&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB), estableix en l'article 15 la competència per ordenar la inserció d'edictes en el BOIB i, en el punt 4, especifica que les institucions o ens públics no esmentats en els tres primers punts han d'acreditar els òrgans i les persones que, d'acord amb la seva normativa específica, estan facultats per ordenar o sol·licitar la inserció de textos en el BOIB. Si no hi ha acreditació específica, s'ha d'entendre que correspon a qui exerceixi la representació de l'òrgan, l'ens o la institució que emana el text.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, d'acord amb l'article 27 dels estatuts de la Fundació, el director gerent de la Fundació és la persona competent per desenvolupar la política de personal aprovada pel Patronat i, amb aquesta finalitat, seleccionar el personal, subscriure o rescindir els contractes, executar els acords del Patronat en matèria de retribucions, acordar les sancions, exercir la direcció superior del personal al servei de la Fundació i mantenir les relacions amb els òrgans de representació de personal, a més de totes aquelles actuacions que en aquesta matèria li siguin encomanades, sense perjudici de les funcions que corresponen al president. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Fundació té encomanades, entre d'altres, les funcions de gestionar mitjans i recursos al servei d'execució de programes d'investigació clínica, bàsica i aplicada, el desenvolupament tecnològic i la innovació en el camp de la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder dur a terme aquestes funcions, la Fundació necessita efectuar la incorporació de personal investigador postdoctoral per al programa FOLIUM del projecte «CONSCIENCIA IdISBa: consolidar la ciència IdISBa», convocatòria finançada pel pla anual 2022 de l'Impost de Turisme Sostenible (ITS2023-057).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El projecte «CONSCIENCIA IdISBa: consolidar la ciència IdISBa» té com a objectiu establir programes de captació de talent investigador que impulsin la contractació a la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears (IdISBa), en règim de concurrència competitiva, de personal investigador i de suport a la investigació que puguin contribuir a la inversió, investigació i innovació en la producció de resultats en salut a la Fundació IdISBa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 23.2 de la Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableix els criteris que han de seguir els ens públics de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma en la contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els articles 17 i 18 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposen que s'han d'aplicar els principis d'igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat en les contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La introducció del contracte indefinit d'activitats científico-tècniques per mitjà del Reial decret llei 8/2022, de 5 d'abril, convalidat per la Llei 17/2022, de 5 de setembre, de reforma de la llei de la ciència, té entre els seus objectius millorar l'estabilitat laboral del personal investigador, tècnic o de gestió de projectes d'investigació i és la modalitat que proposam per a la contractació del personal que resulti adjudicatari d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Encara que l'article 20.1 de la llei de la ciència recull de manera expressa una remissió general per a totes les modalitats de contracte de treball del personal investigador, en la qual s'inclou el contracte d'activitats científico-tècniques (ET i les seves normes de desenvolupament, convenis col·lectius aplicables, i en el seu cas l'EBEP), hem de considerar que la norma específica que s'ha d'aplicar és l'article 23 bis, i l'altra normativa referenciada actuarà com a norma supletòria d'aplicació en cada cas. Així, l'IdISBa proposa per al personal investigador que resulti adjudicatari la formalització d'un contracte d'activitats científico-tècniques, el qual regula l'article 23 bis de la llei de la ciència, l'objecte del qual és «la realització d'activitats vinculades a línies d'investigació o de serveis científico-tècnics, incloent-hi la gestió científico-tècnica d'aquestes línies que es defineixen com a un conjunt de coneixements, inquietuds, productes i projectes construïts de manera sistemàtica entorn d'un eix temàtic on conflueixin activitats fetes per un o més grups d'investigació, i requerirà el seu desenvolupament seguint les pautes metodològiques adequades en forma de projectes d'R+D+i.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat segon B de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de febrer de 2007, de modificació de l'àmbit d'aplicació i de determinació de l'abast de control del punt 5 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 de desembre de 1995, preveu la comptabilitat i la rendició de comptes de les empreses públiques de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, pel que fa a la selecció de personal dels ens públics de la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, i en l'exercici de les competències que m'atribueix l'article 28.1 i dels estatuts fundacionals vigents,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés per a la contractació d'un investigador o una investigadora postdoctoral per al programa FOLIUM del projecte «CONSCIENCIA IdISBa: consolidar la ciència IdISBa», de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears per a la línia d'investigació «Desenvolupament de biomaterials i teràpies avançades per a aplicacions en medicina regenerativa» amb els requisits, les característiques i els criteris de selecció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Requisits de la plaça&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haver obtingut el títol de doctor o doctora en Ciències de la Salut, Ciències de la Vida o Ciència i Tecnologia dels Materials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar del certificat d'experiència professional signat per la persona responsable de l'entitat on s'han presentat els serveis amb especificació del temps d'experiència en els diferents àmbits que es valoren en aquesta convocatòria. En cas de no ser possible, s'ha de presentar contracte o vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, o una altra nacionalitat en els casos en què l'article 57 del Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (TREBEP) es permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir complerts setze anys i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat o separada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap entitat del sector públic, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni estar en estat d'inhabilitació de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no estar en estat d'inhabilitació o en situació equivalent, ni haver rebut sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posseir la titulació i la documentació exigida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emplenar la sol·licitud (annex 2 de la convocatòria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emplenar el formulari d'autoavaluació (annex 3 de la convocatòria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els CVA o CV de les persones que no compleixin amb els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Funcions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desenvolupament de programes d'investigació propis de la seva àrea, incorporant-se a grups d'investigació de l'IdISBa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Potenciació de les línies d'investigació existents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realització i fomentació de publicacions d'impacte nacional i internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obtenció de projectes competitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Generació i transferència de coneixements amb impacte en la salut de la població i al sistema sanitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es poden presentar al registre físic de la Fundació Institut d'Investigació Sanitària Illes Balears o mitjançant el correu electrònic&lt;sup&gt;(1)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Unitat de Recursos Humans: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;idisba.convocatorias@ssib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. S'ha d'indicar el codi d'expedient «FOLIUM-MEDICINA2023» a l'assumpte del correu electrònic. Les sol·licituds presentades per qualsevol altre mitjà, adreça electrònica o format no es consideraran com a presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de recepció de sol·licituds serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de l'endemà de la data de publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants hauran de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud la documentació acreditativa dels requisits i dels mèrits que al·leguin en la forma que estableixen aquestes bases. No es podrà valorar cap mèrit que no s'hagi acreditat amb l'aportació de la documentació corresponent dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;(1)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/sup&gt;Els documents adjunts al correu electrònic han d'estar en format PDF i comprimits a un únic ZIP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds i de la documentació relativa als requisits per participar en el procediment de selecció, es publicarà una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprova la llista provisional de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, amb la indicació de les causes d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a partir de l'endemà a la publicació de la resolució provisional de cada etapa selectiva, per esmenar els defectes o adjuntar la documentació que sigui preceptiva. En cas de no esmenar o adjuntar la documentació indicada, s'entendrà que desisteixen en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini indicat en el paràgraf anterior, es dictarà una resolució mitjançant la qual s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Casos d'exclusió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini o no reunir els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Existeix a l'IdISBa una reserva del 7 % dels llocs de treball per a persones amb discapacitat, segons el Reial decret llei&amp;nbsp; 5/2015 del TREBEP. No obstant això, aquesta plaça no està reservada per a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Experiència professional: mitjançant certificat signat per la persona responsable de l'entitat on s'han presentat els serveis amb especificació del temps d'experiència en els diferents àmbits que es valoren en aquesta convocatòria. En cas de no ser possible, s'ha de presentar contracte o vida laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Presentació d'un CVA de màxim 4 pàgines. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Certificat o contracte laboral de la institució científica receptora de les estades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Còpia dels certificats o diplomes acreditatius de premis, mencions i distincions, participació en patents i altres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Còpia de certificat de coneixements orals i escrits d'idiomes: mitjançant certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent (EOI, Conselleria, UIB o altres universitats o centres d'acreditació de reconegut prestigi). En cas de candidats estrangers que tinguin l'anglès com a primera llengua, aquests han de presentar certificats de l'entitat on s'hagin graduat dels estudis bàsics.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
