    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acord del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en sessió ordinària de data 4 d'agost de 2023, es va aprovar per unanimitat la següent proposta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la reunió ordinària de data 14 d'abril de 2023, del Consell Executiu del Consell &amp;nbsp;Insular d'Eivissa, prèvia fiscalització favorable, es va aprovar la proposta del vicepresident 2n i conseller executiu del Departament d'innovació,.Transparència, Participació i Transports, per a l'aprovació de la convocatòria i les bases que regulen la concessió d'ajuts corresponents a l'any 2023 del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per la realització dels cursos per a l'obtenció del certificat d'aptitud professional acreditatiu de la qualificació inicial, ampliació, o renovació, dels conductors residents a Eivissa, de determinats vehicles destinats al transport per carretera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 20 d'abril de 2023, les bases van ser publicades al BOIB núm. 50.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord a l'article 19 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, la comissió avaluadora es l'òrgan col·legiat al que correspon examinar les sol·licituds presentades i emetre un informe que ha de servir de base per l'elaboració de la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el mateix precepte es determina que en els procediments de concurs, sempre que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'import total dels fons públics previstos en la convocatòria sigui superior a 50.000 euros s'haurà de constituir una comissió avaluadora que estarà integrada per un president, un secretari i un número de vocals no inferior a tres, que compleixin amb els criteris de competència professional i d'experiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord a la base tercera de la Convocatòria, l'import econòmic màxim d'aquesta és de TRES-CENTS QUINZE MIL EUROS (315.00,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, l'art. 28.1 lletra m, d'atribucions del consell executiu, de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de 2022, estableix que es atribució del Consell Executiu aprovar les convocatòries d'ajuts o subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donat que el punt 2.2 de la base novena de les dites bases recull la composició de la comissió avaluadora i que aquesta figura integrada per càrrecs genèrics, i concretament els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 La comissió d'avaluació estarà integrada per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la necessitat d'anomenar les persones que formaran part de la Comissió&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Avaluadora&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;per tal de continuar la tramitació&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de les sol·licituds presentades per a les ajudes convocades d'acord amb les bases ja publicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe proposta favorable del cap de servei de Transports de data 01/08/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sobre la base de tot l'anterior, en virtut de les competències conferides per l'art. 33 d'atribucions dels consellers executius, de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de 2022, de consells insulars i per l'art. 72 del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, del 18 de setembre de 2010), i tot conforme a allò que disposa el Decret de Presidència núm.2023000467 de data 28/06/2023, d'estructura del Govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de Departaments (BOIB núm. 88, de 29/06/2023), i el Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000472, de data 28/06/2023, de nomenament de les persones membres del Consell Executiu i de les vicepresidències del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 88, de 29/06/2023), el conseller que subscriu, eleva al Consell Executiu la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
