&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerant els terminis de la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat a l'ocupació pública, per Acord de la Junta de Govern Local de data 23 d'agost de 2023, es varen aprovar les bases per a la constitució d'un borsí de treball extraordinari de la categoria de tècnic/ca superior en Educació Infantil, pel sistema de concurs, laboral interins, de l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre i les quals es publiquen íntegrament a continuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"BASES ESPECÍFIQUES PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ D'UN BORSÍ DE TREBALL EXTRAORDINARI DE LA CATEGORIA DE TÈCNIC/A SUPERIOR EN EDUCACIÓ INFANTIL, PEL SISTEMA DE CONCURS, LABORAL INTERINS, DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE LLORET DE VISTALEGRE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA NECESSITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 20.5 Llei 31/2022, de 23 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de l'Estat per a l'any 2023, disposa que no es procedirà a la contractació de personal temporal ni al nomenament de personal estatutari o de funcionaris interins llevat de casos excepcionals, per a cobrir necessitats urgents i inajornables, i en els supòsits i d'acord amb les modalitats previstes pel text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, en la seva redacció donada per Reial decret llei 32/2021, de 28 de desembre, el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat públic, en la seva redacció donada per la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, així com en la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La necessitat d'aquesta convocatòria per a la creació d'un borsí de personal d'educació infantil, vist que no existeix cap borsí de personal d'aquesta categoria, es justifica per mantenir un adequat funcionament del servei municipal, que precisa de disposar d'aquest borsí per poder cobrir vacants de forma immediata per necessitats urgents i inajornables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- OBJECTE DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la creació, pel procediment de concurs de mèrits, d'un borsí de treball extraordinari de la categoria de tècnic/a superior en educació infantil, en règim de personal laboral, de caràcter temporal d'aquest Ajuntament, a l'efecte de substituir les possibles baixes, vacances, permisos, llicències, etc. o la resta de supòsits en què, d'acord amb la normativa vigent, es pot contractar una persona com a laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions seran les pròpies de la titulació, en els termes previstos en el Decret 60/2008 de 2 de maig, mitjançant el qual s'estableixen els requisits mínims dels centres de primer cicle d'educació infantil i demés disposicions vigents d'aplicació als centres d'educació infantil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre d'altres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Col·laborar amb la programació i avaluació dels processos educatius i d'atenció a la infància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preparació, desenvolupament i avaluació de les activitats destinades al desenvolupament d'hàbits d'autonomia i a l'atenció de necessitats relacionades amb la salut, higiene i alimentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desenvolupament i avaluació de projectes educatius formal i no formals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Col·laboració en totes aquelles feines que poguessin sorgir pel bon desenvolupament i funcionament de l'Escola infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON. REQUISITS GENERALS I ESPECÍFICS DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per participar en la convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici de l'establert a l'art. 56.1.c del Reial Decret Legislatiu 05/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que s'aprova el Text Refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir 16 anys complerts i no excedir l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica, pel desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de les Administracions Públiques ni trobar-se inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) I els següents requisits específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del títol de mestre d'educació infantil o tècnic superior en educació infantil o titulacions equivalents de conformitat amb l'article 11 del Decret 60/2008 de 2 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Satisfer la taxa de serveis de selecció de personal en la quantitat de 25 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar el requisit de coneixement de la llengua catalana, nivell B2, de conformitat amb l'article 5 del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, que regula l'exigència de coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció publica a l'ocupació de llocs de treball que es convoquin en l'àmbit de l'administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, mitjançant l'aportació dins el termini per presentar sol·licituds del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Publica o homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística que acrediti posseir el nivell B2 de coneixements de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió del certificat de capacitació en llengua catalana per a l'ensenyament al primer cicle d'educació infantil (CCI), de conformitat amb el Decret Llei 05/2013, de 06 de setembre i l'article 4 de l'ordre de la Consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 14 d'abril de 2014 per al qual es fixen les titulacions que cal tenir per fer classes de llengua catalana i en llengua catalana, pròpia de les illes Balears, a l'ensenyament reglat no universitari i s'estableix el pla de formació lingüística i cultural (FOLC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER. PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per participar es presentaran, d'acord amb el model de l'Annex I, en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre, en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20 dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a explicar des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies també podran presentar-se, d'acord amb l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 de 01 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú. En aquest cas, necessàriament s'haurà d'enviar, mitjançant fax o correu electrònic a l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre, còpia de la sol·licitud registrada per tenir coneixement de la presentació (Fax n. 971524265; correu electròni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c ajuntament@ajlloretdevistalegre.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A la sol·licitud s'haurà d'acompanyar, ordenadament, la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del DNI o, en cas de no ser espanyol, fotocòpia del NIE, passaport o targeta de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia compulsada de la titulació de formació professional de Tècnic Superior en Educació Infantil. (anvers i revers del títol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resguard acreditatiu del pagament de la taxa per import de 25 € (model Annex II), en el qual ha de figurar el segell de l'entitat bancària que justifiqui el pagament esmentat, o bé s'ha d'adjuntar còpia del justificant de la transferència efectuada si el pagament s'ha fet mitjançant banca electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de coneixement de la llengua catalana, nivell B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de capacitació en llengua catalana per a l'ensenyament al primer cicle d'educació infantil (CCI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de l'aspirant, relativa al fet que reuneix les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions de la categoria professional a la qual correspon la borsa específica a la qual opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones aspirants amb discapacitat igual o superior al 33%, un certificat dels equips multiprofesionals de l'organisme públic corresponent sobre les condicions personals d'aptitud per exercir les funcions corresponents al categoria professional de la borsa a la qual la persona candidata aspira i que ha d'expressar que es troba en condicions de complir les tasques fonamentals del cos mitjançant, si corresponen segons el parer de l'administració, les adaptacions necessàries del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació dels mèrits que s'al·leguen: aquesta relació haurà de presentar-se en forma de llistat on constaran detallats i ordenats els documents que es presenten per justificar els mèrits de cadascun dels blocs que seran objecte de valoració en el concurs. Així mateix, el llistat, ha de venir acompanyat per l'original o fotocòpia compulsada dels títols justificatius dels mèrits al·legats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de justificar documentalment tots els mèrits que al·leguin, tenint en compte que els mèrits no justificats no es tindran en consideració. Tota la documentació presentada haurà de ser original o fotocòpia degudament compulsada. Tots els documents hauran de presentar-se dins del termini d'admissió de sol·licituds, sense que es pugui presentar a cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART. ADMISSIÓ DELS ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'autoritat convocant dictarà resolució en el termini màxim de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; aprovant la llista d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això es publicarà en el tauló de l'Ajuntament, atorgant-se un termini de 10 dies hàbils, per poder esmenar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions seran acceptades o rebutjades per resolució de la Batlia en la qual s'aprovi la llista definitiva, i es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no hi ha reclamacions, la llista provisional es considerarà elevada a definitiva l'endemà al de la finalització del termini per reclamar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que es detalla en l'article 6 de les bases que regiran les convocatòries de proves selectives per a la provisió de places vacants a la plantilla de personal funcionari i laboral de l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre, els membres del Tribunal seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà constituït de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President; Un treballador, funcionari o personal laboral de l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre, de la Mancomunitat del Pla o d'altres Ajuntaments que integren la Mancomunitat del Pla, amb titulació igual o superior a l'exigida en la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals; Tres treballadors/es, funcionari o personal laboral de Lloret de Vistalegre, de la Mancomunitat del Pla o d'altres Ajuntaments que integren la Mancomunitat del Pla, amb titulació igual o superior a l'exigida en la present convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretari; el Secretari de la corporació o un/a funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Lloret de Vistalegre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suplents: Per cada un dels membres del Tribunal podran designar-se suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del Tribunal s'ajustarà al previst en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015 de 01 de octubre de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària l'assistència del President i del Secretari. El Tribunal podrà comptar amb l'assistència d'assessors, amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes o reclamacions que puguin originar-se amb la interpretació o aplicació de les bases de la present convocatòria, així com el que hagi de fer en els casos no previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISENA.- SISTEMA DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de selecció serà el concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta fase consistirà en la valoració dels mèrits al·legats i acreditats documentalment per les persones aspirants, fins un màxim de 100 punts, i de conformitat amb l'escala següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Bloc 1. Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es pot obtenir un màxim de 55 punts, valorant-se exclusivament els següents aspectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Serveis prestats a l'Administració local, desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a les de la present convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants poden obtenir 0,50 punts / mes complet treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació dels serveis prestats en l'Administració local es farà mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de serveis prestats expedit per l'Administració corresponent on haurà d'indicar el grup, la categoria i la durada dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Serveis prestats a altres Administracions Públiques desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a les de la present convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden obtenir 0,30 punts / mes complet treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acreditació dels serveis prestats en l'Administració pública es farà mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de serveis prestats expedit per l'Administració corresponent on haurà d'indicar el grup, la categoria i la durada dels serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Serveis prestats a l'empresa privada desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a les de la present convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es poden obtenir 0,10 punts / mes complet treballat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan el que s'acreditarà siguin serveis prestats en l'empresa privada, es farà mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de vida laboral, emès per la seguretat social, acompanyat dels certificats de l'empresa corresponent, on haurà de constar expressament el següent: data d'alta i baixa de l'empresa, categoria professional, lloc de treball ocupat, especificant les tasques realitzades que han de ser anàlogues a les de la present convocatòria. Els certificats emesos per empreses privades, on no constin expressament les dades anteriors, no es tindran en consideració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:120px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podran substituir els certificats d'empresa per còpies acarades dels contractes laborals sempre que en ells s'acrediti que es tracta de llocs de feina desenvolupant funcions o tasques anàlogues a les de la present convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Bloc 2. Estudis realitzats i cursets i seminaris relacionats amb la plaça a cobrir. Puntuació màxima 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Diplomatures universitàries que no tinguin relació amb la plaça: 2 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran aquelles titulacions que figurin com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Bloc 4. Coneixements orals i escrits de la llengua catalana, puntuació màxima 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits per l'EBAP, els expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, els expedits per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes, i també els certificats reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica, fins a una puntuació màxima de 10 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà només un certificat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en què la puntuació s'acumularà a la de l'altre certificat que s'aporti. LLISTA D'APROVATS, PRESENTACIÓ DE DOCUMENTS I FORMALITZACIÓ DEL CONTRACTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acabada la valoració per part del Tribunal es farà públic en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament el DNI de les persones per estricte ordre de puntuació, a l'efecte d'efectuar les reclamacions o observacions oportunes sobre la valoració dels mèrits, en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Resoltes les reclamacions, si escau, el Tribunal elevarà la proposta definitiva a la Presidència de la corporació amb l'objectiu de constituir la borsa de treball i procedir, si escau, a les contractacions que siguin convenients per cobrir vacants i necessitats urgents de contractacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aspirant proposat per ser contractat, haurà de presentar al Registre General de l'Ajuntament, dins de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;cinc dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;següents a l'oferta de treball, els documents acreditatius de reunir les condicions establertes. Si es comprova que no compleix els requisits establerts a les bases, no podrà ser contractat i seran anul·lades les seves actuacions, sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què hagi recaigut per falsedat a la seva instància i serà contractat el següent de la llista que figuri amb major puntuació de qualificacions donades pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la documentació presentada és la correcta, la Batlia podrà procedir a decretar la contractació i es formalitzarà el contracte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al moment abans de la signatura del corresponent contracte, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat en el sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984 i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals, perquè la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durada del borsí de treball: els aspirants formaran part del borsí de treball durant 2 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. FUNCIONAMENT DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament, segons les seves necessitats i per ordre rigorós de puntuació i en crida única i individual, oferirà les places que s'hagin de cobrir interinament o temporalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'oferta es farà a la persona que, sempre que compleixi els requisits exigits per ocupar el lloc de treball i es pugui contractar d'acord amb la normativa vigent, ocupi en aquell moment la primera posició de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no acceptar l'oferta, o no es presentés amb l'excepció de baixa per malaltia que haurà de justificar-se amb el corresponent part de baixa mèdica, o no completés la documentació que si escau se li requerís en els terminis que se li comuniquin, tractant-se del primer cop passarà a ocupar la darrera plaça del borsí i en cas d'un segon cop serà sancionada amb l'exclusió de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la causa per la qual es va contractar, es finalitzarà el contracte i s'incorporarà com a actiu a la borsa amb efectes de l'endemà de la data de finalització amb el mateix nombre d'ordre que tenia inicialment, i per observar el principi d'eficiència podrà ser contractat per cobrir noves necessitats que es vagin produint, sempre que compleixi els requisits del lloc a cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona que tingui subscrit un contracte per cobrir temporalment les necessitats sobrevingudes, presenti la renúncia al lloc que desenvolupa serà exclosa de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA.- NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò no previst a les presents bases, seran d'aplicació les bases generals vigents que regeixin les oposicions lliures, concursos i concurs-oposicions de l'oferta d'ocupació pública municipal i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. INCIDÈNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no estigui previst a les bases. Les presents bases, així com la convocatòria i els actes administratius que es derivin d'aquests i de l'actuació del Tribunal poden ser impugnats per l'interessat en el supòsits i forma que determina la Llei 39/2015 de 01 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les bases, que esgotin la via administrativa, es podrà interposar pels interessats recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant la Presidència, previ al contencions- administratiu, tal i com estableix l'article 46 de la llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós- administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la mateixa manera, la jurisdicció competent per resoldre les controvèrsies en relació amb els efectes i resolució del contracte laboral serà la Jurisdicció Social"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis d'aquesta convocatòria, quan procedeixin de conformitat amb les bases, es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les presents bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar alternativament o recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci, davant la Junta de Govern Local d'aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015,del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa. Si s'optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
