    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Corporació plenària, en sessió de dia 28 de setembre actual, va adoptar l'acord que es transcriu amb la finalitat d'aprovar inicialment el “Reglament municipal per l'ús de les llengües oficials de l'Ajuntament de Calvià”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“19. PROPOSTA PER APROVAR INICIALMENT EL “REGLAMENT MUNICIPAL PER L'ÚS DE LES LLENGÜES OFICIALS” DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE CALVIÀ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe emès pels serveis tècnics municipals, així com la necessitat d'actualitzar el reglament de normalització lingüística municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'anterior, el que estableix la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears i resta de normativa concordant i en virtut de les competències atribuïdes per l'art. 22 LRBRL tinc a bé proposar l'adopció del següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar inicialment el “Reglament municipal per l'us de les llengües oficials” de l'Ajuntament de Calvià que s'adjunta a la present proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sotmetre aquest acord d'aprovació inicial a informació pública i audiència dels interessats durant el termini de trenta dies en la forma disposada en els apartats b) i c) de l'article 102 de la Llei municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. Dins de l'esmentat termini, els interessats podran examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions, objeccions o observacions que estimin oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions, objeccions o observacions que es presentin seran resoltes per la Corporació plenària. En el cas que no es presentessin durant el termini d'exposició pública, l'acord inicial s'entendrà definitivament aprovat sense necessitat de nou acord exprés, en aquest cas serà publicat al BOIB el text íntegre del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Reglament entrarà en vigor d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 103 de la Llei municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears, i sempre que hagin transcorregut els terminis establerts per l'article 113 de la mateixa Llei.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El que es publica en el BOIB en compliment del que disposa l'article 49.b) de la Llei de bases de règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
