&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Vista la proposta de resolució PR/2023/924 de 19 / de setembre / 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;D'acord amb les atribucions que em confereix la legislació vigent en matèria de règim local, i concretament d'acord amb l'article 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
