&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist la sol·licitud de dia 27 de juliol&amp;nbsp; de 2023 (&amp;nbsp; 2023-E-RE-620&amp;nbsp; ) AMER E HIJO S.A per la&amp;nbsp; devolució de garantia definitiva consistent en un certificat d'assegurança&amp;nbsp; de ASEFA , S.A SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS per un import de 9.739&amp;nbsp; euros del contracte d'obra a l'obra RUTA CICLOTURÍSTICA A LLUBÍ, EMPLAÇADES EN CAMÍ DEL MOLÍ D'EN BLANC, CAMÍ DE SES LLETRERES I CAMÍ DE SON ROSSINYOL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe del director de l'obra de dia 01 de setembre de 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;INFORME DEVOLUCIÓ ASSEGURANÇA INFORMACIÓ DE L'OBRA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contractista: Amer e Hijos SA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En referència a l'obra indicada anteriorment, havent rebut la sol·licitud de devolució de l'assegurança per part de l'empresa contractista, un cop acabat el període de garantia, s'informa favorablement i es pot procedir a la citada devolució.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb això, i segons les disposicions legals vigents, PROPOSO a la Junta de Govern Local l'adopció del present &lt;strong&gt;ACORD:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar la devolució de l'aval&amp;nbsp; a favor de AMER E HIJOS S.A per un import de 9.739 euros del contracte d'obra “ RUTA CICLOTURÍSTICA A LLUBÍ, EMPLAÇADES EN CAMÍ DEL MOLÍ D'EN BLANC, CAMÍ DE SES LLETRERES I CAMÍ DE SON ROSSINYOL”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
