    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent finalitzat el termini d'exposició al públic de la modificació de la plantilla orgànica de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia per millor atendre la nova estructura municipal i per regularitzar distintes situacions de fet, aprovada inicialment per l'Ajuntament en Ple en la sessió de dia 3 d'agost de 2023, i no havent estat formulada cap reclamació contra l'acord d'aprovació inicial, aquest esdevé definitiu i, en compliment del que disposen els articles 126.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 781/1986, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de Règim Local i 169 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es publica a continuació la modificació realitzada a la plantilla orgànica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“ACORDS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Modificar la Relació de Llocs de Treball aprovada el 6 de febrer de 2020, per adequar-la a la nova estructura municipal establerta per resolució de Batlia 2023-1032, de data 26 de juny de 2023 (BOIB de 29 de juny). Els canvis en la RLLT, estrictament pel que fa a l'estructura organitzativa, es recullen en l' annex I del present acord, quedant vigent la resta de determinacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per millor atendre la nova estructura municipal i per regularitzar distintes situacions de fet, es reordenen els següents llocs de treball amb els respectius canvis d'unitat administrativa, modificant la Relació de Llocs de Treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc de treball de Ajudant de la unitat “Secretaria” ha de passar a la unitat “Batlia”. En no estar dotats, no cal adequar crèdits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc de treball d'administratiu de la unitat “Estadística”, dotat, ha de passar a la unitat “Contractació”, i el lloc de treball d'administratiu de la unitat “Contractació”, no dotat, ha de passar a la unitat “Estadística”. Els dos llocs s' inclouen en els crèdits AG. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc de treball d'auxiliar administratiu de la unitat “Fires i mercats” s' adscriu a la unitat “Mercats” de l'àrea “Mercats” en la regidoria de Serveis socials, sanitat i normalització lingüística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, es reubiquen els següents llocs: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc de treball d'administratiu comptable de la unitat “Esports” ha de passar a la unitat “Intervenció” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc de treball d'auxiliar administrativa de la unitat “Obres municipals” ha de passar a la unitat “Batlia”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Això no obstant, aquestes dues darreres modificacions, atès que comporten modificació en la imputació de la despesa, només seran efectives a nivell pressupostari quan es pugui garantir la suficiència de crèdit i, en tot cas, quan s' aprovin uns nous pressupostos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dites modificacions s'han inclòs en l'annex I del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Adequar la Relació de Llocs de Treball a decisions adoptades en la plantilla i annex de personal pressupostari que no hi havien estat recollits: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El lloc de treball d'administratiu de la unitat “Llicències d'activitats” ha de passar a la unitat “Intervenció”. En conseqüència, desapareix la unitat llicències d'activitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El lloc de treball de tècnic d'administració general de la unitat “Contractació” ha de passar a la unitat “Intervenció”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Els percentatges de jornada del lloc de treball d'Enginyer Industrial, amb codi 3210, ha de passar al 100% (en comptes del 67%) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El lloc de treball d'Arquitecte, amb codi 3100, a la RLT figura amb una jornada al 75%, però a l'annex de personal figura al 100% per això, ha de passar al 100% a la RLT. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els canvis d'adscripció orgànica que suposen dites modificacions de RLT s'han inclòs en l'annex I del present acord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Incorporar a la Relació de Llocs de treball i a la plantilla els llocs de treball del personal laboral inclosos a l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per a l' estabilització, aprovada mitjançant Resolució de batlia núm. 2022/1478 de 8 de setembre de 2022, i publicada al BOIB núm. 120 (13/09/22), que encara no hi figuren:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Auxiliar de turisme &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Treballadora familiar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Treballadora familiar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Treballadora social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El detall i contingut dels llocs que es creen és el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Es crea un lloc d'Auxiliar de Turisme (adscrit a l'àrea de turisme), a la Relació de Llocs de Treball (RLT), assignant-li les següents característiques: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Auxiliar de Turisme (codi 2171) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Laboral grup 4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complement lloc de feina: 6.570 ,34 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Es creen dos llocs de Treballadora familiar (adscrites a l'àrea de Sanitat i Benestar Social), a la Relació de Llocs de Treball (RLT), assignant-li les següents característiques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Treballador/a familiar (codi 7110) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Laboral grup 4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Català: C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de funcions serà el propi d'aquests llocs amb caràcter no singularitzat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència, la plantilla de personal laboral, de duració indefinida, de l' ajuntament es modificarà en el següent sentit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Coordinar i gestionar els processos selectius que es duguin a terme, concursos, concurs-oposició, promocions internes… &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Qualsevol altre relacionada amb les funcions assignades al servei, que per la seva naturalesa corresponguin a les funcions del lloc de responsable de l' àrea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Coordinar i gestionar totes les tasques necessàries per dur a terme l' actualització puntual i contínua de l'inventari municipal de bens i drets. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Direcció i coordinació dels expedients de gestió i ús del patrimoni municipal que no estigui atribuït a altres àrees i assessorament en la matèria a totes les unitats orgàniques municipals que en siguin responsables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) Direcció i coordinació dels expedients de responsabilitat civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Quadrar el nombre de places de professors de català de la plantilla de personal laboral, de duració indefinida, 5, creant un lloc de treball més a la RLLT, en la qual només n'hi figuren 4. El lloc se crea amb una jornada del 100%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les altres tres places, es mantindran en la RLLT al 40% de jornada, tal i com figuren en la Resolució de batlia núm 2022/864 de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia per la qual es va aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per a l'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal. En conseqüència, la suma de dedicacions de l'annex de personal passaran del 460% (una al 100% i 4 al 90%) al 320% (dues al 100% i tres al 40%). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Figuren en l'annex I del present acord, el lloc de treball de cap de recursos humans i serveis generals i la nova plaça de professor de català al 100%. Les places de professors de català al 100% rebran la denominació en la rllt de professors de català-tècnics de normalització lingüística, el canvi de denominació no afectarà la plantilla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la Relació de llocs de treball per ampliar a dedicació al 100% (ara és al 80%) del lloc de treball assessoria jurídica, personal laboral, a extingir, de la unitat orgànica “urbanisme” dins l'àrea d'urbanisme, d'acord amb la justificació que consta a l'expedient, i així equiparar-la a la dedicació prevista en la plaça equivalent, que l'ha de substituir en el futur, de funcionari assessoria jurídica, no dotada, en la mateixa unitat i àrea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que el lloc modificat està afectat per la Resolució de batlia núm 2022/864 de l'Ajuntament d'Alcúdia per la qual es va aprovar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per a l'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal, l'eficàcia del present acord queda condicionada a l'anuència de qui obtengui la plaça en el procés de selecció o, en el seu cas, a la declaració de la convocatòria com a deserta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SETÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar l'acord d'aprovació amb l'Annex I, resultant de les presents modificacions pel que fa a l'adscripció orgànica, al BOIB, i remetre còpia a l' Administració Estatal i autonòmica en el termini de trenta dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que és definitiu en via administrativa, es poden interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Directament el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent de la notificació o publicació del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant el ple, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent de la notificació o publicació de la present resolució. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d'un mes des de la seva presentació sense que s'hagi resolt expressament ni s'hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITÈ-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En tot cas, l'efectiva provisió dels dits llocs de treball, que s'incorporen la RLT i figuren en l'annex I del present acord, queda supeditada a l'aprovació definitiva de la plantilla i a què existeixi crèdit adequat i suficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVÈ.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; S'ordena al departament de Recursos Humans que elabori un text refós complert que inclogui totes les modificacions de la RLT, inclosa aquesta, abans de finals d'any. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest text refós inclourà tots els aspectes propis de una RLT que siguin estrictament competència del Ple; així, les ordres de funcions, que correspondran a l'Alcaldia, no formaran part de la RLT excepte quan la seva modificació comporti efectes sobre els aspectes obligatoris de l'article 74 TREBEP, en particular, sobre les retribucions complementàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
