En data 15 d'abril de 2023 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolució de la Presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 d'abril de 2023, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2023&nbsp;de les ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques a les Illes Balears.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff"><em>2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la resolució abans esmentada, i de la Resolució de modificació de la Presidenta del Fogaiba, per a l'any 2023, de determinats ajuts comunitaris directes i al desenvolupament rural a l'Agricultura i a la Ramaderia, de data 25 de maig de 2023, publicada en el boib 71 de 30 de maig de 2023, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el 30/6/23, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 1357 sol·licituds d'ajuda.</em></span></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4. En data 7 d'agost de 2023 es notifica, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web </em></em><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>http://www.caib.es,</em></span></em><em><span style="color:#000000"><em>&nbsp;un requeriment de documentació concedint un termini de 10 dies per aportar la documentació sol·licitada, informant que transcorregut aquest termini es donaran per desistides les sol·licituds d'ajuda si no s'ha rebut la documentació.
