&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En data 2 de maig de 2023, el president de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (ICIB) va dictar la Resolució per la qual es convoca la concessió de subvencions per donar suport a projectes culturals per a l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 58, de 6 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds per optar a les subvencions esmentades, l'ICIB va rebre trenta-nou sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Comissió Avaluadora que preveu l'apartat 11.2 de la convocatòria es va reunir el 26 de juliol de 2023 per examinar les sol·licituds presentades i va emetre l'acta que va servir de base per dictar la Proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En data 19 de setembre de 2023 es va publicar a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB la Proposta de resolució de la convocatòria, a fi que les persones interessades poguessin formular-hi al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. D'acord amb l'apartat 13.2 de la convocatòria, les persones interessades disposaven d'un termini de deu dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions contra aquesta Proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Dins el termini establert, no s'ha presentat cap al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El personal de l'ICIB ha comprovat que les entitats beneficiàries compleixen els requisits que la normativa estableix per poder rebre subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (BOE núm. 276, de 18 de novembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura (BOIB núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Decret 50/2018, de 21 de desembre, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de desembre; correcció d'errades: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de gener de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolució del president de l'ICIB de 2 de maig de 2023 per la qual es convoca la concessió de subvencions per donar suport a les inversions que afavoreixin la modernització, la innovació i el desenvolupament tecnològic de les indústries culturals per a l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 58, de 6 de maig de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprovar i concedir subvencions per l'import total de 471.007,47 euros a favor dels beneficiaris que s'inclouen en els annexos 1, 2, 3 i 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar la despesa indicada per a cadascun dels beneficiaris amb càrrec al capítol 4 del pressupost de l'ICIB, amb els imports que es detallen en els annexos 1, 2, 3 i 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Excloure de la concessió de subvencions les sol·licituds que s'indiquen en els annexos 1,2 i 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Informar els beneficiaris que la subvenció s'ha de justificar i pagar d'acord amb el que disposen els punts 19 i 20 de l'annex de la Resolució del president de l'ICIB de 2 de maig de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el president de l'ICIB, en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
