&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“[…]&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar la convocatòria que ha de regir el procés de selecció per proveir en propietat una plaça d'Oficial de Policia Local, vacant i dotada econòmicament, corresponent a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública de 2023, plaça inclosa a la plantilla de personal funcionari i pertanyent a la Escala d'administració especial, subescala serveis especials, categoria oficial i subgrup de classificació C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procediment de selecció serà el de concurs oposició pel sistema promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar les bases que regiran aquesta convocatòria, i que tot seguit es detallen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), al Tauló digital d'anuncis del web municipal (www.santaeulalia.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Publicar un extracte de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), sent aquesta data de publicació la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Disposar que els propers anuncis es publiquin exclusivament al Tauler digital d'anuncis de la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases del procés selectiu per cobrir per personal funcionari de carrera una plaça vacant d'oficial de policia de la plantilla de personal de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, pel sistema de selecció promoció interna i procediment concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la regulació del procés selectiu per proveir,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;personal funcionari de carrera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;plaça d'oficial de policia, vacant i dotada econòmicament, corresponent a l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 139, de 12 d'octubre del 2023), pel sistema de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; promoció interna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i procediment concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Característiques de la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La plaça correspon a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala serveis especials, categoria oficial i subgrup de classificació C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicació convocatòria i anuncis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es publicarà al Tauló digital d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). L'anunci de la convocatòria es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), i aquesta data serà la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els anuncis restants i successius es faran públics únicament al Tauló digital d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Legislació aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'aplicarà a aquestes proves selectives la següent legislació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears (LCPLIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (LFPCAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears i es modifica el Decret 55/2017, de 15 de desembre, del Fons de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears (RMCPLIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Requisits dels aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir a la data de finalització del termini per presentar les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir nacionalitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tindre 18 anys d'edat, complerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol de Batxiller, tècnic superior o equivalent, o ser capaç d'obtenir-lo a la data de finalització del període de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de títols expedits a l'estranger, haurà de presentar la corresponent homologació oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La titulació l'ha d'acreditar l'expedició dels títols corresponents per autoritat acadèmica competent. Aquesta mateixa autoritat també pot declarar l'equivalència dels títols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir la condició de personal funcionari de carrera al cos de policia de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu i una antiguitat de 2 anys de servei actiu a la categoria de Policia local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No patir cap malaltia o defecte físic o psicofísic que li impedeixi o disminueixi el desenvolupament correcte de les funcions del lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No haver estat separat del servei de l'administració local, autonòmica o estatal, ni estar inhabilitat per exercir la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No tenir antecedents penals per delictes dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Tenir els permisos de conducció de classe A2 i B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Compromís mitjançant declaració jurada de portar armes i, si escau, a utilitzar-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Estar en possessió del certificat oficial de coneixement de llengua catalana nivell B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats s'han d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat oficial corresponent, d'entre els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent de Govern de les Illes Balears (Direcció general de Política Lingüística).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent de Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Haver abonat la taxa per drets d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de reunir els requisits establerts en aquestes bases a la data que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-los durant tot el procés de selecció. En aquest sentit, es poden fer les comprovacions oportunes durant tot el procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en qualsevol moment del procés selectiu, o una vegada hagi pres possessió del lloc vacant, es comprova que alguna persona no compleix un o diversos dels requisits exigits a la present convocatòria, prèvia audiència de l'interessat, perdrà tots els drets que poguessin derivar-se de la seva participació o, si escau, es podrà revocar el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Drets d'examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La taxa per optar a les proves de selecció és de 17 euros, i pot ser ingressada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;per transferència al compte núm. ES33 2100 0225 05 0100002763 de CaixaBank (indicant DNI i concepte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'impagament de la taxa dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds determinarà l'exclusió de l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest pagament no substitueix en cap cas el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i la forma prevista en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en aquesta convocatòria s'hauran de presentar en model normalitzat, dins e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l termini de vint dies hàbils, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;comptats a partir del següent al de la data de publicació de l'anunci d'aquesta convocatòria al BOE en qualsevol de les formes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds que es registrin fora del termini seran excloses i determinarà la no admissió de la persona aspirant a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si les sol·licituds es presenten de la manera prevista a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, caldrà remetre còpia de la sol·licitud, on consti la data de remissió, al departament de Recursos Humans per correu electrònic a l'adreça rrhh@santaeulària. com. Sense el compliment d'aquest requisit, les sol·licituds que es registrin a l'Ajuntament fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que facin constar a la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que hi figuri es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, sent responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones aspirants tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud degudament emplenada i signada, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Documentació justificativa dels mèrits a valorar a la fase concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només seran tinguts en compte els mèrits adquirits abans de la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies. No es valoraran mèrits justificats després de la finalització del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera haurà d'anar acompanyada de la traducció jurada corresponent a la llengua catalana o castellana. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es podrà considerar acreditat i, per tant, no se'n valorarà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament, d'ofici o a proposta de la persona que presideixi el tribunal, pot requerir en qualsevol moment que les persones aspirants aportin la documentació que acrediti el compliment dels requisits declarats, així com la veracitat de qualsevol document que hagin d'aportar en aquest procés selectiu. La inexactitud, la falsedat o l'omissió, de caràcter essencial, de qualsevol dada o informació que s'incorpori a la declaració responsable o la no-presentació davant l'administració convocant de la documentació que, si escau, s'hagi requerit per acreditar el compliment d'allò declarat determina l'exclusió del procediment selectiu, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats penals, civils o administratives en què s'hagi pogut incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Protecció de dades personals i declaració responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la LOPDP, les dades contingudes a la sol·licitud d'accés al procés selectiu i la resta de documentació presentada o generada a resultes de la present convocatòria, s'incorporaran a un fitxer de dades personals del qual és responsable l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, la finalitat del qual és gestionar el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants poden exercir en tot moment els drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació o oposició de les seves dades, dirigint-se a la Secretaria General de l'Ajuntament situada a Plaça Espanya, núm. 1, codi postal 07840 de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud les persones aspirants donen el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en el procés selectiu i per a la resta de tramitació relacionada amb aquest, d'acord amb la normativa aplicable vigent, així com declaren que són certes les dades consignades a la sol·licitud ia la documentació annexa, i que compleixen amb tots els requisits per participar en l'esmentat procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Admissió d'aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'Alcaldia dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils en què es declararà aprovada la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que serà publicada a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;deu dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a partir del següent al de la publicació de la llista provisional, per esmenar els defectes que hagin motivat la seva exclusió. En cas de no esmenar dins aquest termini els defectes imputables a aquests es considera que desisteixen de la seva petició. Dins aquest termini no es podrà presentar documentació que s'hagi de valorar com a mèrit a la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini anterior i solucionats, si escau, els defectes que hagin motivat l'exclusió provisional, l'Alcaldia dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils en què es declararà aprovada la llista definitiva d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet d'aparèixer a la llista de persones admeses no significa el reconeixement que es compleixen els requisits exigits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Si de la documentació que han de presentar una vegada superat el procés selectiu se'n desprèn que no tenen algun dels requisits, perdran tots els drets derivats de la participació en el procés selectiu, determinant-ne l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els errors materials o de fet es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici oa petició de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de selecció és col·legiat i la composició s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i s'ha de respectar el principi de representació equilibrada de dones i homes, excepte per raons fonamentades i motivades objectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició dels tribunals ha de ser predominantment tècnica. Tots els membres han de tenir titulació igual o superior a les exigides per accedir a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, el personal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no pot formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc no en poden formar part les persones representants dels empleats públics, sens perjudici de les funcions de vigilància i control del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones representants sindicals que participin en el procediment selectiu, amb aquestes funcions de vigilància i control, han de pertànyer a organitzacions sindicals que tinguin la consideració de més representatives i que tinguin més del 10 % de representants a l'àmbit del municipi de la convocatòria, amb un màxim d'un representant per cada sindicat amb el límit de quatre membres per cada procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció és sempre a títol individual; no es pot exercir aquesta representació per compte d'altri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador ha d'estar constituït per cinc membres i el mateix nombre de suplents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) President o presidenta: designat per l'ajuntament convocant entre el personal funcionari de carrera d'experiència reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Vocals: un vocal proposat per la Direcció General d'Emergències i Interior, competent en matèria de coordinació de policies locals, un altre proposat per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o, si escau, a través de l'Escola de Seguretat Pública de les Illes Balears i un de designat per l'ajuntament convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Secretari o secretària: designat per l'ajuntament convocant amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal pot acordar la incorporació a les tasques de personal assessor o especialistes en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no es pot constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, sense president o presidenta ni secretari o secretària. Les decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions establertes a l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal ha d'adoptar les mesures oportunes per garantir, sempre que sigui possible, que tots els exercicis de l'oposició es corregeixin sense conèixer la identitat de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes previstos al Reial Decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei, el Tribunal queda classificat amb la categoria de segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció és el de concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves de la fase oposició i les seves característiques, així com els mèrits a valorar a la fase concurs vénen establertes a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; l'Annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les proves de la fase d'oposició són de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. Cal superar la prova anterior per poder passar a la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre d'actuació de les persones aspirants es realitzarà per ordre alfabètic de cognoms i nom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dones embarassades amb previsió de part, o en període de postpart, coincident amb les dates de realització de qualsevol dels exàmens o proves previstes en el procés selectiu, podran posar en coneixement del Tribunal aquesta situació, adjuntant el corresponent informe mèdic oficial pel que se certifica aquesta circumstància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comunicació s'ha de fer amb el temps suficient i el Tribunal determinarà sobre la base de la informació si escau o no atendre la sol·licitud, ajornar la prova o proves o fer-la en un lloc alternatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas les proves de reconeixement mèdic no han d'estimar com a circumstància negativa als efectes del procés selectiu qualsevol derivada de la situació d'embaràs o la lactància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs consisteix en la valoració dels mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants. Aquesta fase no té caràcter eliminatori. Els mèrits que s'han de valorar són els establerts a l'Annex 4 del Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, aprovat per Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig (Vegeu Annex III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació total s'obté de la suma de les puntuacions a les dues fases. La puntuació de la fase d'oposició representarà un 60% de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu. La fase de concurs representarà un 40% del total de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final del concurs oposició es calcularà amb la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c: puntuació obtinguda a la fase concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Qualificació de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultat de cada prova de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;fase oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; es publicarà al Tauló digital d'anuncis. Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, des de la publicació, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació davant el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Això no obstant, a criteri del Tribunal es podran celebrar algunes o totes les proves de la fase oposició, anunciant la seva celebració com a mínim amb quaranta-vuit hores d'antelació a l'inici de cada prova, publicant la qualificació final amb desglossament de les puntuacions obtingudes a cada prova .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Relació d'aprovats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el procediment selectiu, el Tribunal qualificador farà pública la &lt;strong&gt;llista provisional de les puntuacions obtingudes&lt;/strong&gt; per les persones aspirants a cadascuna de les fases del concurs oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;tres dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de la publicació, per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes o sol·licitar la revisió de la seva puntuació provisional davant el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal tindrà un termini de set dies per resoldre les reclamacions i, a continuació, publicarà, al tauler digital d'anuncis, la &lt;strong&gt;llista definitiva de les puntuacions&lt;/strong&gt;, per ordre de major a menor puntuació, i &lt;strong&gt;d'aprovats&lt;/strong&gt;, que no podrà contenir un nombre d'aprovats superior al de places ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'adjudicació de les vacants convocades es realitzarà seguint una única llista final atenent a l'ordre de puntuació obtinguda i als criteris de desempat legalment existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la llista esmentada, el Tribunal qualificador elevarà a l'Alcaldia, proposta de nomenament com a funcionaris en pràctiques dels aspirants aprovats per ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop publicada la llista definitiva d'aprovats al tauler digital d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament, les persones que hagin superat el procés selectiu disposen d'un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; termini de vint dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;des de la data de publicació, per presentar els documents que acrediten el compliment dels requisits que exigeix aquesta convocatòria, i no hagin estat presentats amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquest termini o si de l'examen de la documentació presentada es dedueix que la persona aspirant no compleix els requisits que s'exigeixen a la convocatòria, suposarà la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenada funcionària en pràctiques i quedaran sense efecte totes les actuacions relatives a el nomenament, determinant l'exclusió del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Funcionaris en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que superi el procés selectiu i acrediti que compleix els requisits que exigeix la convocatòria serà nomenada funcionari en pràctiques de la categoria corresponent a les places convocades amb efectes des de la data d'inici del curs de capacitació o, en el supòsit que acrediti la superació del curs de capacitació i aquest actualitzat, des de la data d'inici de les pràctiques al municipi de Santa Eulària des Riu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El període de pràctiques, que té caràcter selectiu, està integrat per la superació tant del curs de capacitació corresponent a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix, com de la fase de pràctiques relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria respectiva al municipi de Santa Eulària des Riu. Les persones que acreditin haver superat el curs de capacitació i el tinguin degudament actualitzat, estaran exemptes de fer-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de pràctiques tindrà una durada de 6 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no superin el període de pràctiques segons el procediment previst perdran el dret a ser nomenades funcionàries de carrera mitjançant resolució motivada de l'alcaldessa o regidor delegat, a proposta de l'òrgan responsable del període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna persona és qualificada com a no apta a la fase de pràctiques, o bé abandona les pràctiques abans de la seva qualificació o és expulsada, a la mateixa resolució es pot requerir a la persona aspirant que hagi aprovat totes les proves, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu per ser nomenada funcionària en pràctiques. La incorporació de la persona aspirant en cap cas no es pot fer en un curs ja iniciat i s'ha d'ajornar a l'inici del curs de capacitació immediatament posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas no es podrà nomenar funcionària en pràctiques un nombre superior al de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden exemptes de la realització d'aquesta fase de pràctiques les persones aspirants que hagin ocupat en comissió de serveis o com a personal funcionari interí un lloc, a l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, en una categoria igual o superior a què es refereix la convocatòria del procés, sempre que hagin obtingut una avaluació favorable d'aquest període segons el que estableix l'apartat 12 de l'article 192 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, i que la durada de l'avaluació sigui igual o superior a la prevista per a la fase de pràctiques a la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exempció no és aplicable si en els dotze mesos immediatament anteriors a l'inici de la fase de pràctiques del procés selectiu la persona aspirant deixa de prestar serveis en una categoria igual o superior a què fa referència la convocatòria del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Valoració de la fase de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les pràctiques tenen per objecte valorar l'aptitud per exercir les funcions pròpies de la categoria que correspongui. L'avaluació de les pràctiques es realitzarà segons el procediment establert als articles 180 i 182 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la fase de pràctiques, el tribunal qualificador elevarà a l'Alcaldia la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants declarades aptes i no aptes, que en resoldrà i n'ordenarà la publicació. Aquesta resolució, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot recórrer en els termes establerts a la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Incidències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal està facultat per resoldre els dubtes, les discrepàncies, les peticions i els suggeriments que s'originin durant el desenvolupament del procés de selecció, i adoptar els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot allò que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Impugnació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició davant l'Alcaldia en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat d'aquest ordre jurisdiccional en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de desembre. juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició consistirà en la superació de les proves següents i per aquest ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERA. Prova de desenvolupament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consisteix en el desenvolupament per escrit de dos temes diferents, corresponents als del temari que figura a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aquests seran elegits per les persones aspirants entre tres alternatives que s'establiran per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i cal obtenir un mínim de 10 per superar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada màxima de la prova serà de 3 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGONA. Prova pràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consisteix a resoldre dos casos pràctics relacionats amb el temari i amb les funcions policials. Aquests han d'escollir les persones aspirants per sorteig entre tres alternatives diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i cal obtenir un mínim de 10 per superar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada màxima de la prova serà de 3 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. Prova d'aptitud psicològica i personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova consisteix en l'exploració psicotècnica per acreditar nivells mínims d'aptituds intel·lectuals i també en l'exploració de la personalitat i les actituds dels aspirants per tal de determinar el conjunt de competències corresponents a les funcions de la categoria de la plaça objecte de la convocatòria, i descartar l'existència de símptomes o indicadors compatibles amb alteracions psicopatològiques i/o de la personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova, efectuada per un o diversos professionals de la psicologia que actuessin com a assessors del tribunal, consta de dues parts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La primera consisteix a respondre un o més tests d'aptitud intel·lectual. Es podrà fer, si escau, en una entrevista personal per completar l'estudi. El resultat serà apte o no apte. Quedaran eliminades les persones aspirants que no obtinguin una valoració d'apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La segona consisteix a respondre la prova o les proves per avaluar el conjunt de competències corresponents segons les funcions de cada categoria i que poden consistir en un o diversos tests i, si escau, en una entrevista personal per completar l'estudi. La valoració és apte o no apte. Quedaran eliminats els aspirants que no obtinguin la valoració d'apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, les proves i els instruments utilitzats per a l'avaluació han de comptar amb els requisits tècnics de fiabilitat i validesa propis de psicometria. Així mateix, els qüestionaris de personalitat han de tenir escales de desitjabilitat social i/o sinceritat que l'avaluador haurà de considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada any complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts com a personal de l'Administració pública en qualsevol altra categoria, lloc o destinació, d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei 70/1978, de 26 de desembre, de reconeixement de serveis previs a la Administració pública: 0,1 punts per any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data de referència per fer-ne la valoració és la de la finalització del termini per presentar la sol·licitud de participació i s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit pels ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estudis acadèmics oficials&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoren els estudis acadèmics oficials amb validesa a tot el territori nacional. En cas de presentació de títols d'estudis cursats a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar l'homologació concedida pel Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per la possessió de titulacions acadèmiques oficials superiors a l'exigida per a la categoria a què s'accedeix o a partir d'una segona titulació acadèmica oficial igual a l'exigida per a la categoria a què s'accedeix. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valori el de nivell inferior necessari per obtenir-lo, llevat del cas que les titulacions corresponguin a branques diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 21 punts,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada titulació acadèmica de diplomatura universitària, arquitectura tècnica, enginyeria tècnica o titulació declarada equivalent: 2 punts, fins a un màxim de 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per cada llicenciatura universitària, arquitectura, enginyeria o titulació universitària equivalent: 3 punts, fins a un màxim de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Per cada màster oficial i altres estudis de postgrau oficial universitari: 0,25 punts per cada 30 crèdits ECTS, fins a un màxim de 1,5 punts. Els estudis de grau amb càrrega lectiva de 300 crèdits ECTS, a més d'obtenir els punts de l'apartat c, obtindran 0,5 punts, d'acord amb l'article 12.10 del Reial decret 1393/2007, de 29 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Per cada títol de doctor: 1,5 punts, fins a un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només s'han de valorar la possessió dels títols de nivell superior a l'exigit per a l'ingrés a la categoria a què s'accedeix o la possessió d'una segona titulació acadèmica oficial igual a l'exigida per a la categoria a què s'accedeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valori el de nivell inferior, o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo, llevat dels títols de postgrau (màster i doctor), que se sumen a la titulació corresponent, o que les titulacions corresponguin a branques acadèmiques diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Valoració dels coneixements de llengües&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1 Coneixements orals i escrits de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de valorar només el certificat que correspongui al nivell més alt aportat per la persona interessada (excepte en cas que sigui un requisit per participar en el concurs estar en possessió d'un determinat nivell de català, cas en què el nivell de català aportat com mèrit ha de ser superior a l'exigit com a requisit). En cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, la puntuació s'acumula a la de l'altre certificat que s'acrediti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2 Coneixements d'altres llengües&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren els certificats acreditatius dels coneixements de qualsevol llengua oficial de les altres comunitats autònomes o duna llengua estrangera expedits per a les escoles oficials d'idiomes (EOI), les universitats, l'EBAP, altres escoles d'administració pública i altres entitats, i que siguin equivalents als nivells que estableix el Marc europeu comú, amb una puntuació màxima de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 5,40 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s segons els criteris que s'indiquen a la taula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoren els diplomes o certificats de cursos i activitats formatives impartits per les escoles de formació de les policies locals, els cursos impartits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o que tinguin la condició de concertats o homologats per l'EBAP, els cursos d'interès policial manifest superats a universitats a l'àmbit de la Unió Europea o a altres administracions públiques de l'Estat espanyol amb centres de formació acreditats i els efectuats dins del marc de l'acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques (AFEDAP) o pla similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la formació en línia i a distància no reglada, només es valora la que imparteixi i homologuin l'EBAP o les universitats de l'àmbit de la Unió Europea i l'efectuada dins del marc de l'acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques (AFEDAP ) o pla similar. Els cursos en matèria policial realitzats abans d'entrar en vigor la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, també es valoren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat també es valora la impartació de cursos d'accions formatives relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeixi a centres formatius oficials, acreditada mitjançant un certificat en què consti el curs, les hores i les matèries que s'han impartit i els crèdits dels títols, màsters propis no oficials i dels cursos d'expert universitari que tenen el caràcter de titulacions pròpies d'una universitat determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Formació relacionada amb l'àrea professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.1. Accions formatives relacionades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es valoren, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives sempre que estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeix. En concret, només es valoren els cursos referits a les àrees professionals de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere, diversitat sexual i de gènere, delictes d'odi i formació sanitària relacionada amb la professió de policia local d'acord amb els criteris que s'indiquen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada certificat d'aprofitament:................ 0,005 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada certificat d'assistència:............... .0,0025 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per cada certificat d'importació de cursos d'accions formatives relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeixi:.............................. 0,0075 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als cursos o activitats expressats en crèdits, s'entén que cada crèdit equival a 10 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren els certificats que no indiquin el nombre d'hores o crèdits, el contingut de la formació o que tinguin un contingut indefinit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valora la formació que constitueix una part dels cursos de capacitació corresponents al període de pràctiques ni tampoc la dels cursos de capacitació per accedir a qualsevol categoria de les forces o cossos de seguretat. Tampoc no es valora la formació repetida, tret que s'hagi fet un canvi substancial en el contingut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1.2. Formació universitària no oficial relacionada amb les funcions del lloc de treball convocat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 3,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títol propi de graduat en seguretat i ciències policials de la Universitat de les Illes Balears: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Títols propis de graduat universitari, relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere, diversitat sexual i de gènere, delictes d'odi i formació sanitària, amb càrrega lectiva de, com a mínim , 180 crèdits ECTS: 0,75 punts per títol, fins a un màxim de 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Màster, experts i diplomes universitaris relacionats amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere, diversitat sexual i de gènere, delictes d'odi i formació sanitària: 0,1 punts per crèdit ECTS , fins a un màxim d'1 punt. Els títols amb càrrega lectiva inferior a 30 crèdits ECTS no es valoren en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Formació no relacionada amb l'àrea professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.1. Accions formatives no relacionades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; S'han de valorar, per a cada lloc de treball, les accions formatives que, encara que no estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies del lloc a què s'accedeix, es consideren d'interès general. En concret, només cal valorar per a totes les categories els cursos que estiguin relacionats amb les àrees temàtiques de la formació contínua de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada certificat d'aprofitament:........ 0,005 punts per hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Formació universitària no oficial no relacionada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títols propis de graduat universitari, sense relació amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere, diversitat sexual i de gènere, delictes d'odi o formació sanitària, que es consideren d'interès generals amb càrrega lectiva de, com a mínim, 180 crèdits, ECTS: 0,5 punts per títol, fins a un màxim de 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Màster, experts i diplomes universitaris sense relació amb les àrees de policia, seguretat, emergències, salvament, ciències forenses, criminologia, violència de gènere, diversitat sexual i de gènere, delictes d'odi o formació sanitària, que es consideren d'interès general 0,05 per crèdit ECTS, fins a un màxim d'1 punt. Els títols amb càrrega lectiva inferior a 30 crèdits ECTS no es valoren en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Reconeixements honorífics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoració dels reconeixements honorífics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 2,5 punts,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; d'acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Creu al mèrit policial amb distintiu verd de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears:........ 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Creu al mèrit policial amb distintiu blanc de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears: ....0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Felicitacions públiques atorgades per la comunitat autònoma o pel ple dels ajuntaments: .0,10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit per la conselleria competent en matèria de coordinació de les policies locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es poden valorar a efectes de concurs de mèrits les felicitacions atorgades pels ajuntaments si han estat aprovades per acord plenari i estan motivades per alguna de les causes que preveu l'article 134 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig. La puntuació per a una felicitació pública només es pot considerar en els processos selectius de l'ajuntament que l'ha concedida.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
