en què es podrà dur a terme l'activitat comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Any en curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. Instrucció i resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es durà a terme una valoració d'aquestes i la comprovació del compliment dels requisits. S'ha de tenir en compte que si no s'acredita el compliment dels requisits prevists a la clàusula cinquena, no es podrà concedir l'autorització del lloc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valorades les sol·licituds, s'elevarà proposta de resolució a l'òrgan competent per a l'adopció de l'acord, que es publicarà a la seu electrònica i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre serà de sis mesos a comptar des de l'endemà a la finalització del període de presentació de sol·licituds. Transcorregut aquest termini sense haver-se notificat la resolució, les persones interessades podran entendre desestimada la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. Documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada concedida l'autorització municipal, l'Ajuntament podrà comprovar i controlar que l'adjudicatari disposi o aporti la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Identitat del sol·licitant persona física. En cas de persones jurídiques, documentació acreditativa de la personalitat i poders del representant legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alta en els epígrafs corresponents de l'Impost d'activitats Econòmiques o equivalent, en el cas de sol·licitants d'estats membres de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Alta en el corresponent règim de Seguretat Social o equivalent, en el cas de sol·licitants d'estats membres de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotocòpies dels contractes de treball que acreditin la relació laboral de les persones que realitzin l'activitat en nom del titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Carnet de manipulador d'aliments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentació acreditativa de la subscripció de l'assegurança de responsabilitat civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sense perjudici de les obligacions derivades de la normativa vigent en matèria de defensa d'usuaris i consumidors, les persones titulars d'autoritzacions municipals per a l'exercici de la venda ambulant vindran obligades a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Complir les condicions establertes a l'autorització municipal, com són l'horari de venda, els tipus de productes, la ubicació, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Complir les disposicions legals en matèria d'abastiments, sanitat, policia, alimentació i comerç.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ocupar personalment el trast, sense perjudici de les persones previstes a l'article 8 de l'Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Usar un bon llenguatge i tenir un bon comportament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Posar a la vista del públic l'autorització municipal (cartó identificatiu).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tenir a disposició de l'Ajuntament la documentació acreditativa de la titularitat del trast.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Facilitar, si fos requerit, la documentació acreditativa d'estar al corrent amb les obligacions laborals, fiscals i sanitàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas de productes que siguin objecte de pes o mesura, disposar d'una bàscula i facilitar una segona pesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Netejar de residus els trasts i depositar els fems en la forma establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="10"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entregar la factura, tiquet o rebut justificatiu de la compra, sempre que ho demani el comprador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Exposar de forma visible el preu de venda dels productes oferts i el seu origen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="50"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estacionar els vehicles en els llocs determinats per l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li value="1000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposar de fulls de reclamació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els adjudicataris hauran d'efectuar el pagament de la taxa per ocupació de la via pública per l'aprofitament especial del sòl públic establerta per l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per llocs, barraques, casetes de venda, espectacles o atraccions situats a terrenys d'ús públic, així com la taxa de recollida de fems establerta per l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la recollida, tractament, transferència i transport de residus sòlids urbans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, aniran a càrrec seu la totalitat de les exaccions que figuren a les ordenances fiscals d'aplicació, i els imposts, contribucions i la resta d'arbitris exigits per l'Estat, Comunitat Autònoma o Municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No queda subjecte a taxa per ocupació de la via pública l'espai que ocupi el vehicle utilitzat per a l'exercici de l'activitat comercial, sempre que es limiti a transportar la mercaderia i estructura del trast, sense que pugui servir com a espai per exercir la venda. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb els sol·licitants que no haguessin obtingut lloc en el mercat es realitzarà una llista d'espera a l'efecte de cobertura de vacants, ordenada en funció de la puntuació obtinguda. La proposta d'adjudicació del lloc de treball vacant serà notificada a l'interessat, seguint l'ordre de la llista, qui manifestarà la seva acceptació, entenent-se decaigut el seu dret en cas de no manifestar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta convocatòria, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, en els terminis i termes previstos en els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualment es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
