&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assumpte: modificació de la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de juliol de 2023; i aprovació del text refós de les diferents resolucions de delegació de competències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, mitjançant la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 339, de dia 21 de juny de 2023, es va resoldre estructurar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament en tres àrees, en virtut del que s'estableix en la Disposició addicional quarta de l'RD 2568/1986, i delegar el coneixement previ, la preparació dels acords, i la resolució dels assumptes que s'especifiquen en els regidors i regidores, en compliment del que s'estableix a l'article 23 de la Llei 7/1985 i el Reglament orgànic municipal (articles 90 i 91, amb relació al 38);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, per Resolució d'Alcaldia número 383, de dia 3 de juliol de 2023, es va fer una modificació de la delegació de competències entre diferents regidors, atesa la renúncia del càrrec de regidor del senyor Marc Marquès Llufriu, i l'Alcaldia es va reservar les competències següents, que també tenia delegades en diferents regidors:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Neteja de la via pública i recollida de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualtat i Cooperació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Educació i Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidència del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidència de la Fundació Ciutadella Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, una vegada la senyora Estefanía Quintana Martínez va prendre possessió del càrrec de regidora en el Ple de dia 20 de juliol de 2023; es va fer la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de juliol de 2023 per a delegar-li competències; i vist que es fa necessari fer uns canvis a la resolució esmentada pel que fa a la delegació de matèria d'energies renovables i pel que fa a la presidència del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, d'acord amb les facultats que confereix a aquesta alcaldia la legislació vigent en matèria de règim local; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local; el Reial decret legislatiu 781/86, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local; i el Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i l'article 25 de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 414, de dia 21 de juliol de 2023, de delegació de competències, en el sentit que tota referència al llarg de la Resolució envers les competències en matèria d'energies renovables que apareguin vinculades en la senyora Estefanía Quintana Martínez s'han d'entendre delegades en el senyor Daniel Óscar Marqués Papurello, segons la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 383 de dia 3 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Especificar que es delega la presidència del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS a la regidora senyora ESTEFANÍA QUINTANA MARTÍNEZ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Refondre la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 339, de dia 21 de juny de 2023; la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 383, de dia 3 de juliol de 2023; i la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de juliol de 2023, amb la present resolució, de manera que el text íntegre de les delegacions, l'estructuració de les àrees organitzatives i els seus serveis siguin els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estructurar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament en tres àrees, en virtut del que s'estableix en la Disposició addicional quarta de l'RD 2568/1986, i delegar el coneixement previ, la preparació dels acords i la resolució dels assumptes que s'especifiquen en els regidors i les regidores següents, en compliment del que s'estableix a l'article 23 de la Llei 7/1985 i el Reglament orgànic municipal (articles 90 i 91, amb relació al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. SERVEIS CENTRALS I ORGANITZACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.1. Servei de Protocol (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.2. Serveis Jurídics: Contractació, Arxiu Administratiu i Serveis Generals (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.3. Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, OAC (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.4. Serveis Econòmics: Hisenda i Gestió Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicació (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a POLICIA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓ CIVIL I CIRCULACIÓ (SENYALÍSTICA, GUALS, TARGETES VERDES I ZONA BLAVA, PARQUÍMETRES, MULTES DE TRÀNSIT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. SERVEI D'ATENCIÓ EN MATÈRIA DE CONSUM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest servei inclou les tasques lligades a Consum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; MARÍA ÁNGELES TORRES RIBOT,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a CONSUM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4.
