    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, corresponents als anys 2015-2019 (anualitat 2020), especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 25&amp;nbsp;de setembre&amp;nbsp;de 2023, va signar la següent resolució,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.En data de 16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de data 17 de desembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), en data 22 de juny de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) i en data 26 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.En data de 16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de data 17 de desembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), en data 22 de juny de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) i en data 26 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.El 17 d'abril de de 2023, el &amp;nbsp;vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA va dictar una Resolució de concessió d'ajudes per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, que es va publicar al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 50, del 20 d'abril de 2023, en la qual hi figurava una concessió a favor de l'interessat assenyalat a l'annex adjunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.El 25 de juliol de 2023, l'interessada JOANA CERDÀ CAÑELLAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;NIF ***2653**, amb registre d'entrada núm. 483107/2023, ha presentat un escrit on sol·licita que es modifiquin les inversions inicial, comprar una grada ràpida i un rastrell en lloc del polvoritzador i carretilla inicialment aprovats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.El 21 de setembre de 2023 s'emet l'informe favorable de moderació de costs en el qual s'indica que l'import de les inversions és un total de 37.533 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import aprovat inicialment és de 33.488 €, per tant l'ajuda per les noves inversions no pot superar els 20.092,80 € aprovats inicialment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.Atès tot això, es proposa acceptar la modificació d'inversions com s'indica en l'annex adjunt d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Acceptar el canvi d'inversió a l'annex adjunt, que és un total de 1 expedient, que comença i acaba per JOANA CERDÀ CAÑELLAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;amb&amp;nbsp;NIF ***2653**&amp;nbsp;(exp. INEA2020_1/160).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.Notificar aquesta resolució a la persona beneficiària mitjançant la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
