    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la sessió ordinària de 28 de setembre de 2023, en l'assumpte 3.5.1.- PRP2023-586, ha aprovat el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“3.5.1.- PRP2023-586. Proposta de modificació de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acord del Ple sobre dedicació i retribucions de membres de l'equip de Govern, indemnització per assistència a sessions i dotació per als grups polítics &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de data 31 d'agost de 2023, a propòsit d'esclarir el règim de dedicació parcial d'un conseller de l'Equip de Govern i les corresponents compatibilitats.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sobre dedicació i retribucions de membres de l'equip de Govern, indemnització per assistència a sessions i dotació per als grups polítics (punt QUART, publicat al BOIB núm. 112, de 12 d'agost de 2023), relatiu al Sr. Javier Tur Roselló, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el sentit de dir el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“XV.- Acord del Ple sobre dedicació i retribucions de membres de l'equip de Govern, indemnització per assistència a sessions i dotació per als grups polítics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprovar les dedicacions parcials següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per al conseller&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sr. Javier Tur Roselló&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(dedicació parcial, al 32,86%), amb una retribució bruta anual de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.861,80€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, distribuïda en 14 pagues. La dedicació parcial s'entén de 12,32 hores setmanals (d'un total de 37,5 hores, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sense perjudici del desenvolupament de la seua feina i retribució completa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;al SAMU 061, depenent del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la volta, i que no coincideix amb la dedicació horària al si del Consell Insular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;). S'autoritza un repartiment en 3 dies de dilluns a divendres al Consell Insular, sempre que no coincideixi amb algun dels torns del SAMU 061.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de no interferir amb els torns del SAMU 061, s'autoritza a variar els dies de la setmana que acudeixi al Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'autoritza, finalment, i segons que permet l'article 7.1 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, la compatibilitat per a la percepció de totes dos retribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar aquesta aprovació al SAMU 061 (Conselleria de Salut del Govern de les Illes Balears) i a l'Institut Nacional de la Seguretat Social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n.- Considerar que la modificació que ara s'aprova es fa amb efectes de data 17 de juny de 2023, data de la presa de possessió, amb la qual cosa des del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SAMU 061, depenent del Govern de les Illes Balears (atès que la dedicació allí és del 100%, i la feina ha set del 100%), se li ha d'abonar la diferència de retribucions de què és deutor (perquè, en realitat, no hi havia reducció al 50% en el treball davant del SAMU 061) i, en sentit equivalent, al Consell Insular, atès que la dedicació és del 32,86% (i no del 50%), ha de retornar -o compensar- esmentat Sr. al Consell Insular la quantitat corresponent, entre el que efectivament ha cobrat i el que, en realitat, havia d'haver cobrat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r.- Publicar al BOIB el contingut modificat del punt 1r anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qual cosa es fa públic per a general coneixement. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
