    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Finalitzat el termini d'exposició al públic de la modificació pressupostària 16/2023, per crèdit extraordinari i suplement de crèdit finançat amb Romanent de Tresoreria per a despeses Generals, sense que s'hagin interposat reclamacions a l'acord adoptat en sessió plenària de data 14 de setembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 128 de 16 de setembre de 2023), en compliment del que disposa l'article 169 del Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 05 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es publica a continuació la modificació realitzada resumida per capítols.&lt;/p&gt;
