En data 29 de desembre de 2022 es va publicar en el </span><em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">(BOIB), núm. 169, la Resolució del president de l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears per la qual es convoquen les subvencions per donar suport als projectes d'inversió en infraestructures escèniques i musicals de les Illes Balears, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència (finançat per la Unió Europea – Next Generation EU).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. </span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Dins el termini d'inscripció </span></span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">que s'estableix</span></span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> </span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">en l'apartat 7.1 de la convocatòria d'ajuts, l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears va rebre un total de vint-i-una sol·licituds.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. En data 25 de maig de 2023 es va publicar a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB la Proposta de resolució de la convocatòria, a fi que les persones interessades poguessin formular-hi al·legacions. Es va rebre una al·legació i una renúncia.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5. Dins el termini establert, es va presentar l'al·legació següent:</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5.1. Pel que fa a l'al·legació a la Proposta de resolució de la convocatòria, es determina el següent:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><span style="background-color:null">6.1. S'accepta l'al·legació presentada i s'acorda admetre la sol·licitud corresponent a l'expedient IFE 16 2023. La Comissió Avaluadora revisa i valora la documentació presentada d'acord amb els criteris de valoració establerts en l'apartat 26 de les bases reguladores de la convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">7.
