&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificar la bse segon de les bases que han de regir el procés de selecció, mitjançant el sistema de concur, per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de funcionàries/ris interines/ins de l'escala d'administració especual, subescala tècnica, arquitectes tècnics (A2), publicades al BOIB 127 de 14 de setembre de 2023, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;en el sentit que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder participar en els processos selectius serà necessari reunir els següents requisits, d'acord amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 56 del text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o la de qualsevol dels Estats Membres de la Unió Europea o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'aquells en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'acompliment de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Només per llei podrà establir-se una altra edat màxima, diferent de l'edat de jubilació forçosa, per&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;a l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans inconstitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;quals exercien en el cas del personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en aquests termes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'accés a l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Posseir el títol d'arquitecte tècnic, graduat en enginyeria d'edificació o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Posseir el certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell B2 expedit per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé de títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents d'acord amb la normativa vigent". &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar al BOIB les bases íntegres rectificades que han de regir la present convocatòria, incorporades com a annex a aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Obrir un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;nou termini de 10 dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;per presentar sol·licituds comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de les bases rectificades en el butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Es tindran per acceptades les sol·licituds presentades des de dia 15 de setembre fins a la data de la publicació de les bases rectificades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grup A. Subgrup A2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell de destí: 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Titulació mínima exigida: arquitectura tècnica&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Jornada: Completa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són funcionaris interins els que, per raons expressament justificades de necessitat i urgència, són nomenats com a tals per a l'acompliment de funcions pròpies de funcionaris de carrera, quan es doni alguna de les següents circumstàncies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'existència de places vacants, quan no sigui possible la seva cobertura per funcionaris de carrera, per un màxim de tres anys, en els termes previstos en l'apartat 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La substitució transitòria dels titulars, durant el temps estrictament necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) L'execució de programes de caràcter temporal, que no podran tenir una durada superior a tres anys, ampliable fins a dotze mesos més per les lleis de Funció Pública que es dictin en desenvolupament d'aquest Estatut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) L'excés o acumulació de tasques per termini màxim de nou mesos, dins d'un període de divuit mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(En el cas d'existència de places vacants -apartat a) de l'art. 10- les Administracions Públiques podran nomenar personal interí en les places vacants que es produeixin en l'exercici pressupostari per jubilació, així com les places de necessària i urgent cobertura que, d'acord amb el que s'estableix en la corresponent Llei de Pressupostos Generals de l'Estat, no computin en la taxa de reposició d'efectius; conforme al que es preveu en la Disposició Addicional 3a de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Condicions que han de reunir les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder participar en els processos selectius serà necessari reunir els següents requisits, d'acord amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 56 del text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o la de qualsevol dels Estats Membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'acompliment de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir, en el seu cas, de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. Només per llei podrà establir-se una&amp;nbsp; altra edat màxima, diferent de l'edat de jubilació forçosa, per a l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans inconstitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les quals exercien en el cas del personal laboral, en el qual hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en aquests termes l'accés a l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Posseir el títol d'arquitecte tècnic, graduat en enginyeria d'edificació o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Posseir el certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell B2 expedit per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé de títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents d'acord amb la normativa vigent".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu i la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits es presentaran directament al Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, a l'Oficina d'Atenció Ciutadana (OAC), al carrer de Sant Bartomeu, núm. 55, telèfon 971 37 30 03, en horari d'atenció al públic, de manera presencial; de forma telemàtica a través de la carpeta ciutadana; o bé per qualsevol altre mitjà previst a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de fer servir l'oficina de Correus o el registre de qualsevol òrgan administratiu que no sigui el de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, s'haurà de remetre una còpia de la instància a través del registre electrònic de la carpeta ciutadana o per correu electrònic a l'adreça rrhh@ajferreries.org dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Sense el compliment d'aquest requisit, les sol·licituds que es registrin a l'Ajuntament fora del termini de presentació no seran admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admès/a i prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones aspirants hauran de manifestar en les seves sol·licituds (Annex 1) que reuneixen tots i cadascun dels requisits en la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria, referides sempre a la data de finalització del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, adjuntant la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Índex dels documents que s'adjunten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document Nacional d'Identitat o Passaport en vigor. En cas de no ser nacional espanyol/a o de qualsevol país de la Unió Europea, és necessari presentar també una fotocòpia del permís de residència vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Títol de Llicenciatura o Grau en Arquitectura o equivalent. En tot cas, l'equivalència o l'homologació de titulacions haurà de ser aportada per l'aspirant, mitjançant certificació expedida a aquest efecte, per l'organisme competent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell certificat B2 expedit per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística de Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé dels títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin per a la fase de concurs, ordenats seguint l'ordre establert al barem de mèrits que consten en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits relatius a l'experiència professional a l'Administració pública s'acreditaran amb del certificat de serveis previs prestats, emès per l'Administració corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per justificar l'experiència laboral s'ha de presentar la vida laboral de la persona aspirant, així com els justificants de contractació (ja siguin còpies compulsades dels contractes, dels certificats de feina o bé de les nòmines). Hi han de restar reflectida la data d'inici i la de la finalització dels contractes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de tenir coneixements de les obligacions que es deriven de la normativa d'incompatibilitats establertes a la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants amb discapacitat hauran de presentar la certificació corresponent que acrediti aquesta circumstància juntament amb l'informe emès on es certifiqui la seva capacitat per al desenvolupament de les funcions i tasques corresponents a la plaça que es convoca, hi haurà de sol·licitar les possibles adaptacions de temps i mitjans per a la realització de l'exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzen de la veracitat dels documents que presentin. Significant que, en cas d'existir dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades, aquest Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar motivadament a l'aspirant que presenti el document original a efectes del seu acarament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació d'una sol·licitud d'admissió al procediment selectiu implicarà l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'Alcaldia o persona en qui delegui dictarà resolució aprovant la llista dels aspirants admesos i exclosos. La relació dels aspirants admesos i exclosos es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la pàgina web municipal, i en ella hi figuraran les inicials de les persones aspirants, el núm. de DNI i, en el seu cas, la causa d'exclusió, concedint-se un termini de tres dies hàbils per a que els interessats puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú i així poder rectificar els errors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'esmentat anunci o mitjançant anunci posterior, degudament publicat, s'indicarà el lloc, data i hora de l'inici dels exercicis, així com la composició de l'òrgan de valoració. Els errors materials o de fet podran ser rectificats o esmenats en qualsevol moment, ja sigui d'ofici o a petició de la part interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algun aspirant no figurés a la llista d'admesos i exclosos, haurà de presentar-se davant l'òrgan de valoració amb la còpia de la sol·licitud segellada per l'oficina receptora per a que sigui admès provisionalment per a la realització del corresponent exercici. Amb aquest fi, l'òrgan de valoració es constituirà en sessió especial, abans de donar inici a la valoració dels mèrits on s'hagin de realitzar-se els mateixos, per a resoldre provisionalment les reclamacions, que mitjançant compareixença, puguin presentar els aspirants que es trobin en les circumstàncies assenyalades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De l'acta corresponent a l'esmentada sessió es donarà compte immediata a l'Alcaldia, que resoldrà sobre l'admissió o exclusió de l'aspirant afectat, comunicant-ho a l'òrgan de valoració pel seu coneixement i efectes, i si procedeix, a la persona afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. Òrgan de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estarà integrat per tres persones d'igual o superior categoria a la dels aspirants, totes integrants de la plantilla municipal o de la d'altres administracions públiques, nomenades amb aquesta finalitat per l'alcalde, que en designarà una per actuar com a president/a, una altra com a secretari/ària i la tercera, com a vocal de l'òrgan de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La seva composició, que haurà de preveure els respectius suplents, es farà pública al mateix temps que la convocatòria del present concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adoptarà les seves decisions per majoria simple. Resoldrà les incidències i reclamacions que es puguin produir i podrà incorporar a les seves deliberacions els assessors que calguin. Podrà convocar els aspirants a una entrevista curricular. Proposarà a l'òrgan competent la llista d'aspirants de la borsa, ordenada segons ordre de puntuació descendent; o, si així ho considera, podrà declarar desert el concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones integrants de l'òrgan de valoració s'hauran d'abstenir d'intervenir, i ho hauran de notificar a l'autoritat convocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes per l'article 28 de la Llei de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, o quan hagin realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives en els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, o quan es trobin en les situacions descrites per l'article 60 de la Llei 7/2007, de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic. Així mateix, les persones aspirants podran recusar les persones que integrin l'òrgan de valoració quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies contemplades en aquest paràgraf.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'actuació de l'òrgan avaluador s'ajustarà a l'establert en aquestes bases i en la legislació vigent que resulti d'aplicació.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena.&amp;nbsp; Fase de concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquesta fase, que en còmput total no podrà superar els 20,00 punts. (Annex 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de valoració avaluarà els següent mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiència professional (màxim 14 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats a qualsevol administració pública en lloc de feina de categoria professional igual o superior a la convocada, en qualitat de personal funcionari de carrera, interí o personal laboral: 0,10 punts per mes complert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de Contractes. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de funcionari eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 20.4 de la Llei de 3 d'abril de 2007, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència professional s'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant certificació de serveis previs, o certificat equivalent, expedit per l'Administració pública corresponent, còpia del contracte de treball, o qualsevol altre mitjà admissible en Dret, on consti la plaça i el lloc de treball exercits o la categoria professional, el període de prestació dels serveis i la vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera o interí o personal laboral). Per a la valoració de les funcions, serà necessari la inclusió en el certificat per al personal funcionari el grup, escala, subescala i/o categoria i per al personal laboral la descripció o indicació de les funcions realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Titulacions acadèmiques (màx. 2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valorarà la titulació acadèmica més alta de les obtingudes per l'aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada titulació acadèmica de diplomatura universitària, enginyeria tècnica o titulació declarada equivalent, distinta de l'acreditada com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada titulació acadèmica de grau universitari distint de l'acreditat com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,60 punts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada titulació universitària d'arquitectura, enginyeria o titulació universitària equivalent, distinta de l'acreditada com a requisit per a prendre part a la convocatòria: 0,70 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada màster oficial i altres estudis de postgrau oficial universitari en matèries relacionades al programa de temes de la convocatòria: 0,20 punts per cada 20 crèdits ECTS, fins a un màxim de 0,60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada títol de doctor en matèries relacionades al programa de temes de la convocatòria: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament (màx. 3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoraran els cursos directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar i realitzats en centres oficials (Administracions públiques, entitats promotores de formació i universitats).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració es farà a raó de 0,005 punts per hora de formació rebuda amb aprofitament o per hora de formació impartida, i a raó de 0,0025 punts per hora de formació rebuda únicament amb assistència. No es tindran en compte els cursos que no especifiquin el número d'hores lectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas tindran la consideració de cursos directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar els cursos realitzats en matèria d'arquitectura, enginyeria, jurídica administrativa, qualitat, igualtat de gènere, prevenció de riscos laborals i seguretat i salut a l'obra i en matèria informàtica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Coneixements de la llengua catalana (màx. 1 punt)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoraran el certificats expedits per l'EBAP, els expedits u homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, els expedits per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes, i també la resta de certificats reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de nivell C1: 0,30 punts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de nivell C2: 0,60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificant de nivell LA: 0,40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà només un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'acumularà a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per a presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa, i una vegada resoltes les al·legacions presentades es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Qualificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de cada un dels aspirants vindrà determinada per la suma de puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs. Una vegada finalitzada la qualificació dels aspirants, l'òrgan qualificador elevarà a l'Alcaldia proposta de nomenament a favor de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut millor puntuació i es publicarà còpia de l'acta al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat entre dos o més aspirants, aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que hagi obtingut major puntuació en la base 6.1 (experiència professional), i de mantenir-se aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti una major puntuació en l'apartat de formació&amp;nbsp; i de mantenir-se aquest es resoldrà a favor de l'aspirant que acrediti una major puntuació en l'apartat de llengua catalana, i en última opció es resoldrà l'empat per sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Relació de la llista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de valoració procedirà a confeccionar la llista dels aspirants, ordenats de major a menor puntuació, que serà aprovada per decret d'Alcaldia i publicada a la pàgina web municipal, a la seu electrònica i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Funcionament de la borsa d'ocupació, nomenament i presa de possessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan hi hagi necessitat de cobrir interinament una plaça vacant, s'hagi de fer una substitució o s'hagi de cobrir un interinatge per raó d'excés o acumulació de feines, o bé per l'execució de programes de caràcter temporal, els aspirants seleccionats es cridaran d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Des de l'Ajuntament s'intentarà contactar amb la persona candidata, telefònicament un màxim de 3 vegades i, posteriorment, per mitjà de la tramesa d'un correu electrònic, que s'haurà de respondre en el termini improrrogable de 24 hores.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon als aspirants l'obligació de facilitar i actualitzar en tot moment el número de contacte telefònic i l'adreça de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas de no poder-hi contactar, el/la candidat/a passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i es podrà cridar la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si la persona aspirant proposada no acceptés la proposta de contracte, passarà automàticament a ocupar el darrer lloc de la borsa de treball i es podrà contractar la persona que ocupi el lloc immediatament següent de la llista, i així successivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No obstant l'exposat anteriorment, la persona candidata mantindrà la seva posició en la borsa de treball i restarà en situació de suspensió provisional en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Trobar-se en situació de permís de maternitat o paternitat, adopció o acolliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per haver estat sotmès/esa a hospitalització o a una intervenció quirúrgica que li impedeixi acceptar l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En cas que la persona candidata estigui treballant, com assessor jurídic, i ho acrediti per mitjà de la documentació corresponent (contracte, nòmines...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests casos s'han de justificar-se documentalment en el termini de 10 dies naturals a partir de l'endemà de produir-se aquestes situacions. Si no es justifiqués dins aquest termini, passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Quan acabi un contracte de treball, la persona candidata tornarà a ocupar el lloc de prelació que tenia dins la borsa de feina abans de l'inici&amp;nbsp;del contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones que no vulguin continuar formant part de la borsa de feina podran sol·licitar que se'ls doni de baixa per qualsevol dels mitjans que s'indiquen en la base 4; és a dir, els que es preveuen per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que siguin cridades han de presentar a l'Àrea de Recursos Humans d'aquest Ajuntament els documents que acreditin els requisits que es demanen en aquesta convocatòria. Tret de casos de força major que s'hagin justificat de la manera deguda, si l'aspirant proposat no presentés els documents acreditatius de les condicions exigides no podrà ser contractat, i quedaran anul·lades totes les seves actuacions, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagués pogut incórrer per falsedat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'exercici de la seva relació laboral, s'aplicarà als treballadors la normativa vigent sobre el règim d'incompatibilitats del sector públic, així com la resta de normativa vigent que és d'aplicació al personal funcionari. En compliment del règim d'incompatibilitats que aplicable, l'aspirant, abans d'incorporar-se al servei de la corporació, haurà d'efectuar una declaració d'activitats, per tal que –si escau– la corporació n'acordi la declaració de compatibilitat d'acord amb la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Resolució de nomenament serà adoptada per l'Alcaldia en la seva condició de prefectura directa del personal, i es publicarà a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicat el nomenament, s'haurà de procedir a la presa de possessió pel nomenat dins del termini de tres dies hàbils a partir d'aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena. Vigència Borsa de Treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Borsa extraordinària de treball que es constituirà arrel de les presents bases, per a poder ser nomenats funcionaris/es interins/es de l'escala d'administració general,&amp;nbsp; subescala tècnica, arquitectes tècnic, de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries tindrà una vigència màxima de dos anys prorrogable a un any més.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas ha d'entendre's que la constitució d'una nova borsa d'ocupació substitueix a l'anterior, donant lloc a la seva caducitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzena. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de valoració queda autoritzat per a resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i prendre els acords necessaris i precisos pel bon ordre del procés selectiu, en tots aquells assumptes que no es recullin a les presentes bases, sempre amb estricta observança de la normativa vigent aplicable en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria i les seves bases, tots els actes que es derivin del procés selectiu i les actuacions de l'òrgan de valoració podran ser impugnats per les persones interessades en els terminis i formes establerts per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
