Decret de batlia núm. 15.177 de 18 d' agost de 2023, ha resolt el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Convocar concurs oposició pel sistema de promoció externa per cobrir 2 places de la categoria de Major de la Policia Local de Palma, vacants a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament, pertanyents a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis especials, Escala tècnica de la policia local, Grup A, Subgrup A1, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a l'oferta pública d'ocupació corresponent a l'exercici 2021 i 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Aprovar les bases específiques que regiran aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- El termini de presentació d'instàncies serà de vint dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), prèvia publicació íntegra en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- Les instàncies s'hauran de dirigir al Molt Honorable Senyor Batle en la forma establerta en la base tercera de les bases generals que regeixen aquesta convocatòria que es varen publicar al BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de setembre de 2019,&amp;nbsp; així com en base setena de les bases especifiques que s'aproven amb aquest decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.- No es podrà declarar superat el procés selectiu a un número d'aspirants superior al de la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER COBRIR COM A PERSONAL FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA DUES PLACES VACANTS DE LA CATEGORIA DE MAJOR DE LA POLICIA LOCAL DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE PALMA PER PROMOCIÓ EXTERNA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJECTE, CARACTERÍSTIQUES I PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és seleccionar com a personal funcionari de carrera, 2 places de la categoria de major de policia local, vacants i dotades pressupostàriament, corresponents a l'Oferta Pública d'ocupació corresponent a l'exercici 2021 i 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ: concurs-oposició pel sistema de promoció externa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquest procés selectiu es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en aquestes bases específiques i en allò no previst, per les bases generals que han de regir les convocatòries de proves selectives per cobrir places vacants de la plantilla de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Palma, publicades en el BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de setembre de 2019, per la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, modificada per la Llei 11/2017, de 20 de desembre; pel Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; pel Decret llei 6/2021 de 9 de juliol, de modificació de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears; pel Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears, pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic; per la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, per l'Ordre PCI/154/2019, de 19 de febrer, per la qual es publica l'Acord del Consell de Ministres de 30 de novembre de 2018, pel qual s'aproven instruccions per a actualitzar les convocatòries de proves selectives de personal funcionari, estatutari i laboral, civil i militar, en ordre a eliminar certes causes mèdiques d'exclusió en l'accés a l'ocupació pública i per la resta de normativa que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, seran d'aplicació supletòria, quan no contradiguin el disposat en la normativa esmentada en el paràgraf anterior, aquells preceptes recollits en l'Acord de Junta de Govern de 18 de novembre de 2014, mitjançant el que s'aprovaren les directrius sobre la constitució i el funcionament dels tribunals de selecció de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. CATEGORIA I COMPOSICIÓ DEL TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.- CATEGORIA DEL TRIBUNAL:&lt;/strong&gt; Als efectes prevists en el Reial Decret 462/2002, de 24 de maig, relatiu a indemnitzacions per raó de servei, el Tribunal queda classificat en la categoria de primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2.- PRINCIPIS GENERALS I COMPOSICIÓ DEL TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'òrgan de selecció és col·legiat i la composició s'ajustarà als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i es procurarà, així mateix, el principi de representació equilibrada de dones i homes, excepte per raons fundades i objectivament motivades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La composició del tribunal serà predominantment tècnica; tots els seus membres han de tenir titulació igual o superior a les exigides per a l'accés a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;La pertinència als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual; no es podrà exercir aquesta representació per compte aliena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública de l'Ajuntament de Palma ha de nomenar els membres del tribunal i els seus suplents, que s'han de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis de la web d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per cinc membres i el mateix nombre de suplents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President/a: designat/da per l'Ajuntament entre el personal funcionari de carrera d'experiència reconeguda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals: un vocal proposat per la Direcció General competent en matèria de coordinació de les policies locals, un altre proposat per l'Escola Balear de Administració Pública i un altre designat per l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretari/ària: designat/da per l'Ajuntament, amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;El tribunal podrà acordar la incorporació en les tasques de personal assessor o especialista en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu, però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals per efectuar funcions de vigilància del desenvolupament del procés selectiu. Les persones representants sindicals que participen en el procediment selectiu han de pertànyer a organitzacions sindicals que tinguin la consideració de més representatives i que compten amb més del 10% de representants en l'Ajuntament de Palma, amb un màxim d'un representant per cada sindicat amb el límit de quatre membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Abstenció i recusació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal hauran d'abstenir-se d'intervenir, i així ho notificaran a l'autoritat convocant, quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23.2 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, o si han realitzat tasques de preparació de persones aspirants a proves selectives d'accés a les places de què es tracta en els cinc anys abans a la publicació de la convocatòria. Així mateix, les persones aspirants podran recusar als membres del tribunal quan es doni alguna de les circumstàncies esmentades en el paràgraf anterior, d'acord amb el que es preveu a l'article 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&amp;nbsp;Constitució i actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no pot constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, ni sense president/a ni secretari/ària. Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal continuarà constituït fins que es resolguin les reclamacions plantejades o els dubtes que es puguin suscitar en el procés selectiu i en tot cas, fins que es faci la valoració final de la fase de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal estaran facultats per resoldre les qüestions que puguin presentar-se durant la realització de les proves, per a adoptar els acords necessaris que assegurin el degut ordre en aquestes, en tot el no previst en les bases de la convocatòria, i per a l'adequada interpretació de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal adoptarà els seus acords per majoria dels membres presents en cada sessió. En cas d'empat, es repetirà la votació fins a una tercera vegada, en la que, si persisteix l'empat, el dirimirà el president amb el seu vot. Per a les votacions es seguirà l'ordre establert en el decret de nomenament dels membres del tribunal, votant en darrer lloc, el president.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal adoptarà les mesures oportunes per garantir, sempre que sigui possible, que tots els exercicis de l'oposició es corregeixen sense conèixer la identitat de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la secretari/ària del Tribunal aixecarà acta de totes les seves sessions, tant de constitució com de celebració d'exercicis, com de la correcció i avaluació d'aquests, així com de la deliberació dels assumptes de la seva competència, on es farà constar també les qualificacions dels exercicis, les incidències i votacions que es produeixin. Les actes hauran de ser aprovades i subscrites per totes les persones que hagin participat, tant pels membres del tribunal com pel personal assessor. Les actes numerades i rubricades constituiran l'expedient, que reflectirà el procediment selectiu dut a terme. Una vegada finalitzat el procés selectiu, el/la secretari/ària del tribunal remetrà al departament de Recursos Humans l'expedient, degudament ordenat i foliat, juntament amb tota la documentació de les proves realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Les persones aspirants hauran de reunir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tenir divuit anys complerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Estar en possessió del títol universitari de grau o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Tenir la condició de personal funcionari de carrera en algun dels cossos de policia local de les Illes Balears i l'antiguitat que s'especifica a continuació, en la categoria d'origen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inspector/a de la Policia Local de Palma: 2 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Subinspector/a de la Policia Local de Palma: 4 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Inspector/a d'un cos de policia local de les Illes Balears, diferent de l'Ajuntament de Palma: 4 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, als aspirants els haurà de faltar més de 3 anys per passar a situació de segona activitat per raó d'edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. No haver estat separat del servei de l'administració local, autonòmica o estatal ni estar inhabilitat per a l'exercici de la funció pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. No tenir antecedents penals per delictes dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Posseir els permisos de conduir A2 i B en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Compromís mitjançant declaració expressa de dur armes i en el seu cas, utilitzar-les.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Tenir el nivell B2 de coneixements de llengua catalana, de conformitat amb&amp;nbsp; l'establert en l‘article 3.b) del Decret 11/2017. Els certificats seran els expedits per l'Escola Balear de Administració Pública, o els expedits o homologats per la Conselleria competent en matèria de política lingüística, o els reconeguts segons l'Ordre del Conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 per la que es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;10. No patir cap malaltia o defecte físic o psicofísic que impedeixi o minvi el desenvolupament correcte de les funcions. A aquest efecte s'ha de presentar un certificat mèdic que acrediti l'aptitud per desenvolupar les funcions pròpies de la categoria a la qual s'accedeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Amb caràcter previ a la presa de possessió, les persones interessades han de manifestar que no exerceixen cap lloc o activitat en el sector públic dels que delimita la Llei 53/84, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, i que no reben pensió de jubilació, retir u orfandat. Si realitzen alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho hauran de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals comptats a partir del dia de la presa de possessió, perquè la Corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Les persones aspirants han de reunir els requisits establerts en aquestes bases a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-los durant tot el procés selectiu. En aquest sentit, es poden efectuar les comprovacions oportunes durant tot el procés. En cas de què, una vegada que s'hagi prendre possessió de la vacant, es donassin una o vàries causes d'exclusió es podrà revocar el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els drets d'examen seran de 26.52 euros que les persones interessades hauran d'abonar dins del termini d'admissió d'instàncies (Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la Taxa per optar a proves de selecció de personal), mitjançant el document d'autoliquidació que les Oficines d'Atenció a la Ciutadania (OAC) els entregaran en presentar la sol·licitud d'admissió a la convocatòria. També es poden abonar per gir postal a les oficines de correus o amb targeta financera a la mateixa OAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament dels drets d'examen no suposa en cap cas el tràmit de presentació de la sol·licitud a l'Administració dins del termini establert. No procedeix la devolució de l'import íntegre satisfet en concepte de taxa per drets d'examen, en els supòsits d'exclusió de les proves selectives per causes imputables a les persones interessades. No obstant això, es tornarà la taxa quan, per causes no imputables al subjecte passiu, l'activitat tècnica i/o administrativa que constitueix el fet imposable de la taxa no es realitzi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. ANUNCIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els anuncis successius relatius al procés de selecció es publicaren únicament en la web municipal &amp;lt;www.palma.cat&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS I DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants a les proves selectives hauran d'emplenar l'imprès establert per l'Ajuntament de Palma, que se'ls facilitarà a les Oficines d'Atenció a la Ciutadania d'aquest Ajuntament. Així mateix, l'esmentat imprès podrà obtenir-se a través d'Internet consultant la pàgina web &amp;lt;www.palma.cat&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds s'han de dirigir al Batle i es podran presentar a qualsevol de les Oficines d'Atenció a la Ciutadania de l'Ajuntament de Palma o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a l'art. 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, dins el termini de vint dies hàbils comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de l'anunci de l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria, en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat (BOE), prèvia publicació íntegra en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Presentació de requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més de les dades de caràcter personal i professional que han de constar en la sol·licitud, les persones interessades han d'adjuntar la documentació que s'indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fotocòpia compulsada de la titulació exigida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaració responsable de que la persona aspirant compleix els requisits exigits a les bases, referits sempre a la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per presentar les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fotocòpia compulsada del certificat del nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana expedit per l'òrgan competent en matèria de política lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears, o bé dels títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Resguard justificatiu d'haver ingressat íntegrament els drets de examen. La falta de justificació del pagament íntegre dels drets d'examen, en el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, determinarà l'exclusió definitiva de la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La documentació que han d'aportar les persones aspirants per acreditar el compliment dels requisits exigits en la convocatòria ha de ser mitjançant l'original o la fotocopia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessaris per a prendre part en la convocatòria i per la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de Protecció de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili i telèfon que figuren en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a efectes de notificacions, essent responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates, tant&amp;nbsp; les errades descriptives, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. ADMISSIÓ DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils, a comptar des de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'autoritat convocant o la que tingui la delegació, dictarà resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta relació es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic d'edictes i anuncis de la pàgina web &amp;lt;www.palma.cat&amp;gt; d'aquest Ajuntament, amb expressió del nom de les persones aspirants admeses i excloses i en el seu cas, de la causa de la no admissió. La corresponent resolució indicarà el lloc, la data i l'hora d'inici del procés selectiu. Als efectes d'allò establert en la present convocatòria, s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a la persona aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La realització del pagament de la taxa fora del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falta de compliment de qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altre que resulti de la normativa aplicable o de lo previst en les bases específiques de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb el fi d'evitar errades i si es produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no sols que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses, sinó que a més, els seus noms consten en la relació pertinent de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per esmenar el possible defecte, adjuntar els documents que siguin preceptius, o presentar reclamacions, es disposarà d'un termini de deu dies hàbils, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la resolució indicada en la web municipal. Les persones sol·licitants que dins del termini assenyalat no esmenin els defectes justificant el seu dret a ser admeses, seran definitivament excloses del procés selectiu. Si no es presenten esmenes, es considerarà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, i no serà necessari tornar-la a publicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenten reclamacions, seran acceptades o rebutjades mitjançant la resolució que aprovi la llista definitiva dins del termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils, que es publicarà, així mateix, en la web municipal. Aquesta darrera publicació servirà de notificació a efectes d'impugnacions i recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les errades de fet poden ser esmenades en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de constar en la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement de què es compleixen els requisits dels interessats per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu han de presentar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals i específics que s'indiquen en l'apartat 4 d'aquesta convocatòria, amb caràcter previ al seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. PROCÉS SELECTIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procés selectiu es realitza pel sistema de concurs- oposició, seguit d'un període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició del procés selectiu, que constituirà un 60% de la puntuació total del procés selectiu, consistirà en la superació de les següents quatre proves, que es realitzaran amb l'ordre establert a les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n. Prova de desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r. Cas pràctic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4t. Prova d'aptitud psicotècnica i de personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les proves de l'oposició són de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. És necessari superar la prova anterior per a poder passar a la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre d'actuació de les persones aspirants vindrà determinat alfabèticament pels llinatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada exercici mitjançant el sistema de crida única i seran excloses de les proves selectives aquelles persones que no hi compareguin, manco els casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.1. Prova de coneixements tipus test&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova consta de 2 exercicis que es poden realitzar en una sola sessió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r exercici. Consisteix en respondre per escrit les preguntes d'un qüestionari de 100 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals solament una és correcta; serà proposat pel tribunal qualificador i es designarà per sorteig públic entre 3 alternatives diferents, que estaran relacionades amb els 50 temes que figuren en l'annex I de la convocatòria. La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i s'ha d'obtenir un mínim de 10 punts per superar-la. La durada màxima de la prova serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia o que presenti més d'una resposta es penalitzarà amb un quart del valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Prova tipus test de coneixements geogràfics, històrics, sociològics i demogràfics del terme municipal i de les ordenances municipals de Palma. La prova consisteix a respondre per escrit 50 preguntes d'un qüestionari amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, designat per sorteig públic entre 3 alternatives diferents, relacionades amb el contingut del temari proposat a l'annex II d'aquesta convocatòria, i que es pot consultar des de la pàgina web &amp;lt;www.palma.cat&amp;gt; i altres pàgines amb origen a aquesta. La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i cal obtenir un mínim de 10 per superar-la. La durada màxima de la prova serà de 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia o que presentin més d'una resposta es penalitzaran amb un quart del valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el Tribunal acordi l'anul·lació d'alguna o algunes de les preguntes, per haver detectat d'ofici algun error manifest durant la realització de l'exercici o perquè aquest es detecti a conseqüència de les al·legacions que posteriorment es presentin, s'ajustarà el valor de cada pregunta per conservar la puntuació màxima possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova ha de ser el resultat de la suma de les dues fases; la puntuació de cada fase suposarà el 50% de la puntuació total de la prova. No s'han de sumar les dues fases si en una de les dues s'obté una puntuació inferior a 10. Per aprovar aquest exercici és necessari obtenir 20 punts com a mínim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.2. Prova de desenvolupament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consisteix en el desenvolupament per escrit de dos temes diferents, corresponents als del temari que figura en l'annex I de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i s'ha d'obtenir un mínim de 10 per superar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada màxima de la prova serà de 90 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.3. Cas Pràctic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova consisteix en resoldre dos casos pràctics relacionats amb el temari i amb les funcions policials. Aquests han de determinar-se mitjançant sorteig públic entre un mínim de 5 alternatives diferents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquesta prova és de 0 a 20 punts i s'ha d'obtenir un mínim de 10 per superar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada màxima d'aquesta prova serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.4. Prova d'aptitud psicològica i de personalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova consisteix en l'exploració psicotècnica per acreditar nivells mínims d'aptituds intel·lectuals i també en l'exploració de la personalitat i les actituds de les persones aspirants amb la finalitat de determinar el conjunt de competències corresponents a les funcions de major, i descartar l'existència de símptomes o indicadors compatibles amb alteracions psicopatològiques i/o de la personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta prova (efectuada per un o diversos professionals de la psicologia que actuaran com a assessors del tribunal) haurà de constar de dues parts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La primera part consisteix a respondre un o diversos tests d'aptitud intel·lectual. Es podrà fer, si escau, una entrevista personal per tal de completar l'estudi. El resultat serà d'apte o no apte. Quedaran eliminades les persones aspirants que no obtenguin una valoració d'apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La segona part consisteix a respondre la prova o les proves per avaluar el conjunt de competències corresponents segons les funcions de cada categoria i que poden consistir en un o diversos tests i, si escau, en una entrevista personal per tal de completar l'estudi. La seva valoració és apte o no apte. Quedaran eliminades les persones aspirants que no obtenguin una valoració d'apte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, les proves i els instruments utilitzats per a l'avaluació han de comptar amb els requisits tècnics de fiabilitat i validesa propis de psicometria. Així mateix, els qüestionaris de personalitat han de disposar d'escales de desitjabilitat social i/o sinceritat que l'avaluador haurà de considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.5. Qualificació dels exercicis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les qualificacions dels exercicis s'hauran de fer públiques el mateix dia que s'acordin i hauran de publicar-se a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. Les persones aspirants podran presentar per escrit en el registre de l'Ajuntament en el termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació del resultat de cada exercici, les observacions o al·legacions que considerin oportunes, que hauran de ser resoltes de forma motivada pel Tribunal en tot cas, abans de les 48 hores prèvies l'inici de l'exercici següent. Als efectes assenyalats, es facilitarà la vista dels exercici dels opositors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.6. Relació provisional de persones aprovades en la fase d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzats tots els exercicis de la fase d'oposició, el tribunal farà pública en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, les llistes provisionals de persones que l'hagin superat, amb indicació del DNI i de la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació de persones que han superat la fase d'oposició serà determinada únicament per la superació de tots els exercicis eliminatoris. La qualificació final de l'oposició ha de ser la mitjana aritmètica de les puntuacions atorgades en les proves avaluables mitjançant puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació de les llistes provisionals, per fer reclamacions. Finalitzat aquest termini, el Tribunal disposarà de set dies per resoldre les reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1.7. Llistes definitives d'aprovats en la fase d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal ha d'aprovar i publicar a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, les llistes definitives d'aprovats en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs constituirà un 40% de la puntuació total del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.1. Presentació de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini de deu dies naturals comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de les llistes definitives, les persones aprovades en la fase d'oposició han d'al·legar i acreditar els mèrits professionals i acadèmics. La documentació s'ha de presentar en qualsevol de les Oficines d'Atenció a la Ciutadania de l'Ajuntament de Palma o per qualsevol altra de les formes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'acreditaran i es valoraran sempre amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. En cap cas es valoraran mèrits que no hagin estat al·legats i presentats en la forma i durant aquest termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits que es valoraran a la fase de concurs s'hauran de presentar estructurats segons els blocs en què es divideix l'annex 4 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, mitjançant la presentació d'originals o fotocòpies acarades en el model normalitzat establert a l'efecte per l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoraran aquells mèrits que estiguin adequadament i clarament acreditats d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs. No es tindrà en compte la remissió a altres expedients de convocatòries anteriors. Les persones aspirants funcionàries d'aquest Ajuntament podran fer remissió als seus expedients personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.2. Desenvolupament de la fase de concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El barem de mèrits de la fase de concurs del concurs- oposició és el que figura en el annex 4 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada per part del Tribunal la valoració dels mèrits aportats d'acord amb el que s'estableix en l'apartat anterior, es faran públiques a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament les llistes provisionals de puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran de cinc dies hàbils per fer reclamacions, a comptar des de la publicació de les llistes provisionals. Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes pel tribunal en un termini de set dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits presentats podran ser retirats per les persones aspirants en el termini de tres mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'adquirir fermesa la resolució definitiva del procediment. En cas contrari seran destruïts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. DETERMINACIÓ DE LA PUNTUACIÓ DEL CONCURS OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Puntuació total&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació total s'obté de la suma de les puntuacions en les dues fases. La puntuació de la fase d'oposició representa un 60% de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu i la fase de concurs representa un 40% del total de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final del concurs oposició es calcula amb la següent fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Resolució d'empats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat en la puntuació final del concurs oposició d'algunes de les persones aspirants, el desempat s'haurà de resoldre atenent a la puntuació atorgada en la fase d'oposició. Si persisteix l'empat, es tendrà en compte el còmput del temps dels serveis prestats i reconeguts com a personal funcionari de carrera en qualsevol categoria de policia local i si encara persisteix l'empat, es dirimirà segons el nivell de català acreditat. Si l'empat no s'ha resolt, finalment el Tribunal resoldrà l'empat per sorteig públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. Llista provisionals de persones aspirants seleccionades del concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada per part del Tribunal la puntuació total del concurs oposició d'acord amb el que s'estableix en els apartats anteriors, es faran públiques en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament les llistes provisionals de puntuacions obtingudes, per odre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran de cinc dies hàbils per fer reclamacions, a comptar des de la publicació de les llistes provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes pel tribunal en un termini de set dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. Llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal ha d'aprovar la relació definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el concurs oposició per ordre de puntuació i publicar-les en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. Aquesta relació serà elevada al regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública de l'Ajuntament de Palma, per a la seva aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb el fi d'assegurar la cobertura de les places convocades, quan hi hagi renúncies de persones aspirants seleccionades abans del nomenament com funcionari en pràctiques o bé, les que s'han proposat no compleixen algun dels requisits de la base 4, el Tribunal elevarà a l'òrgan convocant una relació complementària de les persones aspirants que estiguin a continuació de les proposades, per ordre de puntuació, pel seu possible nomenament com personal en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. PUBLICACIÓ DE LES LLISTES DE PERSONES QUE HAN SUPERAT LA FASE DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ I ACREDITACIÓ DE REQUISITS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'aprovació de la relació de persones aspirants que han superat la fase de concurs oposició del procés selectiu i que han de ser nomenades com personal funcionari en pràctiques s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas pot ser superior el nombre de persones aspirants al de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de vint dies hàbils, des de la data de publicació de la resolució d'aprovació de la relació de persones aspirants que han superat la fase de concurs oposició i que han de ser nomenats funcionaris o funcionàries en pràctiques, per presentar els documents que acrediten que compleixen els requisits que exigeix la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquest termini suposa la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenats funcionaris o funcionàries en pràctiques i queden sense efecte totes les actuacions anteriors relatives al seu nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També causa aquests efectes el fet de què, de la documentació presentada es dedueixi que les persones aspirants no compleixin els requisits que exigeix la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Amb el fi d'acreditar el requisit establert a l'apartat 4.1.j), per part de l'Àrea delegada de Funció Pública es convocarà les persones aspirants a realitzar un reconeixement mèdic a l'efecte de valorar que no pateixen cap malaltia o defecte físic o psicofísic que impedeixi o minvi el desenvolupament correcte de les funcions, en relació amb el quadre d'exclusions que estableix l'annex 5 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La realització d'aquest reconeixement implica el consentiment de les persones aspirants perquè els resultats del mateix siguin posats a disposició del Tribunal Qualificador amb la finalitat expressada en l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. PERÍODE DE PRÀCTIQUES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu es completa amb la superació d'un període de pràctiques. Aquest període està integrat per la superació, tant del curs de capacitació, com de la fase de pràctiques en el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que superin la fase de concurs oposició i acreditin que compleixin els requisits que exigeix la convocatòria han de ser nomenats funcionaris o funcionaries en pràctiques de la categoria de major per l'autoritat municipal competent a l'inici d'aquest període. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta situació ha de mantenir-se fins que siguin nomenades personal funcionari de carrera, si procedeix, o qualificades com a no aptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es pot nomenar personal funcionari en pràctiques a un nombre de persones aspirants superior al de places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no superin el període de pràctiques d'acord amb el procediment de qualificació previst, perdran el dret al seu nomenament com funcionaris de carrera mitjançant resolució motivada del batle a proposta de l'òrgan responsable de l'avaluació del període de pràctiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna persona aspirant és qualificada com a no apte en el període de pràctiques, o bé si abandona les pràctiques abans de la seva qualificació o és expulsada, en la mateixa resolució es pot requerir a les persones aspirants que hagin aprovat totes les proves, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda en el concurs oposició per ser nomenats funcionaris o funcionàries en pràctiques. La incorporació d'aquestes persones aspirants en cap cas es pot realitzar en un curs ja iniciat i s'ha d'ajornar fins a l'inici del curs de capacitació immediatament posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentada resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot recórrer en els termes que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant el període de pràctiques, es percebran les retribucions segons el establert en el article 34 bis de la Llei 4/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Curs de capacitació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants nomenades funcionaris o funcionàries en pràctiques hauran de realitzar i superar el curs de capacitació de la categoria de major, impartit o homologat per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, a que es refereix l'article 34 de la Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de Coordinació de les Policies Locals de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que acreditin haver superat el curs de capacitació de la categoria de major o superior abans de l'entrada en vigor de la Llei 11/2017 i el tenguin degudament actualitzat, queden exemptes de dur a terme aquesta fase de les pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment de les normes de règim intern establertes en la resolució corresponent de la persona titular de la Conselleria competent a la que fa referència l'article 178.2 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació dels policies locals de les Illes Balears, poden donar lloc a la no superació del curs de capacitació en les condicions establertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que no superin el curs de capacitació no podran realitzar o continuar el període de pràctiques en el municipi i perdran tots els drets del seu nomenament com funcionari/ària de carrera, declarant-se així mitjançant resolució motivada del òrgan municipal corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. Fase de pràctiques en el municipi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de pràctiques en el municipi es pot compaginar amb la realització del curs de capacitació. Les persones exemptes de la realització del curs de capacitació començaran directament la fase de pràctiques en el municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de pràctiques al municipi, amb el contingut que determini l'Ajuntament de Palma, té una durada de sis mesos. La metodologia d'execució i la supervisió s'ha d'ajustar al que s'estableix a la Resolució de la consellera d'Administracions Públiques i Modernització de 23 d'octubre de 2020 per la qual es determina la metodologia d'execució, supervisió i avaluació de les pràctiques en el municipi per a les distintes categories de policia local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'avaluació de les pràctiques s'ha de dur a terme segons el que estableixen els articles 180 al 182 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació dels policies locals de les Illes Balears i la Resolució de la consellera esmentada en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al final del període de pràctiques, la persona responsable de la supervisió d'aquestes, amb el vistiplau de la prefectura de policia, ha de realitzar un informe individual per a cada persona aspirant, reflectint si s'ha superat o no aquest període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'informe de valoració final s'ha de remetre al president del Tribunal Qualificador del procés selectiu, junt amb el certificat del curs de capacitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Queden exemptes de la realització d'aquesta fase de pràctiques les persones aspirants que hagin ocupat en comissió de serveis o com a personal funcionari interí un lloc, en l'Ajuntament de Palma, en una categoria igual o superior a la que es refereix la convocatòria del procés, sempre que hagi obtingut una avaluació favorable d'aquest període segons el que estableix l'apartat 12 de l'article 192 del Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel que s'aprova el Reglament marc de coordinació dels policies locals de les Illes Balears i que la durada de l'avaluació sigui igual o superior a la prevista en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exempció no serà aplicable si en els dotze mesos immediatament anteriors a l'inici de la fase de pràctiques del procés selectiu la persona aspirant deixa de prestar serveis en una categoria igual o superior a la que es refereix la convocatòria del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador ha d'elevar al regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants declarades aptes i no aptes en el període de pràctiques en el municipi, a més de les persones exemptes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. FINALITZACIÓ DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la llista definitiva de les persones que han superat o estan exemptes de la fase de pràctiques, el Tribunal qualificador ha d'elevar al regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants seleccionades en el procés selectiu, qui ha de resoldre i ordenar-ne la publicació en el termini de 15 dies hàbils en el BOIB, a més de la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
