    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, corresponents als anys 2015-2019 (anualitat 2020), especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 16&amp;nbsp;d'octubre&amp;nbsp;de 2023, va signar la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data de 16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de data 17 de desembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), en data 22 de juny de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) i en data 26 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.El 17 d'abril de de 2023, el &amp;nbsp;vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA va dictar una Resolució de concessió d'ajudes per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, que es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 50, del 20 d'abril de 2023, en la qual hi figurava una concessió a favor de l'interessat assenyalat a l'annex adjunt.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
