&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; D'acord amb la relació de llocs de treball de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, la forma de provisió d'aquests llocs de treball es la de lliure designació, els quals es troben vacants i estan dotats pressupostàriament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'article 80 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'article 75 de la Llei 3/2007, de 22 de febrer, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que els llocs de treball adscrits a personal funcionari s'han de proveir ordinàriament pels sistemes de concurs o de lliure designació, mitjançant una convocatòria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'article 79 de la Llei 3/2007 estableix les categories de llocs que s'han de proveir pel sistema de lliure designació pel fet que impliquen una responsabilitat elevada o requereixen una confiança personal per exercir-ne i tenen establert expressament aquest sistema en la Relació de llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament General d'Ingrés del Personal al servei de l'Administració general de l'Estat i de Provisió de Llocs de treball i Promoció Professional dels Funcionaris Civils de l'Administració general de l'Estat, dedica el capítol III a regular el procediment de lliure designació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Articles 47 a 50 del Pacte regulador de les condicions laborals del personal funcionari de l' Ajuntament d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 80, de 15/06/2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l' Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears dedica el capítol II a la determinació d'aquests coneixements.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la proposta de resolució PR/2023/1363 de 16 / d'octubre / 2023 fiscalitzada favorablement amb data de 16 / d'octubre / 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant el present i en virtut a les atribucions que m'atorga l'article 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les bases del règim local, es dicta la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria per a la provisió definitiva dels llocs de treball de la relació de llocs de treball de personal funcionari a l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa mitjançant el sistema de lliure designació que es detallen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, i que es detallen a continuació, les quals han de complir obligatòriament l'Ajuntament i les persones aspirants que hi participin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa (https://eivissa.sedelectronica.es) i a la intranet municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Disposar que els successius anuncis es publiquin exclusivament al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa (https://eivissa.sedelectronica.es) i a la intranet municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A LA PROVISIÓ DEFINITIVA&amp;nbsp; DE CINC LLOCS DE TREBALL DE LA RELACIÓ DE LLOCS DE TREBALL DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARI A L'AJUNTAMENT D'EIVISSA,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MITJANÇANT EL PROCEDIMENT DE LLIURE DESIGNACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA. OBJECTE I FORMA DE PROVISIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. La present convocatòria té per objecte regular el procés selectiu per a proveir amb caràcter definitiu cinc llocs de treball vacants i dotats pressupostàriament de la relació de llocs de treball de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa que es relacionen a l'annex I.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. El procediment de selecció serà el de lliure designació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA. REQUISITS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Per prendre-hi part, les persones interessades han de complir els següents requisits generals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Ser personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa qualsevol que sigui la situació administrativa en la que es trobin exceptuant la de suspensió en ferm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Pertànyer a l'escala i grup de classificació des dels quals es pot accedir als llocs de treball que es detallen en l'annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Acreditar els coneixements de la llengua catalana corresponent al nivell exigit a l'annex I, mitjançant el certificat emès per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o equivalent per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) A més han de complir els requisits específics que figuren a l'annex 1 del lloc de treball al qual opten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Les persones aspirants han de reunir els requisits establerts en aquestes bases en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-los durant tot el procés selectiu. En aquest sentit, es poden efectuar les comprovacions oportunes durant tot el procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que, una vegada que s'hagi pres possessió de la vacant, es donin una o diverses causes d'exclusió es podrà revocar el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Participants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.1. Les sol·licituds requerint prendre part en el procés selectiu es presentaran&amp;nbsp; telemàticament a través del Registre Electrònic General de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa https://eivissa.sedelectronica.es; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catàleg de tràmits/ Recursos Humans/Convocatòria per a la provisió definitiva de cinc llocs de treball pel sistema de lliure designació)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dins del termini de 15 dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i s'han d'adreçar a l'Alcaldia-Presidència de la Corporació. Si el darrer dia de presentació recaigués en dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. També poden presentar-se per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies que no es presentin telemàticament al Registre Electrònic General de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa i es presentin per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, no seran admeses encara que consti que es van lliurar abans de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, salvat que la persona interessada el comuniqui a l'Ajuntament mitjançant l'enviament d'un correu electrònic a l'adreça electrònica "rrhh@eivissa.es", adjuntant la justificació de presentació de la sol·licitud en el mateix dia que s'envia. La no presentació de sol·licituds en temps i forma determina la no admissió de la persona aspirant en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1.2. A més de les dades de caràcter personal i professional que han de constar a la sol·licitud, les persones interessades han d'assenyalar el lloc de treball al qual opta i que figuren a l'Annex I i acompanyar-la amb la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títol acadèmic exigit com a requisit específic que figura a l'annex I de conformitat amb la fitxa descriptiva del lloc de treball. No cal presentar-lo si la persona aspirant no s'oposa a que l'Administració obtingui aquest document mitjançant les xarxes d'intermediació de dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat del nivell de llengua catalana exigit a l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Currículum Vitae en el qual consti el cos o escala a què pertanyen, el grup o subgrup de classificació, les titulacions acadèmiques, l'antiguitat i els llocs de treball ocupats en l'Administració pública i en l'empresa privada, els estudis i els cursos realitzats, els coneixement d'idiomes i qualsevol altre mèrit que es consideri escaient per apreciar-ne la idoneïtat per al desenvolupament del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de realitzar la sol·licitud l'aspirant declara, sota la seua responsabilitat, que compleix totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base segona, referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. La presentació de la instància implica, a l'efecte de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, el consentiment dels afectats perquè l'àrea de Recursos Humans l'utilitzi per a la seua gestió, i és obligatòria la seua formalització. Es disposa, en tot cas, els drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició en els termes previstos en la legislació vigent i és responsable del fitxer l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Tota la documentació que es presenta en llengua estrangera ha d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada a la llengua catalana o a la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS DE PROVISIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. En haver finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, es lliurarà a cada àrea/regidoria on estigui adscrit el lloc de treball objecte de provisió la relació de persones candidates a aquest lloc, juntament amb la documentació aportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. El/la regidor/a delegat/da on està adscrit el lloc de treball en proposarà, de forma motivada, l'adjudicació. Aquesta proposta s'ha de fonamentar amb la idoneïtat de la persona proposada en relació amb el seu currículum i als requisits exigits per desenvolupar la feina. Tot això sense perjudici que pugui declarar-se deserta l'ocupació del lloc de treball si cap de les persones aspirants és triat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. NOMENAMENT, PRESA DE POSSESSIÓ I CESSAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. El nomenament es realitzarà per resolució de l'Alcalde en el termini màxim d'un mes comptat des de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Aquest termini podrà prorrogar-se fins a un mes més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. El termini per a prendre possessió serà de tres dies hàbils, següents al de la notificació de la resolució, produint-se el cessament en el lloc de treball de procedència el dia immediat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. L'aspirant nomenat podrà ser destituït i remogut de les seves funcions amb caràcter discrecional per l'òrgan que el va nomenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA. IMPUGNACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Les presents bases i tots els actes administratius que se'n derivin d'aquestes, podran ser impugnats conforme amb el que s'estableix en els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA. PROTECCIÓ DE DADES PERSONALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Els aspirants quedaran vinculats a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions i serà responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. En cas que sigui necessari, algunes dades personals podran ser publicades al BOIB, al tauler d'edictes de l'Ajuntament i a la intranet municipal, d'acord amb el que disposen les bases de la present convocatòria i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Es fa constar que, en el cas que la persona interessada hagi posat en coneixement de l'Ajuntament dades de salut, n'autoritza expressament el tractament per al compliment de les finalitats anteriorment exposades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Les persones interessades poden, si escau, exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, supressió, oposició, dret a la limitació del tractament i dret a la portabilitat mitjançant instància presentada davant el Registre General d'Entrada de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VUITENA. PERÍODE DE PERMANÈNCIA EN EL LLOC DE TREBALL ADJUDICAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
