    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió ordinària de dia 20 de desembre de 2021, adoptà l'acord relatiu a l'aprovació definitiva de la creació de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica i dels seus estatuts, com a organització especialitzada sense personalitat jurídica pròpia dependent del Consell Insular de Menorca i adscrita al Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports (BOIB núm. 14 de 27-01-2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els Estatuts de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica estableixen que aquesta s'estructura internament en cinc òrgans de caràcter executiu —la Presidència, la Vicepresidència, la Direcció, la Comissió Executiva i el Consell Rector— i dos òrgans de caràcter bàsicament consultiu —el Consell Social i el Consell Científic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 11.2 dels Estatuts de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica preveu expressament que la Comissió Executiva de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica ha d'estar formada pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la president/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la vicepresident/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El director o la directora insular que tengui atribuïdes les competències de patrimoni històric, en el cas que no recaigui en aquesta persona la Vicepresidència de l'Agència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la cap del Servei de Patrimoni Històric o un membre del personal tècnic del Servei de Patrimoni Històric&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la director/a de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica o un membre del personal tècnic de l'Agència, que hi assisteix amb veu però sense vot&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la director/a de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera o un membre del personal tècnic del Departament de Medi Ambient, que hi assisteix amb veu però sense vot&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La disposició addicional primera dels Estatuts estableix que «des del moment de l'entrada en vigor d'aquests estatuts, l'Agència resta adscrita al departament competent en matèria de patrimoni històric».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançat el Decret de Presidència núm. 92/2023, de 10 de juliol (BOIB núm. 95 d'11-07-2023), es va efectuar el nomenament dels consellers executius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret de Presidència núm. 103/2023, de 14 de juliol (BOIB núm. 99 de 18-07-2023), delega la Presidència de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica en el senyor Juan Domingo Pons Torres, conseller executiu cap del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 9 dels Estatuts de l'Agència estableix que en cas que el conseller competent en matèria de patrimoni històric tengui atribuïda la Presidència de l'Agència per delegació del president del Consell Insular, la Vicepresidència ha de recaure en el director insular que tengui atribuïdes les competències en matèria de patrimoni històric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret de Presidència núm. 122/2023, de 20 de juliol (BOIB núm. 104 de 25-07-2023), es nomenà el senyor Jaime Reurer Morlà com a director insular d'Educació, Cultura i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per altra banda, el Decret de Presidència núm. 197/2023, de 27 de setembre (BOIB núm. 138 de 10-10-2023), assenyala que, d'acord amb la disposició transitòria segona dels Estatuts de l'Agència Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, correspon al senyor David Vidal Seguí, director insular de Reserva de Biosfera, assumir les tasques de gerència d'aquest organisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que s'ha de convocar la Comissió Executiva de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb les atribucions que em confereix la normativa vigent i, en particular, la l'article 8.2 lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;dels Estatuts de l'Agència Menorca Talaiòtica;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
