&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el presente órgano judicial se ha interpuesto recurso contencioso administrativo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(dades personals ocultes)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; contra el Acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma de 28 de abril de 2023, por el que se aprueba definitivamente el documento diferenciado del Plan General del municipio de Palma, publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 71, de 30 de mayo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo que, en cumplimento de la diligencia de ordenación de fecha 31/07/2023 y de lo establecido en el artículo 47.2 de la LJCA, se concede un plazo de quince días para la personación de quienes tengan interés legítimo en sostener la conformidad a Derecho de la disposición, acto o conducta impugnados.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
