    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Ciutadella té l'objectiu de promoure la participació en la vida comunitària de les associacions presents al seu municipi i atendre les seves necessitats específiques, donant suport als programes, projectes i actuacions que fomenten valors socials; educatius; en defensa dels drets fonamentals de la infància i adolescència; culturals; esportius; de conservació del medi ambient; per a la igualtat de gènere; a favor de la salut i benestar de les persones; per a un entorn urbà amable i accessible;... Valors i fonaments els quals formen part del Projecte de Ciutat municipal i que van en benefici de les ciutadanes i els ciutadans de Ciutadella i del seu desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de Subvencions de la CAIB, va optar per un règim general de concessió d'ajudes o de subvencions orientat, fonamentalment, a satisfer les necessitats de la societat i que, a la vegada, facilités la gestió de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, tot protegint els principis d'interès públic i la gestió eficaç i eficient dels recursos destinats a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En el marc de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, s'estableix que, amb caràcter previ a l'atorgament de les subvencions, les administracions públiques han de concretar, en un pla estratègic de subvencions, entre altres, els objectius que es pretenen amb la seva aplicació, el termini necessari per a la consecució, els costos previsibles i les fonts de finançament, i s'han de supeditar al compliment dels objectius d'estabilitat pressupostària. Així, el 17 de març de 2021, la Junta de Govern de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella aprovà el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions municipal per al període 2021, 2022, 2023, que, per tant, esdevé el marc de referència. Açò significa que tot el que no recullin les presents bases d'aquesta convocatòria ha de tenir com a referència el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les bases que regulen les subvencions s'elaboren atenent els principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, d'igualtat i de no-discriminació, dins el marc jurídic delimitat per la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i s'adrecen a entitats i associacions sense ànim de lucre que realitzin activitats en benefici del municipi de Ciutadella de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tal de donar compliment a la finalitat de la corporació municipal de visibilitzar i posar en valor el teixit associatiu de Ciutadella, -d'acord amb les previsions de l'actualització del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per a l'exercici de 2023-, les presents bases regulen el procediment per atorgar subvencions a les entitats sense ànim de lucre existents al municipi que per la seva naturalesa, iniciativa i promoció d'activitats i accions contribueixen a una millor i major qualitat de vida de les persones de Ciutadella i fomenten activitats d'interès públic o social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objectius de la convocatòria &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La convocatòria municipal de subvencions de lliure concurrència te com a objectius generals atendre als següents objectius per a la nostra ciutat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Millorar la qualitat de vida i el benestar de tota la ciutadania, garantint de forma especial la igualtat de tracte, la no discriminació i la inclusió real de les persones en situacions especials i, per extensió, la de les seves famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Potenciar l'activitat &lt;span style="color:#274e13"&gt;cultural&lt;/span&gt;, econòmica, l'economia social i l'emprenedoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Fomentar els valors de la &lt;em&gt;Ciutat Educadora&lt;/em&gt; des de la transversalitat i el multinivell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Avançar cap a un model de ciutat sostenible i alineat amb els Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible de l'Agenda 2030 (ODS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Promoure activitats que defensin els drets humans i, en especial, els drets de la infància i l'adolescència; una educació igualitària que garanteix l'accés a la formació i capacitació al llarg de tota la vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Facilitar i fomentar la participació activa, la implicació i la col·laboració de la ciutadania en la construcció de la ciutat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entitats beneficiàries &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Poden presentar sol·licituds a la present convocatòria les persones jurídiques, públiques o privades, sense ànim de lucre, ja siguin entitats, associacions o organismes legalment constituïts i inscrits en el Registre d'Associacions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, el RUSS, el Registre de Fundacions, el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, o qualsevol altre registre formal relacionat amb els àmbits d'actuació objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, abans que comenci el termini de presentació d'instàncies, així com en el Registre Municipal d'Entitats .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En qualsevol cas, no en poden ser beneficiàries les persones o entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions que estableix l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Requisits de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Poden sol·licitar subvenció les entitats que compleixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A) Estar constituïdes legalment com a entitats públiques o privades sense ànim de lucre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B) Estar degudament inscrites en el Registre d'Associacions de la Comunitat de les Illes Balears, el RUSS, el Registre de Fundacions, el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, o qualsevol altre registre formal relacionat amb els àmbits d'actuació objecte d'aquesta convocatòria. Així mateix estar inscrites en el Registre d'Entitats de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, abans que comenci el termini de presentació d'instàncies. En qualsevol cas, no en poden ser beneficiàries les entitats en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions que estableix l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;C) Tenir seu social o delegació permanent i d'actuació al municipi de Ciutadella. També les que, sense tenir el seu domicili en el terme municipal de Ciutadella, hi realitzin les seves activitats o per les quals en resultin directament beneficiada la ciutadania de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D) Treballar per a la promoció de la qualitat de vida de les persones i del seu entorn en qualsevol de les seves vessants: cultura, educació, esport, sostenibilitat i medi ambient, igualtat de gènere, persones en situació d'especial necessitat, infància, joventut, veïnal, salut, patrimonial…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E) El projecte a presentar ha de garantir que es té en compte la perspectiva de gènere, explicitant com el projecte o l'activitat contribueix a sensibilitzar, fomentar i avançar cap a una societat igualitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;F) Disposar dels mitjans materials i personals necessaris per a l'execució del projecte o activitats que constituiran l'objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;G) Haver justificat les subvencions que els hagi concedit aquest Ajuntament en convocatòries anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;H) Desenvolupar el projecte o l'activitat que presentin dins l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;I) Estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions amb l'Agència Tributària, tant estatal com autonòmica, i amb la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;J) Estar al corrent de les obligacions fiscals amb l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Finançament i import màxim i compatibilitat amb altres subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquesta convocatòria, encara que està oberta a qualsevol iniciativa que reuneixi els requisits i que atengui als objectius del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions 2021-2023, les prioritàries per a l'Ajuntament seran les descrites a l'article 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;L'Ajuntament ha previst una partida de 50.000 € als pressupostos per al 2023, a l'aplicació de la partida de Projecte de Ciutat 924.489.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquesta aportació és compatible amb l'obtenció d'altres subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents d'altres administracions públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals, sempre que l'import de les subvencions no superi, aïlladament o en conjunt, el cost total de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les sol·licituds, amb un màxim de tres projectes o activitats per entitat s'han de presentar via telemàtica, segons el que disposa la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Han d'anar dirigides a l'alcaldessa i s'han d'acompanyar de la documentació preceptiva i declaració responsable següent, que s'especifica a l'Annex I:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NIF/CIF de l'entitat o associació sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Inscripció en el Registre d'Associacions de la Comunitat de les Illes Balears, el RUSS, el Registre de Fundacions, el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, o qualsevol altre registre autonòmic o estatal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditació de la representació en què actua la persona que signa la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditar amb els certificats actualitzats que l'associació no es deutora a la Seguretat Social, ni a la Hisenda Pública. Autoritzar a l'Ajuntament per a consultar la informació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de la Hisenda Municipal, es sol·licitarà d'ofici per part de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaració de no tenir pendent el reintegrament de subvencions pagades amb anterioritat, ni justificades incorrectament. &lt;strong&gt;(Annex I) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaració de no estar incurs en prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiària de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Projecte per a cada una de les activitats presentades per a la quals se sol·licita subvenció d'acord amb els conceptes de despeses subvencionables en l'article 9 de la convocatòria&lt;strong&gt; (Annex II)&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;No s'admetrà cap projecte que no estigui complimentat segons la plantilla editable d'aquesta convocatòria. S'ha d'emplenar obligatòriament tots els apartats de la plantilla dissenyada per a tal fi (&lt;strong&gt;Annex II).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Pressupost on es detallin els ingressos i les despeses per a cadascuna de les activitats per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció &lt;strong&gt;(Annex II)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Full de dades bancàries emplenat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(Annex IV).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Termini de presentació i esmena de les sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7.1. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds comença a partir de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB i finalitza 30 dies naturals després.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;7.2. Si de la revisió de la sol·licitud i de la documentació aportada es dedueix que aquesta és incompleta o defectuosa, l'òrgan competent requerirà a l'entitat sol·licitant perquè, en el termini de deu dies, com expressa l'article 26 de la &lt;em&gt;Llei de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú&lt;/em&gt;, aporti la documentació necessària o esmeni els defectes observats. En aquest requeriment s'ha d'indicar que, si en el termini establert no s'esmenen les deficiències, es desestimarà la sol·licitud de subvenció, resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'article 42 del cos legal esmentat, i que l'expedient s'arxivarà d'acord amb l'article 71 del mateix cos legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Procediment de concessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El procediment de concessió és el que ve determinat en el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions 2021, 2022, 2023, aprovat a la Junta de Govern de dia 17 de març de 2021, que, en l'article quart, diu: «&lt;em&gt;L'Ajuntament concedirà subvencions, així com estableix la normativa vigent en matèria de subvencions, mitjançant convocatòria pública en règim de lliure concurrència, o, excepcionalment, de forma nominativa, a favor de entitats sense afany de lucre que puguin dur a terme els projectes, les activitats o els comportaments que es trobin en la situació que motiva la subvenció».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El finançament del projecte o de les activitats presentades a aquesta convocatòria no pot superar en cap cas la quantitat màxima que s'estableix a la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les despeses corrents imputables a la subvenció s'estableixen en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A) Despeses d'adquisició de materials no inventariables necessaris per la realització de les activitats subvencionades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B) Despeses per a la difusió de les activitats o del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;C) Despeses de personal contractat per al desenvolupament de les activitats per a les quals se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D) Despeses generades de la contractació de serveis per a l'execució de l'activitat (producció, sonorització, il·luminació, edició, disseny gràfic, disseny de continguts…).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E) Despeses de desplaçaments i/o dietes de persones expertes, especialistes i/o professorat de fora de Menorca per a realitzar l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;F) Edició de publicacions, música i audiovisuals, webs, dominis informàtics..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 10&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; Criteris objectius per a l'atorgament de les subvencions d'actuació del 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les presents bases regulen el procediment per a l'atorgament de subvencions a les entitats sense ànim de lucre que desenvolupen activitats per al bé comú, de millora de la qualitat de vida de la ciutadania de Ciutadella, i per a la conservació i cura del seu entorn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Els criteris de valoració generals que s'apliquen per a valorar i puntuar les sol·licituds que compleixen els requisits, són els que es detallen a continuació: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A) Es puntuarà amb un màxim de 100 punts cada sol·licitud i la puntuació mínima per poder obtenir subvenció serà de 35 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B) El valor total serà el resultat de la suma dels següents apartats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1 Organització de l'entitat (màxim 2 punts):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Activitats organitzades amb col·laboració amb una altra entitat, institució o col·lectiu de la ciutat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C) El procediment consisteix en sumar el nombre de punts obtinguts per a cada activitat i dividir l'import total del crèdit assignat a aquesta convocatòria, 50.000€, entre el nombre total de punts, a fi d'obtenir el valor de cada punt en euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D) L'import que es concedeixi a cada projecte subvencionat es determinarà en relació als punts obtinguts en la valoració, aplicant el previst a l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E) L'import de la subvenció que s'atorgarà no podrà ser superior a la quantia sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;F) Es concedirà un màxim per activitat de &lt;strong&gt;1.200 €&lt;/strong&gt;, sent &lt;strong&gt;2.500 €&lt;/strong&gt; el màxim total per entitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procediment i òrgans competents per a la concessió &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.1. L'expedient s'inicia mitjançant l'aprovació d'aquesta convocatòria 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.2. La instrucció correspon a la Comissió Avaluadora i el personal administratiu adscrit que realitzarà d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per al coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.3.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria se sotmetran a l'examen de la Comissió Avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.4. Una vegada examinades les sol·licituds, la Comissió Avaluadora emetrà el seu dictamen a l'informe tècnic corresponent i amb el vist i plau d'Alcaldia, Secretaria i Intervenció, n'elevarà la proposta de resolució a la Junta de Govern, la qual dictarà sobre la concessió o denegació de l'ajut i la quantia que se subvenciona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.5. La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament de subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.6. El termini màxim per a dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció és de dos mesos&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;comptat a partir de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. El silenci administratiu té caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.7. La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació s'ha de notificar individualment a les entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;11.8. Una volta presentades les justificacions de cada subvenció atorgada, s'emetrà informe tècnic d'aprovació/no aprovació del compte justificatiu i posterior proposta d'abonament de la quantitat que correspongui en base al dictamen de la Comissió Avaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comissió Avaluadora&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;12.1. La Comissió Avaluadora és l'òrgan encarregat d'estudiar i d'examinar totes les sol·licituds presentades i d'emetre'n el dictamen tècnic que ha de servir de base per a l'elaboració de l'informe i de la proposta de resolució a elevar a l'òrgan instructor competent. Per aquest informe, la Comissió Avaluadora també presentarà la proposta de relació d'entitats beneficiàries, amb la quantia que correspongui a cada una, així com la relació d'entitats sol·licitants a les quals es denega la subvenció, amb indicació de la causa que motiva aquesta decisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;12.2. La Comissió Avaluadora estarà formada pels perfils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Personal tècnic de diferents serveis municipals relacionats amb les sol·licituds rebudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tècnica del Servei de Participació Ciutadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 13&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries dels ajuts estan obligades a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A) Comunicar a l'Ajuntament l'acceptació de la subvenció en els termes en què aquesta es concedeixi. En qualsevol cas, la subvenció s'entendrà acceptada tàcitament un cop transcorreguts quinze dies hàbils d'ençà que la persona beneficiària hagi rebut la notificació de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B) Realitzar l'activitat objecte de subvenció dins l'exercici 2023.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Executar l'activitat objecte de la subvenció dins l'exercici 2023, complint tots els requisits i condicions que determinen la concessió de la subvenció al llarg del mateix&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;C) Dur a terme les activitats que fonamenten la concessió dels ajuts i justificar-ne la realització, en els terminis i en les condicions establerts en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D) Proporcionar la informació sobre l'activitat subvencionada que li requereixi l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuïn l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella i la resta d'organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;així com qualsevol altres de comprovació i control financer que puguin realitzar els òrgans de control competents, aportant tota la informació que els sigui requerida en l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors que no figurin als arxius municipals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;F) Comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella la sol·licitud i l'obtenció de subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;G) Fer constar, de manera expressa, el suport de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella en la realització de les activitats subvencionades. Els logotips de l'Ajuntament (el genèric, el de Ciutat Educadora, el de Ciutadella Sostenible i el dels ODS -objectius de desenvolupament sostenible-) es poden descarregar al web de l'. Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;H) Comunicar a l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del programa subvencionat, en particular si se'n poden derivar retards en l'execució o si poden afectar el cost total; i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa de l'Ajuntament per a fer qualsevol modificació substancial de les actuacions objecte d'ajuda. Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, inclosos els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 14&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Justificació de les subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.1. Les justificacions s'han de presentar via telemàtica, segons el que disposa la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Han d'anar dirigides a l'alcaldessa i s'han d'acompanyar de la documentació preceptiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.2. En cas de presentar-ne més d'una, per part d'una mateixa entitat, es registraran, de forma separada cada justificació, explicitant el títol de l'activitat a la que va referida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.3. Les entitats beneficiàries queden obligades a justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec a la subvenció concedida com a data màxima de presentació &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el 31 de març de&lt;/span&gt; 2024. En cas que la documentació sigui incompleta o incorrecta, se sol·licitarà a l'entitat que presenti les modificacions oportunes en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.4. Les entitats beneficiàries de les subvencions hauran de justificar documentalment la destinació de l'import, dins el termini previst a la convocatòria o l'indicat en la resolució de la concessió, únicament emprant el model de l'&lt;strong&gt;Annex III&lt;/strong&gt; signat de memòria justificativa que inclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Memòria dels aspectes tècnics de l'activitat realitzada &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;objecte de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Memòria econòmica &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l'activitat subvencionada &lt;/span&gt;mitjançant el compte justificatiu especificant: nom &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;complet de la l'entitat, servei o subministrador que emet la factura, &lt;/span&gt;número de factura, data, concepte i IVA aplicat,… i, en el supòsit que es financiïn retribucions de personal, s'hi hauran d'incloure els imports de les nòmines corresponents a cada persona, així com la resta de costos laborals generats (cotitzacions de la Seguretat Social i les retencions d'IRPF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Percentatge del cost de l'activitat aplicat a la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Relació d'ingressos i/o subvencions que es rebin per al finançament de l'activitat subvencionada també per l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, amb indicació de l'import i la procedència.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El compte justificatiu s'haurà d'acompanyar de la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Factures a nom de l'entitat, nòmines de personal, cotitzacions i justificants de pagament que s'imputen a l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, segons la relació presentada en el compte justificatiu (no s'admetran tickets de caixa com a factura). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Justificants de les despeses corresponents a les cotitzacions de la Seguretat Social i les retencions d'IRPF o els documents de valor probatori equivalent al certificat, en data de la presentació de la documentació, d'estar al corrent a la Seguretat Social i la Hisenda pública. En cas de no presentar-ho, s'autoritzarà a l'Ajuntament a comprovar la informació amb les altres administracions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Certificació d'estar al corrent amb la Hisenda Municipal que l'Ajuntament sol·licitarà d'ofici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les subvencions en les quals el pagament estigui condicionat a la justificació de la despesa, la manca d'aquesta, comportarà la revocació automàtica de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables hauran de respondre a l'activitat subvencionada i hauran de dur data màxima de 31 de desembre de l'any en curs. Aquestes hauran d'estar pagades amb anterioritat a la data de finalització del període de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En tot cas el cost de les despeses justificades s'haurà d'ajustar als preus habituals del mercat, i en cas contrari no es tindran en compte en el global de la justificació presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'IVA dels justificants o de les factures quedarà exclòs de la subvenció si el beneficiari no és un consumidor final i se'l pot deduir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una volta emès informe tècnic del compte justificatiu per part de cada servei municipal i de la Comissió Avaluadora, s'elevarà la proposta a l'òrgan competent per a la seva aprovació, prèvia fiscalització per part de la Intervenció Municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.5. Si la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat, es reduirà proporcionalment la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;14.6. S'ha d'adjuntar entre la documentació presentada &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex IV&lt;/strong&gt; de dades de compte bancari on s'ha d'ingressar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 15&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reconeixement de l'obligació de pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Es reconeixerà l'obligació i s'ordenarà el pagament de l'ajut mitjançant un acord de la Junta de Govern quan la Intervenció Municipal hagi examinat la justificació de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 16&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Revocació i reintegrament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les subvencions de caràcter públic no poden suposar, en cap cas, lucre, per això, l'obtenció concorrent d'altres subvencions per a activitats o finalitats concrets podrà determinar la reducció de la subvenció municipal o el reintegrament del seu import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Qualsevol alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió de la subvenció i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concorrent de subvencions o ajuts atorgats per altres administracions, persones o ens públics o privats no notificades amb anterioritat, podrà donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'import de les subvencions no podrà ser, en cap cas, del tal quantia que, aïlladament o conjuntament amb subvencions o altres ingressos del mateix Ajuntament, d'altres administracions públiques, d'altres ens públics privats o de particulars, superi el cost de l'activitat a desenvolupar per la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'Ajuntament procedirà a tramitar el reintegrament de les quanties que corresponguin, d'acord amb l'establert a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, en els següents supòsits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Incompliment de la finalitat per la qual la subvenció va ser concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Obtenció de la subvenció sense reunir les condicions requerides, per causes imputables a la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Incompliment de l'obligació de justificar el destí dels fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Concurrència de subvencions llevat de compatibilitat amb aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Superació del límit del cost de l'activitat subvencionada, per la quantia de l'excés sobre l'esmentat límit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Modificació o incompliment de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Obstrucció o negativa en l'obligació de sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació indicades a la presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolució del reintegrament de la subvenció serà adoptada per l'òrgan competent, prèvia instrucció d'expedient d'acord amb la legislació general aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Pel que fa a la revocació i al reintegrament de les subvencions, &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;és d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt; el que disposa la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i la resta de la normativa que li sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 17&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Infraccions i sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;17.1. El règim d'infraccions i de sancions administratives aplicables és el que estableix el Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, del text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;17.2. L'òrgan competent per imposar les sancions que es derivin d'infraccions de l'establert en aquestes bases i de la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions és l'Alcaldia de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 18&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Altres disposicions&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En tot el que no preveuen expressament aquestes bases regeixen les disposicions que siguin aplicables a l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella en matèria de subvencions, especialment les contingudes en les normes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A) Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B) Reglament general de subvencions 887/2006, aprovat el 21 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;C) Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;D) Pla Estratègic de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella aprovat per la Junta de Govern dia 17 de març de 2021 per al període 2021, 2022 i 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E) Pressupost general de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella corresponent a l'exercici 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;F) Aprovació de l'actualització del Pla Estratègic de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadell&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a, aprovat el 29/03/2023 per Junta de Govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
