&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«RESOLUCIÓ DE LA BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DELEGACIÓ ESPECIAL A LA REGIDORA SRA. FRANCISCA IGNACIO PUJADAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En data 21 de juny de 2023 es va dictar la Resolució núm. 2023-1405 de delegació especial a la regidora Sra. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas. El punt segon de la indicada Resolució diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;«2n. Les facultats delegades comprenen l'exercici de les competències sobre les matèries següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Raons d'oportunitat i conveniència per a l'agilització i millora del servei, aconsella modificar el llistat de matèries abans transcrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En conseqüència, d'acord amb els articles 21.3 de la LBRL i 43, 44, 120 i 121 del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats Locals,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Francisca Ignacio Pujadas, que passarà a tenir el següent contingut:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoció participació ciutadana: organització d'actes relacionats amb associacions i que no consten dins els programes d'actes següents: Festes de Son Serra de Marina (juliol), Festes de Santa Margalida (juliol), Festes de la Mare de Deu d'Agost, Festes de la Beata, Festes de Cap d'any i Reis mags, Festes de Carnestoltes i Festes de Pasqua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autorització ús espais municipals que no estiguin específicament assignats a altres regidories&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Els actes que afectin a la Gent Gran, als Joves o a les Associacions, els quals constin en els programes de festes de Son Serra de Marina, de Santa Margalida, de la Mare de Deu d'Agost i de la Beata, seran d'organització compartida amb els regidors i regidores delegats d'aquestes Festes.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Mantenir el contingut íntegre de la Resolucio de Batlia núm. 2023-1405 en tot allò que no s'oposi a la modificació abans acordada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Notificar aquesta Resolució als/a les regidors/res afectats/des.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
