&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Llei orgànica 3/2022, de 31 de març, d'ordenació i integració de la Formació Professional (BOE núm. 78, d'1 d'abril de 2022) té com a objectiu la constitució i ordenació d'un Sistema de Formació Professional al servei d'un règim de formació i acompanyament professionals que sigui capaç de respondre amb flexibilitat als interessos, les expectatives i les aspiracions de qualificació professional de les persones al llarg de la seva vida. Alhora, ha de ser també un poderós instrument per a l'enfortiment i sostenibilitat de l'economia que satisfaci les competències demandades pel món laboral, tant per a l'augment de la productivitat com per a la generació d'ocupació i el seu manteniment per part dels sectors productius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Reial decret 659/2023, de 18 de juliol, pel qual es desenvolupa l'ordenació del Sistema de Formació Professional (BOE núm. 174, de 22 de juliol), deroga el Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral i, a més, al títol VI, procedeix a ordenar i actualitzar el procediment d'acreditació de competències adquirides per l'experiència laboral i altres vies no formals de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Llei 2/2011, de 4 de març, d'economia sostenible (BOE núm. 55, de 5 de març de 2011), indica en l'article 72.h) que un dels objectius en matèria de formació professional és millorar la qualificació dels ciutadans mitjançant l'aplicació del procediment d'avaluació i acreditació de les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 81, de 2 de juny de 2011), determina en l'article 2.1 que la Conselleria amb competències en matèria d'educació i el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears, conjuntament o separadament, han d'aprovar les convocatòries públiques del procediment per avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació, i han de garantir l'estructura organitzativa necessària per gestionar el procediment. En el cas que s'aprovin de forma separada, és preceptiu un informe favorable vinculant de l'òrgan administratiu no convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. D'acord amb l'article 3.1 del Decret esmentat, l'Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears (IQPIB) és l'òrgan encarregat de la gestió i la coordinació d'aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 38, de 17 de març de 2022), determina en l'article 29.2 que el procediment tendrà com a referent la tipologia de les ofertes i els graus de formació que estableix la normativa bàsica i es desenvoluparà seguint els criteris que garanteixin la fiabilitat, l'objectivitat i el rigor tècnic de l'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El Reial decret 1069/2021, de 4 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova l'Estratègia Espanyola de Recolzament Actiu a l'Ocupació 2021-2024 (BOE núm. 292, de 7 de desembre de 2021), configura el marc normatiu per a la coordinació i execució de les polítiques actives d'ocupació i intermediació laboral al conjunt de l'Estat. L'Estratègia incorpora com a objectiu potenciar la formació i, concretament, proposa en l'objectiu instrumental 2.3 «promoure la formació modular acreditable i el reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral i les vies no formals de formació».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La Resolució de 7 d'octubre de 2021, de la Secretaria General de Formació Professional, concedeix un import de 4.636.206,87 € a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per al finançament del procediment d'acreditació de les competències professionals (BOE núm. 249, de 18 d'octubre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. La Resolució d'11 de juliol de 2022, de la Secretaria general de Formació Professional, concedeix un import de 11.240.160,00 € a la Comunicat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per al finançament del procediment d'acreditació de les competències professionals (BOE núm. 172, de 19 de juliol de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Aquesta convocatòria està finançada pel Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional i per la Unió Europea-Next GenerationEU, en el marc del Mecanisme del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria del procediment per avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació. Aquestes bases figuren com a annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les unitats de competència convocades, amb indicació de la qualificació professional, les quals figuren com a annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Convocar el procediment per avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació en els termes que figuren en les bases que s'inclouen com a annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB) i establir que començarà a tenir efectes l'endemà de publicar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de publicar-se, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i els articles 25.5 i 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de publicar-se, d'acord amb els articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aquesta convocatòria permet avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació de les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals especificades en l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El procediment i els requisits establerts en aquesta Resolució, així com els efectes de l'avaluació i acreditació de competències, tenen abast i validesa a tot el territori de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Les dades que es recullin en aquest procediment s'han de tractar d'acord amb la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals (BOE núm. 294, de 6 de desembre de 2018). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'IQPIB ha de dur a terme el tractament estadístic i la gestió del procediment per avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals. En qualsevol moment es poden exercir els drets reconeguts en la Llei esmentada, en particular els d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició, adreçant-se per escrit a l'IQPIB, amb el mateix domicili que la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El cost total pressupostat per a la implementació del procediment per avaluar i acreditar les competències professionals assignat a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears és de 4.636.206,87 € segons els acords presos a la Conferència Sectorial d'Educació de 21 de juliol de 2021 i a l'acord del Consell de Ministres de 8 de juny de 2021 i de 11.240.160,00 € segons els acords presos a la Conferència Sectorial d'Educació de 23 de juny de 2022 amb el FFMR012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els destinataris són les persones amb experiència laboral o bé amb coneixements no formals de formació relacionats amb les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals objecte d'aquesta convocatòria que compleixin els requisits prevists en el punt cinquè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits per a la participació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les persones que vulguin participar en el procediment han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, haver obtingut el certificat de registre de ciutadania comunitària o la targeta de familiar de ciutadà de la Unió Europea, o ser titular d'una autorització de residència o de residència i treball a Espanya en vigor, en els termes establerts en la normativa espanyola d'estrangeria i immigració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir, en el moment de fer la inscripció, com a mínim:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18 anys complerts, per a les qualificacions de nivell 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 anys complerts, per a les qualificacions de nivell 2 i nivell 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Tenir experiència laboral, en els darrers quinze anys, relacionada amb les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals convocades, d'acord amb el que figura a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Almenys 2 anys amb un mínim de 1.200 hores treballades, per a les qualificacions de nivell 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Almenys 3 anys amb un mínim de 2.000 hores treballades, per a les qualificacions de nivell 2 i 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Tenir formació no formal, en els darrers deu anys, relacionada amb les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals convocades, d'acord amb el que figura a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Almenys 200 hores de formació relacionada amb les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals de nivell 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Almenys 300 hores de formació relacionada amb les unitats de competència de les qualificacions professionals de nivell 2 i 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els casos en què els mòduls formatius associats a la unitat de competència que es pretén acreditar prevegin una durada inferior, s'han d'acreditar les hores establertes en aquests mòduls. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per establir el període de quinze anys (accés a través de l'experiència laboral) o de deu anys (accés a través de formació no formal) anteriors a la convocatòria, s'ha de tenir com a referència el dia en què es presenta la sol·licitud d'inscripció al procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones més grans de 25 anys que compleixin els requisits d'experiència o de formació i que no puguin justificar-los, poden sol·licitar la inscripció provisional en el procediment sempre que presentin alguna prova admesa en dret que justifiqui l'experiència laboral o la formació no formal d'acord amb el que preveu la normativa vigent. Per a aquests casos la Comissió Permanent ha de determinar si se'n permet la inscripció definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fases del procediment i taxes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Segons el que disposa la normativa vigent, les fases del procediment són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Assessorament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Avaluació de la competència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Acreditació i registre de la competència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La inscripció a l'assessorament i a l'avaluació estan subjectes al pagament de taxes. Aquest pagament es pot fer per via telemàtica o de forma presencial en el moment de fer el tràmit en línia corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les taxes a abonar són les que estan aprovades en la Llei de pressupostos generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any vigent, les quals es poden consultar a la pàgina web de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.atib.es/TA/Modelos/Tasas046.aspx?idConselleria=3451&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Queden exempts del pagament de la taxa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Les persones en situació legal de desocupació, sempre que presentin l'informe de període ininterromput inscrit en situació de desocupació del Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) o l'organisme equivalent de fora de les Illes Balears que acrediti que està inscrit com a demandant d'ocupació i la condició de desocupat. La data d'aquest document no pot ser anterior en més de quinze dies naturals a la data de formalització de la inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Les persones amb una discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%, sempre que presentin la targeta acreditativa del grau de discapacitat o un certificat expedit per la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència i els membre de la seva unitat familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Les persones en situació de dependència en grau II o III i els membres de la seva unitat familiar, sempre que presentin la documentació acreditativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Els membres de famílies nombroses, sempre que presentin el títol de família nombrosa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Les famílies en situació de vulnerabilitat econòmica especial, sempre que presentin el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Les famílies en situació de risc social, sempre que presentin la documentació acreditativa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Les persones subjectes a mesures privatives de llibertat, sempre que presentin un certificat expedit pel centre penitenciari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. Els joves en acolliment familiar i els joves tutelats i extutelats en vies d'emancipació, sempre que presentin el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Les persones que hagin estat víctimes d'actes terroristes, i també el cònjuge i els fills, sempre que acreditin documentalment aquesta condició mitjançant la resolució administrativa corresponent. En el cas del cònjuge i els fills, també s'ha de presentar el llibre de família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j. Les víctimes de violència de gènere, i també els fills que en depenen, sempre que acreditin documentalment aquesta condició mitjançant qualsevol dels documents prevists per la normativa vigent. En el cas dels fills dependents, també s'ha de presentar el llibre de família.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k. Els membres de les famílies monoparentals, sempre que presentin el títol de família monoparental o la targeta individual en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació dels apartats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'ha de comprovar d'ofici a no ser que la persona interessada no n'autoritzi la comprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inscripció al procediment i documentació requerida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les persones interessades a participar en aquest procediment han d'emplenar la sol·licitud d'inscripció telemàtica mitjançant el formulari establert a l'efecte que es troba disponible a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La tramitació telemàtica només es completa quan s'envia la sol·licitud. No es consideren vàlides les sol·licituds amb la marca d'aigua «sense validesa», ja que això indica que no s'ha enviat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si la persona interessada ha participat a l'avaluació sense renunciar-hi però la finalitza amb un resultat de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;no demostrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en una o més unitats de competència, pot, transcorreguts sis mesos, tornar a inscriure's al procediment per tal de poder adquirir experiència professional i/o formació no formal relacionada amb les unitats de competència que vol acreditar. La documentació justificativa que s'ha d'aportar ha de tenir una data posterior a l'acta d'avaluació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No es pot demanar l'avaluació i l'acreditació de les unitats de competència en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Si aquestes unitats s'han acreditat prèviament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si aquestes unitats són convalidables amb mòduls formatius d'un certificat de professionalitat o amb mòduls professionals d'un cicle formatiu de Formació Professional que ja s'han superat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Si la persona candidata està desenvolupant tasques com a assessor o avaluador en un procediment d'acreditació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'ha de presentar la documentació acreditativa següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Fotocòpia del DNI o del NIE, sempre que l'interessat no n'autoritzi la comprovació d'ofici, o un altre document justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, de l'Institut Social de la Marina o de la mutualitat a la qual estiguin afiliats en què constin l'empresa, la categoria laboral (grup de cotització) i el període de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Contractes de treball o certificat de l'empresa on s'hagi adquirit l'experiència laboral en què constin la durada dels períodes de prestació del contracte, l'activitat exercida i l'interval de temps en què s'ha fet l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ii. Per a treballadors autònoms o per compte propi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social, de l'Institut Social de la Marina o de la mutualitat a la qual estiguin afiliats en què constin els períodes d'alta en el règim corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Declaració responsable amb la descripció de l'activitat exercida i l'interval de temps en què s'ha duit a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;iii. Per a treballadors voluntaris o becaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de l'organització on s'hagi prestat l'assistència en què constin les activitats i les funcions exercides, l'any en què s'han exercit i el nombre total d'hores dedicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de voler acreditar formació no formal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de la formació en què han de constar els continguts, la durada en hores i el període en què es va dur a terme. Si la durada de la formació està expressada en crèdits, se n'ha d'especificar l'equivalència en hores. No s'han de valorar els cursos de durada inferior a deu hores ni l'assistència a jornades, simposis, actes o similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de persones més grans de 25 anys que compleixen els requisits i que no poden justificar-los:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Declaració responsable o prova admesa en dret per justificar els requisits d'experiència laboral o formació no formal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Tots els documents que no es presentin redactats en llengua catalana o castellana s'han d'acompanyar necessàriament de la traducció oficial corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La falsedat en les dades declarades o aportades comporta la pèrdua del dret a participar en aquest procediment i la no devolució de les taxes abonades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La documentació requerida s'ha de presentar preferentment en línia en el moment de realitzar el tràmit telemàtic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. En qualsevol altre lloc que estableixin les disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds d'inscripció al procediment han de ser revisades per la Comissió Permanent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas que la Comissió Permanent faci un requeriment de documentació a la persona candidata, aquesta disposarà de 15 dies naturals per aportar-la i, si no la presenta, es considera que desisteix en participar en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Totes les persones interessades que compleixen els requisits podran participar en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Comissió Permanent ha de comunicar a les persones que compleixen els requisits que poden participar en el procediment i que han de formalitzar la sol·licitud d'inscripció a la fase d'assessorament, i a les persones que no compleixen els requisits, els motius pels quals no poden participar en el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inscripció i desenvolupament de la fase d'assessorament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les persones que compleixen els requisits han d'emplenar, en un termini no superior a tres mesos, la sol·licitud d'inscripció a la fase d'assessorament, mitjançant el formulari establert a l'efecte que es troba disponible a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La tramitació telemàtica només es completa quan s'envia la sol·licitud. No es consideren vàlides les sol·licituds amb la marca d'aigua «sense validesa», ja que això indica que no s'ha enviat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Juntament amb aquesta sol·licitud s'ha de presentar el justificant del pagament de la taxa d'inscripció i, si n'és el cas, documentació justificativa de tenir dret a l'exempció del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'IQPIB ha d'assignar un assessor o assessora a cada participant, que l'ajudarà a recopilar i organitzar tota la documentació relativa a l'historial professional i formatiu relacionat amb les unitats de competència que hagi sol·licitat l'assessorament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La fase d'assessorament s'ha de desenvolupar d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 15 del Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, i les seves modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les actuacions de la fase d'assessorament s'han de dur a terme preferentment de manera telemàtica. En cas de fer-les presencials s'han de dur a terme els dies hàbils, excepte festius, als centres integrats públics de formació professional, als instituts d'educació de secundària o a la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Un cop finalitzada la fase d'assessorament, els participants rebran, per mitjans telemàtics, l'informe d'assessorament de la qualificació professional corresponent del seu assessor o assessora (document no vinculant) i podran continuar amb el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inscripció i desenvolupament de la fase d'avaluació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les persones que hagin rebut assessorament poden participar a la fase d'avaluació i emplenar, en un termini no superior a tres mesos, la sol·licitud d'inscripció a la fase d'avaluació, mitjançant el formulari establert a l'efecte que es troba disponible a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://iqpib.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La tramitació telemàtica només es completa quan s'envia la sol·licitud. No es consideren vàlides les sol·licituds amb la marca d'aigua «sense validesa», ja que això indica que no s'ha enviat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Juntament amb aquesta sol·licitud, s'ha de presentar el justificant del pagament de la taxa d'inscripció o, si n'és el cas, la documentació justificativa de tenir dret a l'exempció del pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'IQPIB ha d'assignar un avaluador o avaluadora a cada participant perquè avaluï la competència professional de cadascuna de les unitats de competència que hagi sol·licitat l'avaluació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La fase d'avaluació s'ha de desenvolupar d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 16 del Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, i les seves modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les actuacions de la fase d'avaluació s'han de dur a terme als centres integrats públics de formació professional o en instal·lacions autoritzades per l'IQPIB i, si fos necessari, al lloc de feina del participant (sempre que aquest es trobi a la Comunicat autònoma de les Illes Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Almenys una de les intervencions ha de ser presencial. La resta d'actuacions es poden desenvolupar per mitjans telemàtics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Aquesta avaluació té com a objecte comprovar si es demostra la competència professional requerida en les realitzacions professionals, en els nivells establerts en els criteris de realització i en una situació de treball, real o simulada, fixada a partir del context professional, seguint els criteris per a l'avaluació establerts en les guies d'evidències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Els resultats de l'avaluació de la competència professional en cada unitat de competència s'han d'expressar en els termes de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;demostrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;no demostrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Un cop finalitzada la fase d'avaluació, les persones avaluades han de rebre, per mitjans telemàtics, la comunicació dels resultats provisionals de l'avaluació de la qualificació professional corresponent del seu avaluador o avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Si la persona avaluada no està d'acord amb el resultat de l'avaluació, té dret a reclamar davant el seu avaluador o avaluadora en un termini de tres dies hàbils. La reclamació s'ha d'enviar a l'adreça de correu electrònic del seu avaluador o avaluadora utilitzat durant el desenvolupament de la fase d'avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Contra l'acta d'avaluació individual es pot presentar un recurs d'alçada davant el director general de Formació Professional i Formació Permanent del Professorat en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El director de l'IQPIB ha d'expedir un certificat d'acreditació de les unitats de competència avaluades positivament a cada persona avaluada, expressades com a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;demostrades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb el model previst en l'annex III &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Un cop finalitzada la fase d'avaluació, l'IQPIB ha d'enviar el certificat d'acreditació de les unitats de competència demostrades per mitjans telemàtics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'IQPIB ha de registrar d'ofici en el Registre d'Unitats de Competències Professionals de les Illes Balears, creat mitjançant el Decret 55/2011, les acreditacions d'unitats de competència expedides en el marc del procediment establert pel Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, i ha de transferir els resultats al registre de caràcter estatal del Servei d'Ocupació Estatal, en compliment de l'article 18.2 del Reial decret 1224/2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En qualsevol cas, l'acreditació de les competències professionals no implica l'obtenció de l'habilitació per a la professió. Per obtenir-la, s'ha de complir la normativa que regula l'exercici de l'activitat professional corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les persones que hagin acreditat totes les unitats de competència de la qualificació professional convocada poden sol·licitar, si n'és el cas, el corresponent certificat de professionalitat al SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. D'acord amb el que preveu l'article 7 del Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, s'han de designar els assessors i els avaluadors necessaris per dur a terme aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El director de l'IQPIB, òrgan responsable d'habilitar el personal assessor i avaluador, designa les persones que han d'actuar com a assessors i avaluadors en el procediment d'acreditació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els assessors i els avaluadors participants en aquesta convocatòria han d'estar inclosos en el Registre del personal assessor i avaluador del Servei Públic d'Ocupació Estatal de les unitats de competència per a les quals s'ha convocat el procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb independència dels resultats obtinguts, l'avaluador o avaluadora ha de proporcionar a totes les persones avaluades el corresponent pla de formació, en el qual s'han de fer constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Possibilitats de formació, amb les orientacions pertinents, perquè puguin acreditar en convocatòries posteriors les unitats de competència no demostrades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Possibilitats de formació, amb les orientacions pertinents, per completar la formació conduent a l'obtenció d'un certificat de professionalitat o un títol de formació professional que hi estigui relacionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Si els candidats compleixen els requisits per obtenir un certificat de professionalitat o un títol de formació professional, s'han d'indicar els tràmits necessaris perquè el puguin obtenir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
