    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es fa públic que mitjançant Resolució d'Alcaldia núm. 446, de data 27.09.2023, s'ha acordat convocar el concurs de mèrits per la creació d'una borsa de treball per proveir, amb personal funcionari interí, necessitats urgents existents a la policia local de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A continuació es transcriuen les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Signat per mi, l'alcaldessa Antònia Camps Florit, Migjorn Gran, en la data de la signatura electrònica que consta en aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE REGIRAN LA CONVOCATÒRIA PER A CONSTITUIR UNA BORSA DE TREBALL PER A PROVEIR, AMB PERSONAL FUNCIONARI INTERÍ, NECESSITATS URGENTS EXISTENTS EN LA POLICIA LOCAL DE L'AJUNTAMENT DES MIGJORN GRAN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.- Objecte, procediment de selecció i normativa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'objecte de la convocatòria és la constitució d'una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí corresponent a l'escala d'Administració Especial, subescala de Serveis Especials, classe policia local, Grup de classificació C1, de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran per a cobrir necessitats urgents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La selecció de les persones aspirants s'efectuarà mitjançant concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. S'aplicaran a aquest procediment la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, amb la modificació efectuada per la Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre; el Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic; la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears com també la resta de disposicions legals aplicables a la policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els nomenaments com a personal funcionari interí que s'efectuïn a les persones aspirants d'aquesta borsa seran conformes amb l'article 41.2 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; modificada per la Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre, així com també de conformitat amb l'article 10.1 b (substitució transitòria dels titulars) del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, es podran dur a terme nomenaments per a la cobertura temporal de places vacants, regulat en l'article 10.1 apartat a) de la mateixa llei, sempre que no sigui possible la seva provisió amb personal funcionari de carrera, condició que estableix la Llei 4/2013, modificada per la Llei 11/2017 en l'article 41.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La convocatòria s'han de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Requisits i condicions de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir devuit anys complerts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol de batxillerat, tècnic o equivalent, o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, caldrà aportar l'homologació corresponent del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Tenir el diploma d'aptitud del curs de formació bàsica de la categoria de policia local expedit per l'EBAP o l'òrgan competent de l'àmbit de les Illes Balears i en plena validesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) No patir malaltia o defecte físic o psicofísic que impedeixi o minvi el desenvolupament correcte de les funcions, en relació amb el quadre de les exclusions que es determinen en l'annex 5 del Decret 40/2019 de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) No haver estat separat del servei de l'Administració local, autonòmica o estatal, ni estar inhabilitat per a l'exercici de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) No tenir antecedents penals per delictes dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Posseir els permisos de conducció de les classes A2 i B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Comprometre's a dur armes i, si escau, a utilitzar-les, mitjançant una declaració jurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Estar en possessió del nivell B2 (nivell avançat) del coneixement de la llengua catalana. Els certificats han de ser els expedits per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, o els expedits o homologats per la conselleria competent en matèria de política lingüística, o els reconeguts segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.- Sol·licituds i termini de presentació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per a prendre part en el procés selectiu s'ajustaran al model normalitzat de sol·licitud de l'Annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds de participació en la convocatòria, juntament amb la documentació que correspongui, s'han de presentar en el registre d'entrada de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran, o en qualsevol de les formes que preveu la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El model de sol·licitud a utilitzar per part dels aspirants estarà a disposició dels aspirants en web municipal www.ajmigjorngran.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Juntament amb la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Còpia del DNI i del títol exigit per prendre part a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Còpia del diploma d'aptitud del curs de formació bàsica, expedit per l'EBAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Una declaració responsable que la persona aspirant compleix els requisits exigits en les bases, amb referència sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per presentar les sol·licituds (annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana al nivell B2, de conformitat amb la Llei 4/2016, de 6 d'abril, de modificació de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència del coneixement de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Una relació dels mèrits aportats (model annex 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Còpia dels permisos de conducció de les classes A2 i B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els mèrits de les persones candidates s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació de l'original o còpia de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Curs de capacitació: certificat en vigor de la EBAP d'haver superat el curs de capacitació de la categoria a la qual opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Serveis prestats com a policia local: certificat expedit pels ajuntaments o administracions públiques corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, l'aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part a la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i correu electrònic que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva dels candidats tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, la no presentació de la sol·licitud en temps i forma determinaran l'exclusió de l'aspirant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta.- Admissió dels aspirants &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la batlessa dictarà resolució aprovant la llista provisional d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament; es concedirà un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils perquè les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes, i seran esmenats els errors. Els/les sol·licitants que dins el termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admesos/ses seran definitivament exclosos/oses del procés selectiu. Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a l'aspirant: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- No complir qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Qualsevol altra que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no només que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses sinó, a més, que els seus noms consten en la relació pertinent de persones admeses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes reclamacions, si n'hi hagués, seran acceptades i rebutjades a l'acord de la batlessa, pel qual serà aprovada la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional, s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva, sense necessitat de nou acord i publicació. Els errors de fet podran esmenar-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada. El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indica a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria abans del seu nomenam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#c9211e"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena.- Òrgan de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'òrgan encarregat de la selecció és el Tribunal Qualificador. Aquest es determinarà per resolució de Batlia i la seva composició s'haurà de publicar, amb la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, en el tauler d'anuncis i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament des Migjorn Gran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'òrgan de selecció serà col·legiat i la seva composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, procurant així mateix la paritat entre dones i homes. La seva composició serà predominantment tècnica i els membres hauran d'estar en possessió de la titulació o especialització igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'accés en les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, el personal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no podran formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc poden formar part els representants dels empleats públics, sense perjudici de les funcions de vigilància del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu. Els representants sindicals que participin en el procediment selectiu amb aquestes funcions de vigilància, han d'estar acreditats i, com a màxim, pot haver-hi un per cada sindicat, amb un màxim de quatre en cada procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per cinc membres, i pel mateix nombre de suplents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) President/a: designat/da per l'ajuntament convocant entre el personal funcionari de carrera d'experiència reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Vocals: un membre vocal proposat per la Direcció general, competent en matèria de coordinació de policies locals, un altre proposat per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública i un designat per l'ajuntament convocant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Secretari/ària: designat/da per l'ajuntament convocant amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El tribunal podrà acordar la incorporació en les tasques de personal assessor o especialista en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president/a ni secretari/ària, i les seves decisions s'adoptaran per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Els membres del tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i notificar-ho a l'autoritat convocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, de l'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són funcions del tribunal qualificador:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Valorar els mèrits al·legats i acreditats per les persones aspirants, en la forma establerta en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Requerir, si escau, a les persones aspirants que hagin acreditat mèrits amb defectes formals, a l'efecte de la seva esmena, o quan sigui necessari un aclariment d'algun dels mèrits acreditats en temps i en forma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Confeccionar una llista, per ordre de prelació, de les persones que formen part de la borsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Resoldre les reclamacions presentades, en el termini establert i en la forma escaient, per les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Elevar a la Batlia la composició definitiva de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits acreditats per les persones candidates es valora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ran d'acord amb el barem que s'adjunta com a Annex 1 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena.- Concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La valoració de la fase de concurs es durà a terme tenint en compte el barem de mèrits estipulats en l'Annex 1&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el tribunal qualificador publicarà, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, una llista de les puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants (per blocs i total), amb indicació del número de document nacional d'identitat. Aquesta llista es publicarà per ordre de major a menor puntuació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, a comptar a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per a al·legar les rectificacions pertinents sobre la valoració provisional dels mèrits del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Publicació de la borsa definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Resoltes, en el seu cas, les reclamacions, el Tribunal qualificador elaborarà una llista definitiva de totes les persones aspirants que formin part de la borsa, per ordre de la puntuació obtinguda, que elevarà a la batlessa perquè en dicti la resolució que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La borsa es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis i en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament amb indicació de totes les persones integrants, l'ordre de prelació i la puntuació obtinguda per cadascuna, amb indicació del número de document nacional d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La durada màxima de vigència de la borsa és de dos anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Funcionament de la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En haver-hi una vacant, si fa falta proveir-la, d'acord amb l'article 41 de la Llei 4/2013, modificada per la Llei 11/2017, es pot nomenar una persona funcionària interina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. S'ha d'oferir el lloc, a les persones incloses en la borsa d'acord amb l'ordre de prelació i que es trobin en la situació de disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona accepta el nomenament haurà d'aportar la documentació acreditativa del compliment dels requisits per a participar en la convocatòria objecte de declaració responsable en el termini de 5 dies abans de la presa de possessió, si no s'hagués aportat abans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat de puntuació per a l'ordre de prelació s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Major puntuació pel concepte de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Major puntuació pel concepte de nota del curs de capacitació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Estaran en situació de no disponibles les persones integrants de la bossa que en el moment de la crida no accepten l'oferta per :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estar en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estar prestant serveis, com a personal funcionari de carrera o interí de la policia local en un municipi de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'indisponibilitat es mantindrà l'ordre en la borsa però en situació d'indisponible i es cridarà a l'aspirant següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre l'aspirant estigui en situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se li oferirà cap lloc de treball corresponent a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades estan obligades a comunicar per escrit a l'ajuntament l'acabament de les situacions d'indisponibilitat en un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de que finalitzi la circumstància al·legada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estan en situació de disponibles la resta d'aspirants de la borsa i, per tant, se'ls podrà oferir llocs de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. S'ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la seva conformitat amb el nomenament en el termini d'un dia hàbil —o en el segon dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres— i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat , s'entén que hi renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita — d'acord amb el punt anterior d'aquesta base— se les ha d'excloure de la borsa de treball corresponent, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini establert a l'apartat anterior, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies d'indisponibilitat que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquesta borsa cessi en el lloc de treball, excepte si és per renúncia voluntària, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia. La renúncia voluntària d'una persona funcionària interina en el lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc de treball prèviament acceptat, suposa la seva exclusió de la borsa de treball excepte els casos de força major. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública s'han de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis i en la pàgina web municipal (www. ajmigjorngran.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En allò que no estigui previst en aquestes bases i en la normativa específica de les policies locals s'ha d'aplicar supletòriament la normativa reguladora de funció pública definida en l'article 190 de la Llei 20 /2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La valoració de la nota obtinguda en el curs bàsic de capacitació per a l'accés a la categoria de policia és el resultat de multiplicar la nota per un coeficient de 0,8, fins a un màxim de 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Valoració dels serveis prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada mes complet de serveis prestats i reconeguts com a policia local o turístic a les Illes Balears: 0,5 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
