&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El local dúplex 2º-2ª, 3º-3ª, situat al carrer Jeroni Antich, 5, de Palma, es trobava adscrit a la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge per Resolució del director general de Cooperació Local i Patrimoni de 6 de juliol de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les referències de l'immoble són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 22 de març de 2023 la directora general del Tresor, Política Financera i Patrimoni va autoritzar desascripció de l'immoble a la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Habitatge i adscriure provisionalment l'immoble a la conselleria competent en matèria de Patrimoni, en aquell moment la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El 27 de juliol de 2023 va tenir entrada a la Direcció General del Tresor, Política Financera i Patrimoni, VALIB218473, un ofici de la secretària general de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats amb la resolució del conseller, on sol·licita l'adscripció de la tercera planta de l'immoble per ubicar la seu del Consell Escolar que actualment està ubicat a un local amb un arrendament que finalitza el 31 d'octubre de 2023. També va haver una petició de cessió temporal de la segona planta&amp;nbsp; d'aquest immoble per part de la Conselleria de Famílies i Afers Socials per ubicar la seu del Consell de la Joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els articles 24 i 88 c de la Llei 6/2001, d'11 d'abril, del Patrimoni de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB núm. 49, de 24 d'abril&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els articles 28, 29, 154 i 156 del Decret 127/2005, de 16 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de desenvolupament de la Llei 6/2001, d'11 d'abril, del Patrimoni de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BOIB núm. 192, de 24 de desembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Decret 8/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El Decret 9/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Decret 56/2023, de 21 de juliol, pel qual es disposa el nomenament d'alts càrrecs de la conselleria, d'Economia, Hisenda i Innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtut de les atribucions que em confereix l'article 88 de la Llei 6/2001, de 11 d'abril, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Autoritzar l'adscripció de la tercera planta de l'immoble situat al carrer Jeroni Antich, 5, de Palma, a la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats perquè s'ubiqui la seu del Consell Escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Establir que l'adscripció atribueix a la conselleria beneficiària les facultats d'ús, gestió i administració vinculades a l'exercici d'una finalitat competencial concreta, sense alterar la titularitat, la qualificació o el règim jurídic dels béns i drets adscrits, així com assumir les despeses de manteniment, conservació i qualsevol altra despesa que dimani de la titularitat i del gaudi del bé o del dret cedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'immoble quedarà compartit per dues conselleries i en virtut del deure d'administració i conservació, hauran d'adoptar o subscriure els acords necessaris relatius al seu ús i manteniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Notificar aquesta Resolució a la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Anotar el contingut d'aquesta Resolució en l'Inventari General de Béns i Drets de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Economia, Hisenda i Innovació en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se notificat i publicat en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015,&amp;nbsp; d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
