text/html 49643 678249 2023-10-05 CAIB 2023-10-05 ca 625680 ca ![CDATA[Informació Pública de l’exhumació de les fosses ubicades al pati 2 del Cementeri Municipal de Formentera (Sant Francesc) per desenvolupar el IV pla d’actuacions a les fosses de la guerra civil i el franquisme per a 2023]] 890 49641 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El Consell Insular de Formentera, per Resolució de la Conselleria de Benestar Social de 2 d'octubre de 2023, informa sobre l'exhumació de les tombes i restes cadavèriques ubicades al Pati 2 del Cementeri Municipal de Formentera (Sant Francesc), de conformitat amb la següent:</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">RESOLUCIÓ DE LA CONSELLERIA DE BENESTAR SOCIAL PER INFORMAR SOBRE LES FOSSES AL PATI 2 DEL CEMENTERI MUNICIPAL DE FORMENTERA (SANT FRANCESC) QUE SUSCEPTIBLES DE SER INTERVINGUDES D'ACORD AMB L'ACTUACIÓ PREVISTA AL IV PLA D'ACTUACIONS A LES FOSSES DE LA GUERRA CIVIL I EL FRANQUISME PER A 2023 PER TAL DE LOCALITZAR LES RESTES MORTALS DELS PRESOS DE LA COLÒNIA PENITENCIÀRIA DE LA SAVINA</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">En data 16 de juny de 2023 des de la Conselleria de Transició Energètica i Sector Productiu del Govern balear es va remetre per registre el document “Proposta d'intervenció de la segona fase d'excavació al Cementeri de Sant Francesc” que té com a finalitat localitzar les restes de les persones mortes en custòdia a la Colònia penitenciària de Formentera, la Savina, document elaborat sota la direcció de la Dra. Almudena García-Rubio Ruiz.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">L'actuació que es pretén al cementeri, es troba contemplada en el IV&nbsp; Pla d'actuacions a les fosses de la Guerra Civil i el franquisme per a 2023, licitat per la Conselleria de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica del Govern de les Illes Balears, i adjudicat, d'acord amb la informació disponible a la Plataforma de contractació del sector públic, expedient CONTR 2022/9163, i a la publicació al Diari Oficial de la Unió Europea (DOUE), anunci 35707/2023, de 20 de gener, a l'UTE Sociedad de Ciencias Aranzadi – Àtics SL, a la qual es troba vinculada la Dra. García-Rubio Ruiz. L'abril de l'any 2022 es va dur a terme la primera fase d'intervenció al Cementeri, la qual estava prevista en el III Pla d'actuacions en fosses de la Guerra Civil i el franquisme, promoguda per la Direcció General de Memòria Democràtica de les Illes Balears, i que també va estar liderada per la Dra. García-Rubio Ruiz.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vistos els acords del punt 4 de la Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, celebrada de forma presencial en sessió de caràcter ordinari el 22 de setembre de 2023.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Vist l'informe tecnicojurídic, de data 15 de setembre, emès pels serveis tècnics dels Serveis Funeraris i la Secretaria del Consell Insular de Formentera, on s'informa de les sepultures susceptibles de ser intervingudes en la segona fase d'excavació al Cementeri de Sant Francesc.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Atès que d'acord amb el contingut de l'informe tecnicojurídic, i conforme permet la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, l'expedient segons l'article 83, s'haurà de sotmetre a informació pública, per un període de 20 dies, als efectes generals que qualsevol interessat puga formular al·legacions o manifestar el seu parer.
