    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mitjançant Resolució de Batlia núm. 1677/2023, de data 18 de setembre de 2023, es va aprovat el nomenament de personal eventual de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia, el literal de la qual es transcriu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Alcúdia, a la data de la signatura electrònica&lt;em&gt; (5 d´octubre de 2023)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar al senyor Pedro Antonio Capó Viver, amb DNI ***9983**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i/o d' assessorament com a Coordinador d'Urbanisme, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l'adequada per a desenvolupar- ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 45.000,00 euros, i jornada complerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar al senyor Francisco Prynya McGrath Sae Tang, amb NIE ***0578**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i /o d' assessorament com a Coordinador de Seguiment de Contractes Municipals, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l'adequada per a desenvolupar-ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 25.000,00 euros, i jornada complerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar al senyor Antoni Ferrari Pons amb DNI ***1670**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i/o d' assessorament com a Coordinador de Medi Ambient i Sostenibilitat, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l'adequada per a desenvolupar- ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 45.000,00 euros, i jornada complerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar al senyor José María Vicente Martorell, amb DNI ***7634**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i/o d' assessorament com a Coordinador d'Obres Pròpies, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l'adequada per a desenvolupar- ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 27.000,00 euros, i jornada parcial del 60%. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar a la senyora Maria Victòria Cifre Llompart, amb DNI ***0812**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i /o d' assessorament com a Coordinadora d'Educació, Esports, Igualtat i Promoció Econòmica, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l' adequada per a desenvolupar- ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 45.000,00 euros, i jornada complerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nomenar al senyor Felipe Collado Bueno, amb DNI ***3596**, com a personal eventual, per ocupar el lloc de treball de confiança i/o d' assessorament com a Coordinador de Teixit empresarial, per considerar que la persona que es nomena és l'adequada per a desenvolupar- ho i compleix els requisits exigits en la relació de llocs de treball i la plantilla municipal vigent aprovades pel Ple de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La retribució anual bruta serà de 45.000,00 euros, i jornada complerta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tots els nomenaments i els seus efectes jurídics seran efectius des del dia de la seva presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones nomenades podran ser cessades o separades lliurement per la Batlia en qualsevol moment del mandat de l'actual Corporació. En qualsevol cas, aquest personal eventual cessarà automàticament quan es suprimeixi el lloc de treball que ocupa o quan es produeixi el cessament o expiri el mandat de l'autoritat a la qual prestin la seva funció de confiança o assessorament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Notificar aquests nomenaments als interessats perquè en el terme de tres dies prenguin possessió del càrrec. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Fer públic aquests nomenaments en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, amb especificació del lloc de treball, règim de retribucions i dedicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Donar trasllat a Ple en la primera sessió que celebri. A Alcúdia, en la data de la signatura electrònica que consta al marge d'aquest document del que, com a secretari, en don fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
