&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(1) No compleix amb el requisit establert al punt 2.7 de les bases de la convocatòria, atès que no té una antiguitat d'almenys dos anys com a personal funcionari de carrera en el cos o escala des del qual s'accedeix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(2) No compleix amb el requisit establert al punt 2.8 de les bases de la convocatòria, atès que no és funcionari/a de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries pertanyent a l'Escala d'Administració General, Subescala auxiliar administratiu i subgrup C2, auxiliar administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concedir un termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB, per reclamar i, si és el cas, esmenar les faltes o omissions que n'hagin causat l'exclusió provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions que es puguin produir seran acceptades o rebutjades mitjançant Resolució motivada. La llista definitiva es publicarà en la mateixa forma que la provisional. Si no hi hagués cap reclamació, s'entendrà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional sense necessitat de cap resolució expressa ni cap nova publicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i al tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
