Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell d'Administració de l'Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) de 25 de maig de 2022 es va aprovar&nbsp; l'oferta pública d'estabilització per l'any 2022 corresponent al personal laboral d'aquest ens públic (BOIB núm. 69 de 28 de maig).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">2. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell d'Administració de l'Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius (IBISEC) de 16 de desembre de 2022 es va aprovar la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir 15 places de personal laboral fix dels grups professionals A, B, C, D i E a l'IBISEC (BOIB núm. 167, de 24 de desembre).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">D'acord amb la base 19.2 d'aquesta convocatòria, en data 25 de març de 2023, (BOIB núm. 38) es publica la Resolució del gerent de l'Institut Balear d'Infraestructures i Serveis Educatius per la qual es designen els Tribunals Qualificadors del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir 15 places de personal laboral fix dels grups professionals A, B, C, D i E a l'IBISEC. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Una vegada finalitzat el procediment, tal com dicta el punt 15. 3 de la convocatòria del procés excepcional, «Un cop comprovat el compliment dels requisits per ser contractats com a personal laboral fix, i seguint l'ordre obtingut en les puntuacions de la llista definitiva de valoració de mèrits, i aplicats els desempats quan escaigui, el Tribunal elevarà al president del Consell d'Administració de l'ens la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu del concurs i referida a cada una de les illes en què es convoquen places. Aquesta llista ha de contenir, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades per a cada illa, separadament»</span><em><span style="background-color:null">.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">I el punt 16.1, Llista d'aspirants seleccionats, «D'acord amb la proposta del Tribunal el president del Consell d'Administració de l'IBISEC dictarà resolució aprovant les llistes d'aspirants que hagin superat el concurs extraordinari de mèrits per a les diferents categories i especialitats, separades per illes que s'ha de publicar en el </span><em><span style="background-color:null">Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</span></em><span style="background-color:null">.
