    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment del disposat a l'article 44.2 del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, es publica en el BOIB el següent Decret de data &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;25 d'agost&lt;/span&gt; de 2023, firmat pel batle, Sr. Juan Antonio Amengual Guasp:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mitjançant Resolucions de data 19 de juny actual, aquesta Batlia com a primera actuació d'organització política municipal, va nomenar membres de la Junta de Govern Local i Tinents de Batle als membres d'aquesta Corporació Sra. Esperanza Catalá Ribó, Sra. Isabel Bonet Saum, Sr. Manuel Mas Sánchez, Sr. Jaime Bujosa Arbona, Sr. Juan Thomás Quetglas, Sra. Elisa Monserrat Mayol, Sra. Juana María Prats Vidal i Sr. Javier Tascón Piña, amb indicació dels càrrecs a ostentar per cadascun d'ells i es va realitzar una primera assignació de funcions i delegació d'atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb posterioridad p&lt;/span&gt;er Resolució de Batlia de data 18 de juliol es va realitzar una modificació d'assignació de funcions i delegació d'atribucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstant u&lt;/span&gt;na vegada signades les dues resolucions s'ha observat que per una millor identificació de les diferents àrees gestionades per la segona i la setena tinentes de batle és necessari rectificar els dos decrets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per això, mitjançant aquest decret,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;DISPÒS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Es modifica la resolució de batlia de data 19 de juny de 2023 per la qual es nomenen els tinents de batle, en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Segon.- Nomenar Tinents de batle, segons ordre de substitució d'aquesta Batlia que s'indica, els següents membres de la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segona Tinenta de Batle: Sra. Isabel Bonet Saum, que ostentarà el càrrec de Tinenta de Batle delegada de de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Segon.- Nomenar Tinents de batle, segons ordre de substitució d'aquesta Batlia que s'indica, els següents membres de la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Isabel Bonet Saum, que ostentarà el càrrec de Tinenta de Batle delegada de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació, &lt;strong&gt;transparència&lt;/strong&gt; i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Juana María Prats Vidal, que ostentarà el càrrec de Tinenta de Batle delegada de Transparència, Serveis Socials i Família, Tercera Edat i Cementeris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon.- Nomenar Tinents de batle, segons ordre de substitució d'aquesta Batlia que s'indica, els següents membres de la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Setena Tinenta de Batle: Sra. Juana María Prats Vidal, que ostentarà el càrrec de Tinenta de Batle delegada de &lt;em&gt;Serveis Socials i Família i Gent gran&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- &lt;/strong&gt;Es modifica el punt primer de la resolució de batlia de data 18 de juliol de 2023 er la qual s'otorguen les delegacions genèriques de batlia, en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. De conformitat amb el que s'estableix en els articles 23.4 de la vigent Llei Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i en l'art. 43 i següents del Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, queden atorgades delegacions genèriques:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;II. En la Sra. Isabel Bonet Saum, Tinenta de Batle delegada de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació, Innovació, Qualitat i Coordinació municipal:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Àmbits: Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació, Innovació, Qualitat i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Facultats que es deleguen: La direcció i impulsió de la política municipal en totes les matèries relacionades amb l'àmbit de la delegació, incloent, amb els assessoraments tècnics necessaris, la formulació de propostes de resolució de qualsevol tipus d'expedients d'aquests àmbits que hagin de resoldre altres òrgans col·legiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Condicions específiques: les competències atribuïdes en el punt 1 anterior inclouen la potestat d'adopció d'actes administratius que afectin tercers, fins i tot la resolució de recursos de reposició contra els actes que ella hagi dictat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Queden sota la dependència directa de la Tinenta de Batle de Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació, Innovació i Qualitat i Coordinació municipal les següents dependències municipals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Portaveu de l'equip de govern&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Coordinació municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informàtica i noves tecnologies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Informàtica municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Serveis tecnològics municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comunicacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Organització i qualitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Innovació en l'administració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serveis de personal i recursos humans: gestió de plantilles, relacions de llocs de treball, nòmines, relacions laborals, formació, prevenció de riscos laborals, medicina d'empresa, adscripcions de personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei d'atenció a la ciutadania (personal, telefònica o electrònica)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La gestió del padró municipal d'habitants i censos de població&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serveis jurídics&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Arxiu / Inventari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resta no encomanades expressament a altres delegats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Àmbits: Serveis Generals, Informàtica, Comunicació, Innovació, Qualitat i Coordinació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. 	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informàtica i noves tecnologies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Informàtica municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Efectuar les convocatòries derivades de l'oferta d'ocupació i nomenar funcionaris o personal laboral, a proposta del tribunal, als qui superin les corresponents proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Contractar el personal laboral de la Corporació, i assignar-li els diferents llocs de caràcter laboral prevists en les relacions aprovades, d'acord amb la legislació laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La declaració de situacions administratives i l'atorgament de permisos, ajudes assistencials i llicències, així com la jubilació de tot el personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La resolució de les peticions d'accés a informació formulades pels regidors a l'empara dels articles 77 de la LRBRL i 14 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La direcció dels serveis de Noves tecnologies, que inclouen la direcció dels serveis d'Informàtica, Comunicacions i infraestructures existents o que puguin crear-se en aquest àmbit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La direcció dels serveis d'organització i qualitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
