&lt;p&gt;Contra el present Acord, conforme a l'article 171.1 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març es podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears amb seu a Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia de la publicació del present anuncio, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciós-Administrativa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sense perjudici d'això, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 171. 3 Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, la interposició d'aquest recurs no suspendrà per si sola l'efectivitat de l'acte o Acord impugnat.&lt;/p&gt;
